8.8 Excellent
Pros: Expectations were not high for a motel in Gainsville, Mo. Big Ups to the staff for moving us to a room that was better suited for our party. Easy to locate. Quiet. Comfortable.
Cons: The WiFi did not work, but we had cell coverage, so no big deal. Pillows were flat with little support.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean including linens, carpet, bathroom. It appears there have been recent upgrades throughout. The staff was friendly and accomodating and the rates were quite reasonable.
Cons: Possibly more desk space for those of us who need to use a computer or study. Also more furniture to store luggage and a second armchair. A microwave would be nice too. We will be building a new Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and I will recommend your Motel to those who need a room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice large room preferred the floor to carpeting.
Cons: There were some dead bugs in the drawers that should have been vacuumed or otherwise removed.

Pros: Loved the owner. Very sweet
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and had more than enough pillows. King size bed, so had enough room to spread my belongings out. Had a mini fridge that kept my food cold and a microwave that worked (had trouble opening the door to it though). The towels were not the usual thin hotel towels and washcloths. They were actually fluffy, thick, and plenty of them. Even though this is an old roadside motel, it looks as though its been remodeled and the tiling, the tub, shower, and fan was new. The fan had exhaust, as well as heat. None of the fixtures looked like they were ready to fall off. Julie, at the office was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: The curtains over the windows need to be replaced. They looked like they were pretty old and getting tattered. Also needs a better Wifi system. I would be able to get online only for a few minutes at a time and was extremely slow. It has a disclaimer on the wifi that you can only use so much. The entire motel only gets 1 GB per day.
