Pros: The location of the hotel in the city centre, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the accommodation and a great continental breakfast all make this a lovely hotel to stay in. I'll certainly go again!
Pros: Good location - near the station and the town centre and tourist attractions. Buffet breakfast better than expected.
Cons: The hotel still allows smoking and the seats and ashtrays in the corridors mean that you have to walk through a very smoky atmosphere to get to the lift and also smoke permeates into all the rooms on the floor.
Pros: Location close to the station.
Cons: The blanket was quite thin, and there wasn't a second one in the room.
Pros: Good location, reasonably utilated and sized room.
Cons: Room smelled (somebody had been sick there, apparently, and the cleaning staff had done a poor job cleaning afterward). The hotel was full so I could not be moved, and there was no cleaning staff left to do additional cleaning. I had to invent ways to keep my clothes non-smelly till morning... Very poor English at the reception, as well.
Pros: Very helpful staff. Large, comfortable room and bathroom. Location close to railway station, so I easily commuted to Brussels for business meetings. Close to city centre and shops. Breakfast room cosy.
Pros: The room was quiet, and the hotel very conveniently situated.
Pros: Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good access to station and shops.
Cons: Soft bed
Pros: Excellent location. In summer it would be unbearably hot.
Cons: Very Old, no air conditionning, not really a 3 star hotel, less comfort than expected, decoration is hugly, if you plan to relax after a long journey, go elseware ...
Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. Nice location. good breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom as well as the room could have been cleaner. We found some rubbish under the bed as well as hair in the bath. We had to leave the water run for 10 minutes before it turned hot...

Cons: Less than perfect shower. Sadly the chef was ill for some of my stay.
Pros: Comfortable room for overnight stay.
Pros: bathroom clean, otherwise nothing
Cons: The hotel was very shabby, the staff were rude, ignoring us. The chef was ill, so no dinner, no help to find alternative. The coffee machine did not work at breakfast and they charged the bar bill to the room, after paying on the night. We have a Best Great western near to us (Centurian, Midsomer Norton, Bath) and we expexted similar.
Cons: The internet is not exactly free, to use it you need to already have an account with Swisscom.
Cons: hotel closes at 23.00 no nightshift, bar was closed because of meeting.
Cons: Closing time 23.00 is a little bit early
Cons: We booked the hotel specialy for grand prize of Namur (motocross world champion ship) , we are drivers. We could' t came frome the hotel in the morning (6 a.m) beacuse the door was close. we asked to open door we were refused, because this hotel is not night hotel. We have a good chance to loose the champinship start. We did not recieve any breakfast, because of we leave hotel early.
Pros: Hotel comfortable, good location
Cons: Having to walk outside to get to bar / dining room
Pros: Comfortable and quiet despite being on a regularly used road
Pros: The lady owner is very kind and helpful.
Cons: We had 3 dinners at the Cicero restaurant. We also had 7 breakfasts. Always very good. However, except for snails and beers, we could not get any local food (nearly everything is "imported" from the Flemish part of Belgium, from butter, to low-fat yogurt).

Cons: The hotel is located within a Casino. It is quite run down and is more like a motel. To access the rooms there is a very odd series of stairways and hallways and an old elevator to take. I did not feel safe. The room furnishing were worn out.
