Pros: We stayed here for one night with my family and I cannot compliment this place and our hosts more. Beautiful house in a magnificent garden and set in a very nice, tranquil village. Walking distance to a chateau, vineyards and sunflower fields. What I would like to highlight the most are our hosts - the nicest, most helpful and accommodating ladies, who made our stay very memorable. The best breakfast I’ve had out of all B&Bs we’ve so far stayed (and we’ve done quite a few). Home-made cake, juice, jams, yoghurt - absolute heaven! I can’t recommend this place more and would happily rate it much higher than 10/10!!

There is also a sign outside main road which points you in the right direction.

Pros: Pleasant stay amongst the vineyards. Quiet, friendly people, interesting architecture in the bedroom, books to read (if you have time), wine tasting experience provided.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is a bit out of town so unless you have your own car, there is nothing for miles around. The nearest town is Puisseguien. But if you have that sorted, this is a beautiful little place. Francessa ( hope I got the spelling right) is a wonderful and warm host. Really felt at home with the stories of the Hippo and the vineyard. The breakfast was hearty and again felt very much like home. We did do a longish wine tasting with her which we enjoyed greatly. So if you would truly like to live in a vineyard and drive with the top down through the winding roads of the vineyard this is the place for you. We loved our room too which had these nooks and corners and some character !

Pros: So clean we felt embarrassed to ourselves about our own home. Most kind and helpful host imaginable. Great breakfast, all home made jams, yogurt, nicest coffee so far in france. Thank you very much.
Cons: There was nothing not to like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building with perfect decor. The location was fabulous and the rooms looked out into a park. No street noise! Breakfast was amazing with home made orange smoothie and home made yoghurt. They served a real croissant that actually tasted of butter. Highly highly recommend
Cons: You need to be aware there is air conditioning but was not a problem
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our room was quite large and had a nice view of the garden. Breakfast was included and was delicious, with home made jams and yogurt, croissants and bread. It is served family style so you get to start your day off with an interesting conversation with other guests. Value for money.
Cons: The fact that the property does not take credit cards should be placed more prominently on Booking.com's website. You have to scroll to the end of the listing to find it. It took us an hour to find an ATM and get back to the hotel to check out. Inconvient for us and embarrassing to the owner. Also, call ahead for parking. There is not much of it.
10.0 Excellent

We felt thoroughly spoiled at this beautiful french house and would definitely stay here again .

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is very rural. A working vinery. House very old and rustic. Very quiet. Nothing fancy but we loved the setting
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Situated in the midst of well kept vineyards the around 300 year old Mansion tells its own story. Listen well and you will hear a lot.. Serene, no light pollution at night, hardly a sound, inviting to meditate or do some writing. It feels like the massive limestone walls are breathing, regulating freshness. Very special and impressive indeed. Want to have some different kind of entertainment? Bordeaux is et less than one hour. A great deal of our successful stay in January 2018 must be attributed to our very kind and helpful hostess. Thank you for everything!
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This little retreat was perfect for our needs as a family. Our kids were thrilled with their room, and we were thrilled with ours. The breakfast was hearty and plentiful, and we were only a few driving minutes from many charming little towns. Best of all, though, were the hosts. They were kind, warm, generous, funny, and truly a pleasure to spend time with. They gave us a tour of their working winery (with a tasting), and did everything they could to make our stay an exceptional one. This is not a luxury property: it is rustic and a bit off the beaten path. But we would not have traded our time here for anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful few days. This was truly the highlight of our vacation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This property is excellent value for money. We received a very warm welcome from our host that included a personalized tour of the vineyards and the family's wine production. A welcome change from the tours of large, more commercialized wineries in the St Emilion region. Breakfast was delightful, not only on account of the good food but the friendly conversation with our host. The house is rustic but charming. It is off the beaten path in a quiet and very scenic area. As it is somewhat difficult to find, it is best to check out directions beforehand.
Château La Rose Perrière - Lussac - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing property! The Chateau and estate are beautiful. Our room was superb, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom is one of the best we have stayed in. The view out over the gardens and vineyards is perfect with a bottle of wine. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch, breakfast good, wine tour good. Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We stayed here and visited the Saint Emilion vineyards which were all in a great area to the hotel. It is just beautiful and great value for money. There’s no restaurant for dinner on site but we had a lovely breakfast and restaurants are all very close. If you want a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful french setting I would choose this location. Beds very comfortable also.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the beautiful setting, in the vineyards and gorgeous room and bath! The facility was immaculate. We enjoyed the simple, but more than adequate breakfast, which awaited us at a set time in the morning.
Cons: We loved everything about La Chateau Rose Perrière. It is beautiful, with only three guest rooms, as part of a gorgeous wine Estate. Guests need to plan to drive to a nearby village for dining.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the property is amazing. Large room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. The gardens surrounding are simply breathtaking. Great wine.
Cons: To be a little picky, some additional amenities such as plates and cutlery would have been helpful. The property is a little remote so we had baguettes and cheese/meat for one evening meal. The setting was amazing, but the extras would have been helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location in the vineyards. The staff were amazing and gave us a tour of the vineyards as well as a tasting! Our bathroom looked out on the vineyards, it was perfect.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is truly a hidden gem at less than 15 minutes from St. Emilion. The perfect gateway for few days - there are only 3 rooms so it is extremely private. The rooms were very cozy and the bathrooms were extremely clean and big. Breakfast was very good (we have been asked what we want to eat a day before) and our hostess was extremely pleasant. The wine was good - I only tasted one of the wines, but I will taste more when I get back home :) A great experience! Note: although I am in France for one year, I live in the U.S. (so the French flag next to my name is not very accurate).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Otelin banyosu Check-in saatinden sonra vardığım halde resepsiyon görevlileri gelmemi beklediler. Nezaketlerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Although I arrived after check-in hours, the receptionist has waited for my arrival. Thank you for their kindness. The garden
Cons: Breakfast could be much more better. The breakfast cannot be considered good for such type of a luxurious and expensive hotel. I couldn't pay with credit card because there was a problem with the machine. I was lucky that I had cash with me. I was expecting a more welcome countryside hotel but what I found out was a hotel like five star chain hotels. The hotel seemed to me more money minded yet I was expecting a rural hotel with amateur spirit.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view of the vineyard from our window, cozy room and nice bathroom, very beautiful garden - perfect for a stroll, small hotel, feels personal and quiet, interesting wine tour and tasting, good breakfast (you can choose from a list what you want for the next morning, e.g. egg, fruit, croissant, etc), around 15 min to St. Emillion
Cons: The bed was much too soft
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was so beautiful, quiet and really exclusive.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful - the gardens mixed with the vineyard are superb. The location is perfect. So quiet and incredibly tranquil and yet close to St Emilion. Our welcome from Valerie was delightful and the wine tasting when we did arrive was a very welcome 'bienvenue '.
Cons: Our only comment would be that the bed was not very good. For us it was small and it was too soft in the middle meaning we did not sleep very well.

