Pros: A nice room and friendly hosts in a quite surrounding. The pool and garden are a great addition and the table d'hotes is very tasty. I can definitely recommend this place.
Pros: Plenty of coffee and each day was a different ‘pastry’. Cheeses, bread and jams all very good.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: The hosts were really friendly. The guest experience was excellent! I felt like my own home in France. The small town was perfect and relax without tourist, so for me and my boyfriend was a really good experience.
Pros: hospitality, clean, pool, space, good bed, great bathroom, parking, good breakfast and very friendly owners
Pros: Lovely receptive hosts even though we couldn’t communicate much! Extremely welcoming. Room was perfect and air conditioning worked perfectly - essential during the heatwave
Pros: Excellent cleanliness
Cons: No Tv
With a stay at Le Blanc Murier in Flaux, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Chateau Ducal dit le Duche and Uzes Cathedral. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay in hospitality which was beyond the words. Clean and tastefully designed room with crisp sheets and most comfortable bed. Small patio in front of the room was just right to enjoy in privacy and relax with a glass of wine in the afternoon. Breakfast really exceeded our expectations. Every review which you can read about it is true. You really have to taste homemade Myriam jams to know how good they are. Thank you, Myriam and Pierre!
Pros: The property is charming - beautiful and calm, tastefully renovated, and with a nice garden and pool. The location is excellent for making day trips to Uzes (15 min), Avignon (40 min) and Nimes (40 min), while enjoying the peace of the countryside. The hosts were excellent, as was breakfast. Fresh orange juice, fresh breads, homemade jams, homemade yoghurt, coffee, tea, fruit, muesli, and more. There are bikes available for borrowing, and the hosts have tips on local activities and restaurants. A very pleasant stay.
Cons: The toilet is on the ground floor while the sink and shower are on the mezzanine. Going up and down the stairs was fine for us, but it may be tricky for some.
Pros: The lady of the house was very friendly and tried to meet to all our expectations, what she dit.
Pros: Relaxing place to stay not far from Uzes. There were nice little touches as well as the benefit of a kitchen area for simple meals. Breakfast was superb and the pool a great retreat at the end of a busy day. Would highly recommend. Myriam and Pierre are great hosts and most helpful.
Pros: Charming hostess, beautiful pool and private terrace with very comfortable outdoor furniture everywhere. Also room beautifully furnished. Plus shared kitchen with good local wine to buy an asset.
Pros: Room excellent, could have done with a downstairs sink in the cloakroom.
Pros: the enthusiasm of the landlady. Nice Pool. Excellent breakfast. Quiet area.
Cons: Room was quit damp
Pros: Great place and host, very well equipped apartment,
Pros: Myriam and Pierre are wonderful hosts, we felt welcomed and pampered during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with homemade jams ( the watermelon and lemon jam!!!), yogurt and cake and there is also a small shared summer kitchen were you can prepare a tea, a coffee or even a salad. The garden is amazing and we appreciated a lot the attention to details and the small gestures like having a bottle of water and a piece of chocolate in the room when we arrived. We hope to go back soon!
Pros: Very pleasant and kind landlord. Very quiet at night. Parking in the premises. Excellent breakfast served in beautiful tableware. Very clean, nice beds.
Cons: Unfortunately there was no heating until early in the morning, thus rather cold in the room.
Saint Martin is a guest house located in the village of Valliguières.
Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated. Our host charming and breakfast was great
Pros: It was an impressive building with lovely landscaping. Because this is a rural property, we had a quiet, restful night.
Cons: The hosts should give guests explicit directions on how to access the property, because it is complicated, and the host's ability with English is limited. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee cups.
Pros: Our room had its own private terrace with a view of the village and surrounding hills. It was a fabulous spot to sit and sip a local wine as we watched the sunset. As a rural property, there is a large yard to explore, with local cats and dogs to welcome you. Our hostess also provided us with fresh eggs from the chicken coop. The breakfast (optional) was substantial, and fed us for several days. This is an ideal property for families, as the property is large, and there is a private swimming pool on site, which we didn't have time to enjoy. Domaine St. Martin is located close to the Pont du Gard, Nimes, Avignon, Tavel, and Uzes, with easy access to all of those locations on secondary roads. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family, and hope that we will be able to visit again some day.
