Ease of access. Its note really a business-oriented hotel more of a leisure hotel.
Excellent room (all rooms in hotel classed as superior: large with bathroom & wc rooms separate); clean; friendly staff. Located at edge of business park (but accessible with views to countryside & mountains). Minor issue: one day not enough breakfast had been ordered by a member of staff who also did not turn up on that morning. However we were not charged for this day's breakfast (we did get a limited breakfast).
Hotel tres propre, moderne, grande chambre avec belle vue. Le personnel est tres accueillant . Je vous le recommende !! Rien
+ swimming pool, gym, table tennis, + good bed (long enough and tough), + free wifi, + easy parking Location of hotel makes is solely business place, situated near "industrial zone" in between two roads.
Big and clean room. Good access to Aix en P. and motorways. Helpful staff at the reception. Staff at the restaurant worst I have ever met. Very poor breakfast. WiFi not working properly at least in my room.
Nicely decorated and furnished room. Mediterranean flair. Great pool. Equipment in "fitness room" could have been better.
Understaffed in Bar area
Location, helpful staff
The summer rates are very attractive. Normal rates are somewhat expensive.
Difficult to find but excellent meal in evening and great swimming pool. Instrutions for GPS needs to be Quartier Chateau l'Arc, Fuveau. That's where hotel is NOT Aiz-En-Provence. We got lost and spent ove half an hour and manu kms before we entered correct address into GPS and found the hotel
Poor indication to reach the hotel entrance
Booking was very easy, the hotel was easy to find from the directions given, the staff were frindly and helpful and the room was adequately comfortable and clean. Also staying at the hotel were a group of vintage car enthusiasts who were very noisy when they left the hotel on the Sunday morning (they sounded their car horns and shouted across the car park to one another).
the staff were friendly and the whole place has quite a homely atmosphere
The helphful staff, clean linen etc and the position, being very secure even at night and the closeness of the river and the riverside park, and the motorway. I chose it as it was central for a family wedding.
Very good breakfast!
We did not like the location of the hotel (on an industrial estate, off a main road). The reception was unmanned for the bulk of the time. A key card system operated all access points to the hotel including our room and did not function correctly.
Large room; swimming pool; friendly staff; large, protected and free parking area, Free internet access, Large Lidl supermarket just in front of the building, Macdonald around the corner, Excellent location when you have a car and want to do sightseeing Cote 'd-Azur area. Not sufficient hot water; later in the evening only cold shower.Water in the swimming pool was cold. Some kitchen equipment missing (only few glasses, no wine bottle opener, no spoons for kooking.
Ok apartment and it was clean when we arrived. Ok personell and the pool was ok. The location was quite unsatisfactory - a gated community in an industrial area. Also a strange mix of guest workers, permanent residents and tourists.
The hotel was a fabulous surprise. I stay in hotels a lot and for the price I wasn't expecting much, but it was a really nice room. It's increasingly unusual to have a bath in a budget hotel, so the large bathroom was nice to have. The balony was very pleasant too. It was like a holiday apartment for 4 rather than an average double room.
room size and kitchen dirty floor
The floor was very dirty. There were no instructions given at check-in regarding what was required at departure, e.g where the bin rooms were, that beds need to be stripped, etc. There are 2 washing machines but only 1 dryer.
Actually we do not have anything good to say about this hotel....And we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... Warning!! Do not stay at this hotel :0( It is really not what you expect it to be. It's placed in a industrial area, it's very noisy because most of the hotelrooms/apartments was rented out to Rumenians. They never put their children to sleep at night, and they had a lot of parties during the night time :0( This is really not a good place to stay during a vacation.
Small but useful studio. Perfect when you got dogs with you. There is a beautiful "garden" full of lavender. The studio have a small but useful terrace.. It is situated in the middle of nowhere but you can reach the most beautiful parts in Provence in less then a hour. Very hard beds.
