Staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was perfectly acceptable Bed was terrible, probably the firmest mattress I have ever encountered, not only in hotels but in life in general
When we arrived Aaron took the time to speak with me about various kid friendly locations. He told me the history of the town and the very best restaurants that have the best prices and are kid/family friendly. It was a big help having a 2 year old. The hotel was clean in appearance as our room. The room did not smell like cigarettes like other hotels we have stayed in before. The pool was not open yet. I can understand why it was not open, but a sign would have been useful.
Maid service did not make beds every day, just replaced towels and emptied trash. Very spacious except the hanging rack in the master bedroom left clothes hanging very nearly on the bed itself. Just pastries and fruit for breakfast, no hot eggs or sausage.
The location was good for us and the facility was really clean. Very good continental breakfast and the check in process was simple. The bed was extremely hard and the ice machine was not working.
Decorated very modern and pretty. Easy to find and not far from down town.
We feel we picked the best Inn. The location was in the center of town. It was simply beautiful! My kids enjoyed their stay there.
Comfortable beds, decent size room. Friendly staff. Clean. Enough towels. Easy to find, convenient location. Nice pool, including a shaded picnic and grill area--a pleasant and unusual amenity for most motels. Good selection of coffee was nice. Food choices limited; could have few more nutritious items--non-sugary yogurt, better bread or cereal. Oddly, only one small, water-bottle type container with milk. Given the number of people, including children, and cereal as a main breakfast item, they should have a better way to serve. Too few tables--just 3--making finding a place to sit a little awkward. Did meet a nice European couple this way--they invited me and my son to join them, making a plus from a negative.
