Children very welcome Pool did not open until 12.00 and was closed for maintenence when went to use it. We have Children, so this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel
internet in the room must be free. More russian TV
Another good stay at this conveniently located hotel. On good bus routes to many parts of the city. Staff great as always and comfortables rooms. Very good value for money compared to other hotels in the city.
Close to cruise port
NO fuss.We just got on with it The position could have been a little more central
Comfort & rooms cleaning Breakfast timing is too short; to be extended to 11 AM
Stay a room Restaurant
Comfortable room Rude/apathetic staff, rude restaurant staff, poor restaurant selection both at dinner and breakfast
Not so good. 1.Access is not so easy for me (one of foreign amateur car driver). 2.PARKING IS CONVENIENT BUT TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME. 3.RESTAURANT CLOSING TIME IS 1 HOUR AHEAD FROM THEIR GUIDANCE IN ROOM,WHICH THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THEY CAN NOT UPDATE THEMSELVES THE LEAFLET THE FRENCH HEAD OFFICE HAS ISSUED.
Very good breakfeast, wonderful room and location near of port. Do not have free wireless internet.
It was on the far side of the harbor. It was on the industrial western side. Most of the historic sites were on the eastern side.
A gorgeous view overseeing Genoa. It's close to the port - and it's actually one of the cleanest ports I've seen in my life. Extremely professional staff and a decent breakfast by continental standards. I would highly recommend this, particularly if you are going to the ferry the next day.
It was terrible.. This place is a 1 star at best. Bed was to small, AC didn't work in room. Joint entry door with next room was like they were in my room! Just not a good stay
Spacious room, nice towels They turn off the air conditioner at night because they expect you to open your windows to the "cooler" air. The place is next to a port operating 24/7 loading and unloading cruise ships. Extremely noisy and bright lights all night. The windows are approximately 6ft long by 4 ft wide and you have to open the whole window. There were gale force winds coming in and blowing everything around. So there was either no air circulation with the windows closed or a wind tunnel with them open. The beds were too firm for our liking. Not a place to get a good night's rest.
