Cons: Nothing at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The proprietor was very charming and really helpful. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, helped in every way with calling taxis, and even let us stay a bit longer for a late checkout. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh - cakes that his grandmother made! the rooms were decorated nicely and you can't beat the location.
Cons: Even though he explained the a/c it never really got as cool as I would hae liked. And there were no extra duvets in the bed so just the sheet was a little too light for my liking. But very minor complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easily walked to the property from the train station. Wonderful host who was quick to point out recommendations for sightseeing and great local restaurants. Great breakfast offerings and rooftop terrace with views of the coast and Sicily. Highly recommend!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and lovely friendly staff. Nice and close to the square & beach too! Lovely breakfast next door.
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in the individual rooms. One keycard for power in the room so if one person went for a walk there was no power in the room. We were not able to charge laptops/power banks while we weren’t in the room either which was a little frustrating. We had a lovely stay though! The plug for the basin was also broken in our room so the water wouldn’t drain.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The name was perfectly chosen. Aretē means excellence in Greek and this B&B truly lived up to its name. My room was beautiful with large windows and a terrace where I could sit and look at Sicily and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Everything was within a quick walk, and Fabio around the corner gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had! Truthfully, I can’t wait to return. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious and served on a terrace overlooking Mt Etna across the strait. Thank you Francesco, Christina, and of course Anna..
Cons: Nothing. I wanted to stay forever. In fact, I did prolong my initial stay by a week!

Pros: Over the years I have been lucky enough to stay at a few hotels in Reggio and this is easily the best hotel in the city and probably the province. Room is comfortable, modern, clean, staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good and it is fantastic to eat breakfast out on the terrazzo with the view to Messina. (The view from Messina is better because they get to see Reggio) Will stay again. Highly recommended.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lorenzo & Bernadetta were such wonderful hosts! They were so kind and helpful, they truly made our stay so much better than we could've ever imagined! We felt like family. With their suggestions we had probably the best meal in three weeks of traveling through Italy/Sicily. We can't wait to comeback and stay with them :)
Cons: No complaints, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Bernadette was a great and wonderful host. She took care of our every need. We can't thank her enough for her kindness and attention to our needs.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was bright and very clean. It was very colourful and very nicely fitted out. Bernadette was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place was surprisingly stylish and roomy! Great wallpaper!! Super comfy bed, and a really nice bathroom with large shower! But what really makes this place is Bernadette. She checked us in, completely set us up, made reservations at a wonderful restaurant around the corner, and took such great care of us.
Cons: Well, downtown Calabria is a bit odd. It feels desolate at night, and then there is this amazing little B&B and this exceptional, slow-food restaurant. We were flying out of the airport, which is close by, otherwise, I'm not sure why one would end up here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We walked from the r/w station feeling a little daunted by the messy street into the paradise that was Pellicano. It had all the features of a hotel but with the intimacy of a Bed and Breakfast. Really vivacious staff especially Lorenzo and Bernadette who gave information discussed current events and made us feel like they were interested in us.
Cons: Loved it all but suggest if coming from the r/w station to ignore google maps and walk via Corso Garibaldi
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good, the owner was very welcoming. Also the place itself was cosy and modern and suited all our wishes.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Giuseppe went above and beyond in service. He managed free parking on the street for us. When we forgot our room key, he drove and found us walking, delaying his skiing. When I complained about our rental GPS directing us to a defunct ferry terminal, he volunteered and took it to Enterprise and exchanged it for a new one. He is also friendly and informative about anything Italy or Reggio.
Cons: Nothing. It was great, especially the location. A tip - go half a block to Garibaldi street on Saturday night and join the throngs promenading.