Cons: The kitchen was well equipped, and it would have been helpful to provide some basic items, including salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, and pods for the mysterious (at least to us Canadians) coffee maker. The village adjacent to the property although very charming and fun to explore, doesn't have any amenities, other than a Boulangerie. For meals you will have to drive to nearby towns (we recommend Uzes).
Pros: Our spacious room included a table and chairs and small kitchen with an attached bathroom. The room was up one flight of stairs. The house is in a small, quiet village with only a bakery but a supermarket is a few mins drive away. The road is reasonably busy but soundproof windows meant no noise at night. Laundry facilities were appreciated. The pool was superb and we had it to ourselves both days. We visited Pont du Gard and Uzes quite easily from here. Great value for money and we wished we had booked in for longer.
Pros: Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, comfortable room with real duvet and not the omnipresent in France blankets, working heating and internet too. A lovely village not far from the Pont du Gard. Highly recommended. Message to the owners: pls don't change anything. Don't try to match the miserable standard of many b&b in this pretty country.
Pros: Very nice place! Very nice owners. Very calm and wonderful for visiting Avignon, Pond Du Gard etc..Bakery very near. Coffee from the restaurant in front of the property was perfect. Swiming pool with an area for relaxing -outstanding. Garden in the backyard marvelous. Kitchen with everything needed.
Cons: Very Hard Bed!!!! The hot water is coming from an electric boiler which turns on only during the night and makes noise!!! If the owners change that two things the place will reach 10 points for us immediately!!!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay. Lovely pool, lovely breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. The accommodation was on two floors, with balcony.
Cons: No reflection on the property, but we had to travel to Uzes for evening meal. We just missed the shop which closes at 19.30. Internet showed restaurants in village. There were none. The kitchen is well equipped, if only we organised ourselves better.
Pros: The owner was supernice, the place is very authentic and so cute, the room was very clean, the breakfast was awesome with home made and tasty foods. Its close to Pont du Gard, and 25 km from Avignon.
Pros: None, simply a room to sleep
Cons: You have to pay everything including using washing machine. Using detergent was not allowed by the host. Fortunately, we brought our own.

Pros: Comfortable room with en-suite bathroom, good breakfast on terrace with splendid view.
Cons: View from room was extremely limited, but that can probably not be helped (site protege).
Pros: Breakfast on the terrace. Use of terrace for our own evening picnic Tranquility Clean contemporary room in a traditional village house. Spotless.
Pros: For the price, this is a fine choice. Friendly proprietor, clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable, breakfast adequate for French standards. View and biking and hiking possibilities excellent! Would stay there again if in the area.
Cons: As often experienced in France, if you don't speak French, you're handicapped. However, a host who speaks neither English nor German is disappointing. He was very friendly and we communicated enough with hand and face signals, but it would have been more pleasant if we could have better communication.
Pros: The house is newly restored and has a lot of charme. It has 3-4 guest rooms and is very cozy and personal. The bed was very comfy and parking right in front of the house. Even though i arrived 1 hr before check in time, it was no problem - many thanks!!!
Cons: Plan in a little drive if you are planning to go for dinner aa the village does not have any restaurants. But that's ok.
Pros: Very quiet setting, good breakfast.
Cons: Small bedroom and bathroom.
Pros: Amazing bathroom, nice breakfast, a true provence atmosphere
Cons: Bad was a bit small
Pros: Beautifully renovated old building, rural and with great views
Cons: Two flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase
Pros: Quiet, lovely rural setting, not over priced, breakfast on terrace with views across the countryside, simple but characterful, mix of modern facilities and the rustic. Kind gentleman in charge.
Cons: Might be nice to text the host directly on a mobile rather than use email for liaising about arrival time, but not a big deal.
Pros: The room was much better than I expected: it was big, beautiful and had a marvelous view at the castle, everything was clean and tidy. During warm evening guests may sit at lovely terrace. The house looks old and authentic from the outside, but is actually very modern from the inside. The breakfast was big and good, but nothing extraordinary, just usual continental breakfast.

So we had the poolside and pool to ouselves.returning next week for another music concert nearby for an overnight stay.
