It was the best choice to stay in the Old Town with a lot of character and history. To boot, it was within walking distance to the shopping area by the lake. I would highly recommend staying here.

Les Armures is one of those special boutique hotels that part of you doesn't want to write a review about for fear of too many people finding out about it. In short, the location is A+, the staff lovely and accommodating and the room was full of charm and well appointed. I cannot wait to return to Les Armures!

During checking we asked to add extra bed for the child. It turned out the room we booked was too small for additional bed so we were upgraded to suite for free. Staff was super friendly.

Location - in heart of old city Very friendly and helpful staff Lovely restaurant, also with charming outside section Not too big, so more personal service
Urban setting means that there is no pool / outdoor lounge area Decor / art could in the rooms could have been slightly more high end, but all is clean and fresh.