Cons: The room was great! Reggio night life this kind of period .....sucks!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with great English language skills - in particular they were particularly kind and welcoming to my young son. Room was large, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Local area was nice and central to the main city and seafront. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of variety.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful owners, good secure parking and comfortable room. Excellent all round.
Cons: The location is a little out of the way other than for the museum for which it is excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast on the terrace every morning was very nice. The rooms had a/c. The cleaning staff is very nice. A nice walk in either direction to Il Corso filled with shops and restaurants or to Il Lungo Mare (boardwalk) that's beautiful and gives you a view of Sicily and the lovely beaches and restaurants along the water. To the right of the hotel is a short walk to Villa San Giovanni where you can catch the ferry to go to Sicily. Takes 1/2 hour and the ferry runs every 30 min. It is a bit hilly so have your good walking shoes.
Cons: My only complaint was that the telephone in the room didn't work for local calls and the wifi wasn't the best. They need to upgrade to more gb. I was literally standing right next to the antenna's and I still couldn't get reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so close to the marina and to Corso Garibaldi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Night and Day is a clean, comfortable B&B in a great location. The owners were very kind and helpful. Luca drove us to the local hospital for some urgent care. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t need our car in Reggio so it was very nice to have free underground parking. We had a lovely two night stay.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: It's a nice hotel, very calm, situated in a narrow street of Reggio de Calabre. I would highly recommend it for a short stay (one or two nights).
Cons: The breakfast is served until 09ish which is really early for people who are on holidays. It should be at least till 10.30 or 11 am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were fantastic !!! The room was pretty and we had a terrace. We were close to the Archeological Museum which was the primary reason for our one night stay. There were several restaurants nearby which were open for dinner at 7:30 PM. We had dinner at Sottosale Locanda. The owner drove us to the hydrofoil/ferry as a courtesy.
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - quiet room on the second floor when we first arrived on 10/9 which was brilliant - soundproofing so important. Room No 13 (1st floor) when we came back on 19/9 for one night still good but a bit more noise. - the owner of the BnB is very helpful and friendly. Gave good recommendation for dinner at Artemesia for a reasonable seafood dinner - R.C. is famous for their fresh seafood. See restaurants for separate food reviews. - close to everything as we went out for dinner on 10/9 and breakfast on 19/9. Easy walk to Lungo mare (the sea boardwalk) - they have on site locked garage - a rarity in Italy as we were to discover. Many places suggest off site parking - paid or on the streets with usual parking restrictions
Cons: nothing - very happy
7.5 Good
Pros: Cleaninless

Anirbas - Reggio Calabria - Building
10

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Sabrina, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. Sabrina gave us a quick introduction to the town and helpful advice about the ferry to Messina. The room was comfortable and had a small terrace. We had a delightful, Italian breakfast for 5 Euros/person. The property was tastefully decorated. The apartment was located within walking distance of the promenade.
Cons: We were unsure about parking when we arrived as it is just on the street and we thought we could park right outside the apartment. Parking is dependent on the time of day. The apartment is a little tricky to find as it does not front the street address. For light sleepers, there was some street noise which is muffled by the windows and shutters.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast, very nice and helpful host, she helped us with the plan for visiting the city
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful host, beautiful big room with a balcony, great bathroom, just super pleasant overall and fairly close to the city centre (very close to the museum).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location seems really great: 300 meters to the famous Lungomare Falconata, all of the sights such as The Aragon Castle, The Art Gallery and so on are near, available on foot( approximately 10-15 min). It's easy to reach the hotel from the railway station "reggio di calabria lido", just 7 min on foot. You can find a nice supermarket just across the road. Also there is a gorgeous bakery( “cornetti e caffe” per 2 - only 5 euros), and an authentic Greek “taverna”, called “El Greco”. The landlady is friendly and really helpful, every morning she made coffee for us for free, and she gave us much good advice about planning trips. The room was even more beautiful than we expected: large, with a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. Highly recommend to stay in!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, comfortable, right in the center of Reggio where you can see all turistic sites as well as shopping, beach and everything else there is to see and do in Reggio. Staff great, rooms comfortable and clean, breakfast food
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really modern, clean and nice. Breakfast quite good, reception and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. You can park locally (1e an hour between 7.00 and 19.00 otherwise free) or structure has a car park at a cost. Remember this is a B&B so call before hand to organise time to get the keys. It is better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at in Reggio and I would stay next time I am in Reggio without hesitation.
6.3 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location is good.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty and worn down. There was only one coffee cup for one person in the room and bathroom had very basic toiletries (I.e only soap). We also had someone who worked for the hotel enter our room unannounced at 3am while we were sleeping, which was very alarming to us. We could not sleep after that incident and were exhausted for travel the next day because of this.
7.1 Good
Pros: Position.
Cons: Breakfast was a disaster. very few choice, low quality and also with expired food. Waitress was not so friendly. this has definitively to be improved to mantain The Rating. after 2 days we decided to have Breakfast in a Bar nearby.

