the hotel was very comfortable and extremely well maintained, beautifully deocrated and the rooms very clean. Fluffy towels. Staff were really very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay. Lovely views from the rooms and terrace across the Tuscan countryside.
the noise of the traffic but double glazing did help to reduce the sound at night and each room has A/C. The restaurant was closed which is a shame as the reviews had rated the food as excellent. There were several family style restaurants close by in walking distance and food was good.
Friendly. helpful staff- good location with a swimming pool.
Buffet breakfast a bit basic- restaurant only open for special occasions
small, friendly, and good pool
The air-conditioning in the room did not really work and the hotel's restaurant was not functioning (in mid August). So it's hard to see how this really is a 4 star hotel.
The hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly, rooms nice and pool excellent
Nice atmosphere, kind staff, large rooms, central location.
a mariage was organized at the hotel during our stay. The event prevented us from using some part of the hotel and the restaurant was closed that evening.