It was very convenient for work, clean, modern and quiet. Car parking spaces are a little smaller than I would have liked and allocated places are not respected although there were free spaces available so it wasn't a big problem. My card didn't work for gymn access, but when I did manage to see inside it, it was very small and there was very little equipment.
clean, quite, good location small toilets, small rooms
Very friendly staff. Speak English. Big rooms. The rooms are well isolated from the sound of the street nearby. Good restaurants nearby. No
- the position - the room was quite small
It's close to a mini-supermaket what is good because of the lack of restaurant choices nearby the hotel Reception desk and parking closes at 20:00.
Friendly patron and his wife. Off road secure parking available for an extra fee. Decorated with colourful patchwork wall hangings made by a member of the patron's family. Good breakfast. No chairs or suitcase stand in the room. Limited hanging space for clothes and no chest of drawers. Bottles from cafe/bar tipped noisily into a bin at 5 o'clock in the morning.
helpfull staff, can speak english, can point you in the right direction, where to go what to see, where you can eat.For me it is close to Mont San Victoire and great walking and cycling area. none that are worth a comment.
Authentic hotel/inn in pleasant town Bed had seen better days
great atmosphere no fridge in the room
Very helpful and friendly staff (hotel owners, I guess), cosy hotel, good breakfast, several good restaurants for dinner in walking distance from the hotel. Perfect location for exploring Provence - no trafic jams, no big problems with parking, everything is not far if 100 - 200 km per day is not a problem to you. No problems with English, French would be an advantage, of course. There was a little bit noisy in the room from the street side in the evening, but this problem can be solved by closing the window.
Nice apartments in nature. the wall was not acoustic proof. some problems with noise of neighbors
comfort location . family hotel , comfort rooms , a nice good kitchen. no.
Very good service and delightful location, we found the Hotel suited us perfectly for our three days there and would return without hesitation. Staff were very helpful indeed.
They were great and very helpful Need to put in a pool,
Very calm location overlooking mountains. The rooms were very clean and equipped with airconditioning. Beaches are just half hour drive away. We had a very pleasant stay here! I will recommend this residence to anyone. Less facilities to entertain children. It would have been much more enjoyable if there was a pool or a play area.
Spacious and clean room, very nice and quiet environment, within only a half hour drive of sea and an hour of many destinations as for instance Arles, Avignon, ... Bed and bath were a bit too short for me (I am 1.90m, however)
the room was very well equipped. You have anything you need.
wonderful house worth a longer stay (stayed only 1 night enroute)
A super apartment! Very clean. Good equiped. Lovely view. Nice staff. They even helped us to find another hotel after we came back and they were fully booked. Very helpfull. Also when we booked, I phoned how to drive to the hotel; Easy to find after they gave us a description. Supermarket not that far (2 km). If you stay just a few days, better take some washingpowder because you only get 2 towels. But you have your own washingmachine. We had neighbours ( I think they were 3) who woke up at 6 in the morning because they had to work. And so did we because it was noisy. But we were on holiday. When they came back in the evening it was very noisy again. One night I still heard them at 4! The apartment is super but you hear a lot.
Excellent room, clean and tidy with good access and parking.
Great place. Very nice people. I had a late flight the day of my departure and they let me stay till 7 p.m. that was very kind, thank you!
The couple running it are great people. Very nice and helpfull. The gardens and the whole place is lovely. Close to aix du provence and to the airport. Good breakfast.
We recommend this fantastic place for people who want to spend relaxing and peaceful holidays, or just an amazing weekend, as we did. Hotel is surrounded by nice park and olive garden... the staff is very gentle and always ready to help. Not so far from the hotel there are interesting places to visit, eat and drink (you definitely need a car)... enjoy Provance!!
The reception of the owners was friendly. The house is located in a nice, natural surrounding not too far from Aix en Provence. The room was small and modestly decorated. Breakfast was typically French; apart from bread, butter and jam, nothing special was offered. The coffee was of an inferior quality. In summary: an okay b&b at a price which should have been at least 50% lower.
The hotel is very cosy with the warm atmosphere. In addition it is situated in a wonderful place. Owners are very pleasant people speaking very good English. I will highly recommend this hotel to those wishing to enjoy the nature and atmosphere of Provence.