Pros: This is a wonderful b&b in center of Reggio. Modern, comfortable and clean, breakfast and staff great. I will be back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I made a reservation for two days so I decided to go to other hotel but I soon as I walking to that hotel I realize it was not the same, so I turned around and came back to Medinblu, I am pretty sure I’m going to stay here for the rest of my trip if you don’t speak Italian don’t worry they speak your language ❤️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly quiet and clean. Air conditioning perfect. Attentive and friendly and helpful staff. (The doors and windows are completely effective in terms of noise-suppression ... impressively so.
Cons: The only suggestion I’d make is for the B&B to install internet signal boosters so that all rooms can enjoy a good WiFi connection. Otherwise: a perfectly delightful stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, welcome and friendliness of manager

Pros: This hotel is super clean and beautifu! I had the room with the sea view and I was happy to watch Sicily from my window. :) I also liked the art all around the hotel. The room and the bathroom were brand new and very comfortable. This was absolutely the best shower in South-Italy that I had in 6 weeks! Room also had a proper heater/air condition. Lungomare, shopping street, the railway station of Lido and the bus stop to the airport were all super near. Sara was so lovely and helped me a lot during my stay. Grazie mille!
Cons: Everything was perfect but maybe there could have been more some non-sugary options for the breakast, like natural yoghurt, fruits, non-sugary cereals, fresh orange juice. But I know in Italy is normal to have sweets for breakfast so I am very used to buy my own. :) I liked that the breakfast was self-service and you was able to do it anytime.

Pros: The apartment is completely new and trendy and the location very convenient. Staff was super nice and check-in very easy. Roof top terrace is amazing.
Cons: Windows are not sound proofed and due to the quite busy street it's noisy in the morning.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: lovely little townhouse hotel run by paulo and family.great modern room , trendy and up to date.....breakfast great as long you like cakes......which are very nice. a slice of ham and some cheese would be handy but nevertheless the family has taken great pride and make you feel very welcome.
Cons: parking is an issue and you need to be an expert in reversing in to small spaces on the road....the scratched and dented cars speak volumes. Driving here will test your patience and i can tell you driving on the los Angeles freeway in rush hour is easy compared to this town.

Cons: Not a thing

Pros: The staff is very pleasant and helpful . They made great efforts to make our stay pleasant and they had success in doing so. We received their recommendation to a private beach and a great restaurant by the name of Le Nasse The location is good and is close to the castle and a 7 minute walk from the beach
Cons: We ordered a room for 4 people and had to sleep the first night at a room for 3 The next morning we had another bed put in the room.

Pros: Everything, from the brothers running the guesthouse to the design of the property. Room was spectacular - high ceilings, painted roof, comfy bed with high leather headboard, Samsung tv, good breakfast and genuine hospitality. Big thanks to Joe who made my stay amazing and his brother who I saw on my day of leaving. Reggio calabria is such a nice part if Italy I felt safe and people was friendly. The luxury I got was a steal at the price.

Pros: Superb, brought in fresh and warm from the local bakery at exactly 0800 hrs.
Cons: A difficult place to find (even with a sat nav) but that was the fault of my taxi driver from the rail station. Guests could do with this information in advance.Superb
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property has 4 bedrooms and a shared kitchen/breakfast room. The room we had was very nice, we didn't see the others. It had en-suite facilities, a TV and a balcony. Whilst we were there we were the only guests so we had the kitchen to ourselves. It is only about 10-15 mins. walk to Reggio's main street, so we found the location very convenient. We also liked the secure parking.
