I didn’t like been charged with SF1280 immediately I gave my credit card for a deposit, their excuse was attributed to computer, it seems it is very clever and gets lot at once. I felt I was robbed.

In current room the quality of the bathroom and separate toilet were not up to the standard of the 5 star hotel. Had problem with one of the showers.

The location is perfect and the rooms are very cute. The hotel itself is great! Parts of it are a bit old but if you get one of the new refurbished rooms, you will be very pleased!
For the first time in my life did I have to wait 1 hour for my room when I arrived at Check-in time 15:00. The room wasn't ready and the check-in/check-out process of the hotel should be improved.
