Location Nothing that i had not expected
A comfortable hotel that was conveniently located, and served an excellent breakfast
When booking a double room for sibgle use, the bedsize was listed as "kingsize". The bed in the room consisted of two side-by-side single beds.
It's a good hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.
I stayed there for two nights, during my Italy Trip. From all the Hotels, it was the one with the friendliest stuff, best breakfast an the biggest room.
Located a block from the rail station, the hotel is clean, the beds are good and the staff were courteous and efficient. You seemed to need a credit card to use the in-room safe.
good location for station and city centre and still peaceful and relaxing
Convenient location. Great breakfast. By and large the staff were excellent. Lack of easy chair with reading light in room. The room was small on the top floor. The bathroom floor was not cleaned before or during my stay. I think this was a Euro 62.00(cheapest advertised) rather than Euro 82.80 (as paid)
Walking distance to city centre & most of the World Heritage sites which have mosaics. Excellent information from staff, who spoke good English. Free parking.
The hotel is very near the station, water bus etc. The accommeodation is clean and fair for a small hotel particularly in Venezia. The breakfast area was only fair.
A friendly, comfortable, simple hotel, with helpful staff and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the major sites.
Promptitude and city knowledge of the clerk
modern style, very clean, good staff
No restaurant in hotel or closeby
Value for money Its position in ravenna - almost impossible to find. Also very far from centro.
Efficient, clean, comfortable Except late at night when it was finally turned off, there was loud bad music playing in the hallways continuously. It added nothing to the ambience and was very annoying.
Very nice design and larger rooms. Breakfast was OK. Hotel surroundings are not very nice and you need a car to go to a restaurant to have dinner.
you get a lot for your money
There are three thinngs that stay out when chossing a hotel;bathroom, quiet location and bed. On these three accounts the hotel gets good marks My stay was to short
clean, modern room more light lunch and dinner meal service [in US we might call it a 'coffee shop']
nice reception, good service, excellent hall for breakfast no, anything.
easy to check-in, easy to check-out. easy access from motorway, available parking. power breakdown in my room - was fixed by desk personnel. No hot water in the morning - failure in the hotel system.
Hotel staff were first class and smiling. Hotel smart and very clean. Room was a good size. Breakfast good . Great value. No complaints.
Proximity to airport and town centre. Friendly and efficient staff
Breackfast was very good, not distant from town centre
Personal. The gym. Paying for wifi internet. No restaurant.
Clean, Smart, comfortable with helpful staff
Helpful staff and location (close to town centre and airport) Air Conditioning was not in use - apparently not allowed unless the mayor says OK. It was very hot and it was not clear from the hotel listing that this was the case
no air vents in bathroom very unhygienic not a pleasant stay
Good and varied breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is very near to railroad, which is disturbing during the night.
Charging 5€ for 38 min of internet takes any positive feeling away.
Very convenient place for business trip. Easy to find te hotel.Close to the ports and road access. free car park.
Very stylish Hotel with excellent facilities and the room was 5 star
The stay was nice but the air temperature inside the room could not be adjusted and was set for 24 C too warm for me. Although the whole hotel and region were could outside. I like to have a colder room
Location,Easy to find and access to Venice raod SS309. Free parking No any computer to use for customer.
Fine place to stay, fine staff. Free shuttle to Ravenna City Center.
there are no surprises, everything is at a very acceptable and pleasing standard
Everything including the free navetta! Without doubt the best hotel in Ravenna! Nothing
Room was clean and nice It was not written on the booking.com page, that you have to pay an extra 20€ per person for using the Wellnessarea. Plus, there they wanted to charge us other 3 € just for using a big towel. At breakfast no one asked us for a coffee or tea. Breakfast itself was not what you might expect at a Hotel with 4 stars.
The hall and bar are very nice; it's nice to arrive in the hotel. Lots of parking. Large room with good beds. The room was very hot and we couldn't get the temperature down. The air was very dry so pay attention when you arrive that you regulate the heating/airco instrument.
Unlimited free internet access.
No on site restuarant facilities
It was the best hotel we stayed at during the last 5 years when travelling accross europe. They don't cater for diabetic people, but this is a problem everywhere. simply supplying wholemeal bread at breakfast would be a big help. Also some sugar free items would be good too. There are millions of diabetic people in every country.