Pros: A lovely property with a good pool and relaxing garden. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were various indoor and outdoor places to sit and relax or socialise.
Cons: Even though the property is on a main D road, our Sat Nav confused us re the location. The property was reasonably well flagged but the entrance was narrow and easy to drive past. Some extra instructions to guests re how to approach it would be appreciated.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location. Pool, food, location
Cons: For really hot days air con in the rooms would be good. We had a fan and it was just about ok but had we stayed the previous night it would have been uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building, great staff and food.
Cons: Nothing
5.5 Okay
Pros: The pool and the view
Cons: An unfriendly welcome at check-in spoiled our whole impression of the place. During our 2 night stay not one staff member approached us to ask how we were getting on etc. We booked a suite and were given a round 2 level room (maybe a former pigeonnaire?) which consequently had small windows and was uncomfortably hot as there was no air conditioning, just a very small fan to blow the hot air around! I suspect we were the last to arrive on the check-in day and so drew the short straw. Such a pity because the setting is wonderful, with lovely views, a pool and allegedly a pretty good restaurant!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, good food and reasonably priced wine.
Cons: The low ceilings in part of our bedroom were a challenge for me at 6ft 3in!

Pros: The room was spacious, the bed comfy, the bathroom the nicest we have had in France this trip and most others.

Pros: The staff were amazing. We loved the tour and tasting. Extra thanks are due to the staff for bringing our breakfast up to our room as my partner is a wheelchair user. And what a luxury to have a sauna and a jacuzzi bath in our own room!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Merlot room is lovely - large room, beautiful bathroom with jet bath tub and sauna room. The windows are small in the Merlot room so the view is limited but we picked it to muffle the noise from the road. Noise from the road didn't keep us up and we're very light sleepers. It's a short easy 10 minute drive to/from Saint Emillion, even after dinner.

We did the wine tour and was great to see the process an and sample some of their wines. We wanted somewhere to relax close to Saint Emilion and we chose the right place! Thank You :)

Pros: Very nice place! mornings are perfect when you wake up and see the vineyards and have a delicious breakfast surrounded by candles in an absolutely stunning room with a fireplace. Here you have a taste of a peaceful winemaking region in its charm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good with cold meats, cheese and fresh breads from the local boulengerie, cereals, a fresh individual fruit salad and lovely croissants. Rooms very quiet and well insulated against noise and quite large. The place is in a quiet tranquil location overlooked by vineyards and there is plenty of tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.
Cons: Not much, British tastes tend to like a kettle and tea, coffee facilities in the rooms but this was provided in the breakfast room which was open to guests until late.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, peaceful location in the vineyards. Very comfortable room and very hospitable host, Yves.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Small B&B with great views and nice owners. Very relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was outside in the yard which was great and with a continental selection.
Cons: Certainly need a car to get there & not a lot of restaurants in the area. There was also no AC in the room so it might get a bit hot at times.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for visiting the Bordeaux and Bergerac region, and close to many nice restaurants and small picturesque towns. The house is idyllic, and would be the sort of house I would buy if I could afford it. The perfect place to come and relax. It is like being in your own luxury mansion. And there are two nice friendly animals, a cat and a dog (but if you don't like animals, don't worry, they will keep out of your way). The atmosphere is very informal, so if you want Jeeves attending to your every need, then maybe you should find a hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It's a really nice place for peaceful rest. We were lucky enough to get a room with a kitchen and the host kindly lent us her grill. If you want to have a nice slow morning, it's worth taking the breakfast they offer for a reasonable price. The property is really well maintained. The swimming pool as well as other attractions make it a nice place to spend time for both grown-ups and children. Don't really have bad things to say - nice hosts, beautiful surroundings, clean, well thought out concept. Make sure you ask the host for tips - she sent us to a very lovely place for lunch. We really enjoyed our stay.

7.0 Good
Pros: The Friday evening meal that we had, when it was eventually served, was well presented, and very tasty indeed
Cons: It seemed to us that towards the end of the main season, the restaurant waiting staff had maybe taken a day off or holiday? Whilst the mature lady who served us was very pleasant and friendly, there were simply too many customers for her to serve all on her own. The end result was three courses from the set menu took well over 2 hours to receive and eat.

Pros: Delightful hotel restaurant in the heart of the vines

This is a really authentic French country experience. Véronique and Thor Inge were fantastic hosts. Friendly and helpful. Great value for money too.