The room was very welcoming with a pleasant smell of incenseand it was comfortable and clean Not many restuarants within walking distance.
Staff was very helpful, room quality and cleanliness was superb. Hotel was very quiet and I loved the breakfast. Towels were abundant, very clean and had a very nice scent. Very close to highway but quiet and has a spacious parking lot monitored with cameras. We were advised to check two close-by pizzeria house which were both very nice to dine. I loved this hotel.
The hotel staff are very nice. and the hotel is very clean and nice Breackfast was not so good with few selections and with empty plates.
Location. Just off the A14, very convenient
Unfortunatelly there seemed to be a problem with the heating system and we froze
Very good and clean hotel. Hotel staff was really like in 5 star hotel.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was large and comfortable, with an excellent ocean view. The bathroom was particularly nice. I was not a fan of the extremely modern decor, but my wife liked it. The restaurant was first rate, both for breakfast and dinner.
This hotel is really fabulous. We had a really relaxing time. It is in a nice area of Italy and the facilities are excellent. There are three hotels in a block and you can use any of the pools, bars and restaurants in any of the hotels. We would certainly go there again. We paid quite a bit for the hotel and then found that we had to pay extra for parking and to use the beach. The beach was 20 Euros a day so we just went to the pool instead. The laundry also sent back a pair of my husbands trousers with an iron mark on it. However, these were just minor things and did not spoil our enjoyment of our holiday.
Very nice hotel for spend our holiday.
the comfort in the room
Nice design hotel, just built, clean room, great balcony, good breakfast and services No minibar in the room, staff a bit cold at reception
Very nice hotel!!! Staff was very very polite, excellent breakfast, good wiev from appartments, very nice docorated - rooms, lobby, parking place opportunity, the hotel is just in the city center. Air-conditioning is bizzar - you have to call reception every single time you want to change temperature, turn it on, turn it off... day and night, it really makes you nervous. Beach in front of the hotel is not a part of hotel's territory, Palace operated beach is a bit aside the hotel, very expensive and offers poor services, private beach in front of the hotel was cheaper.
An excellent location in the middle of Lugo town. Well placed for visiting Bologna and Ravenna, but little to offer in Lugo itself. The hotel is good quality and the staff friendly. No hot water in the bathroom on two occasions.
The little town of Lugo was a really pleasant surprise - wonderful to walk around and the hotel was fantastic. Very welcoming, great service, nice breakfast. Highly recommended.
Breakfast, big room, nice town, good reception service
I wanted a quit hotel inside a small town, for a one-night break in a drive to my holidaylocation. This hotel has private parking, a nice central location, great hotel for this price.
the friendly staff at the receiption, central position of the hotel, quiet there should be at least one german tv channel( they sakid they were rearranging channels at that time), bread at breakfast improveable!
staff; restaurant; internet 3 € for all days; very good everything please do more days with this price
Comfortable beds, great big bathroom, cleanliness. The view (of a backyard).
Staff was very helpful. My baggage didn't arrive for 1-1/2 days, and they were very good about calling the airport for me mutiple times, as well as making toiletries available. Cotignola is a small town, and this hotel is the best place to stay - clean, internet access, centrally located, staff speaks english, restaurant is very nice, breakfast included, air conditioned rooms.
It's clean and quiet to live and the service is good.
Overall cleanliness of hotel. Although modern & contemporary in design the furniture in bar & restaurant was not particulary comfortable. Fine dining but sitting on plastic chairs!
Very much the original design of hotel and numbers was pleasant. Excellent there was a kitchen on a beach, is not expensive and is very tasty Anything essential
Absolutely everything - especially the beautiful bedroom we got!! We stayed in the hotel on our honeymoon, and we couldn't imagine a better place to stay in!!
Due to illness in the family I had to change my booking at very short notice. Both booking.com and the Hotel desk staff were very helpful in arranging this (and without any cancellation fees!).On arrival the two ladies on the desk were so very kind and helpful in assisting me get some medicine for my wife. The hotel is very close to Forli Airport (5-10 minutes), and its a 2 hour drive to Florence.
Very friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The welcome snacks and hot drinks were much appreciated. The room was comfortable and catered to all our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a great choice.
Very helpful staff and nice touch to have a free mini bar with soft drinks Location is excellent for the Forli airport Beds far too hard and uncomfortable and the rooms looking a little tired and in need of upgrade
Very polite and welcome stuff
the staff and breakfast, and location for the airport and the centre of town. the windows in the room did not open and the air conditioning was poor, i dont think this hotel is of 4 star standard.
Hotel Michelangelo was close to the railway station, it is only 10 minutes walk. The room was a little warm, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel for people travelling with children too.
excellent location from trin station, large quiet room, wonderfull breakfast and excellent staff. As a single woman traveler I felt completely relaxed and safe in this hotel and would say this is a great place to stay
I spent such a short time in your hotel, so I did not have the chance to really like or not like your hotel.
Well-appointed rooms with modern furnishings. Convenient internet access. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
Very central location and friendly staff Decor was a bit dated but everything was spotless and well-maintained.
location, cleanliness and staff current refurbishment, noise was slightly offputting. some seating needs attention or replaced and some choice for english breakfast even if only toast
The beautiful spacious room, and the polite friendly staff. If you like shopping it is the perfect location. would have like access to a hotel bar and to be able to sit and have a beverage before going out to eat etc. f
Good position in a beautiful building; large room; good breakfast; possibility of parking nearby at no cost (during holidays)
Clean, nice, tastefull interior, staff spoke good english hard bed,
Beautiful 'Old World' feel to the hotel, great place to stay in Faenza
I cannot say a bad word about the Hotel Vittoria. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location of the hotel was excellent. Only a short walk to the centre of the town. We had a very pleasant stay.
the room 111 no bar
Nice Hotel, friendly staff No bar in the evening
The ambiance of the hotel.
The warmth and generosity of the staff and the accommodation
Location Service not in line to make it a good value for money choice (in the luxury segment). Ex. 1. Problems with satellite TV, flagged but not solved by the owner; payment with credit card temporarily unavailable, made cash withdraw necessary
Easily one of the most attractive rooms we've stayed in Europe. Interesting decor and antiques, but best of all was the ceiling painted in Roman villa style and strageically-lit. Also liked how spacious the suite was (including the bathroom) and how it had essentially 5 beds, how the staff helped us find free parking nearby, and now central the hotel was overall. Breakfast was served in a cavernous room with wooden beams, which we liked, but it was cold and unimaginative.
The location of the hotel, the value for money and the confort of the room are exceptional.
Excellent room and location. Breakfast was good, although no butter on the second morning we were there. Noise from other guests on the first night. Junior suite turned out to be one large room. Judging by other reviews I think the owner(s) must have been away. We only ever saw somebody on arrival, and at breakfast, who couldn't speak any english. Nasty smell from downstairs, perhaps they were having problems with the drains?
The room was light and airy and the air conditioning worked well. We found the hotel difficult to locate as we had not been informed about the change of name from Holiday Inn.
Brand new hotel, well decorated rooms, friendly staff, good parking facilities, direct at motorway (Cesena North)
Clean, new hotel - very good for one night underway. Kettle in the room. Because it is new area you will not find the hotel location in GPS - please print the map. No vegetables on breakfast - strange (no tomato, no cucumber - in Italy)
With GPS navigator it was hard to find the hotel.
cheap The guy at the reception desk when we arrived at midnight didn't know how to talk to a customer
This is our fourth visit to this hotel and the high standards we enjoyed while the hotel was under Express by Holiday Inn managment have been maintained by Unaway Hotels
Great staff particular the breakfast team and the General Manager who was very helpful, Cesena is a beutiful place and I look forward to my next visit. A pool would be nice
Conveniently located next to the highway exit. This hotel tries to be hip and smooth and turned out to be a little bit too smooth and hip for us. It felt very sterile. Our room smelled like glue ("newness") when the airco was running, so we had to turn the airco off as it was really hot and the window open. There was a bright blue light outside that kept us from sleeping - since we couldn't close the curtains due to the airco issue. The night receptionist did turn the outside light off for us.
exellent position near highway staff at breakfast
