I had to stand in the lobby for about 20 mins before someone came to attend to us. The front desk was empty, there were two other persons waiting behind me to served. Such a poor customer service. The doors to the rooms are outside which I didn't like.
They were doing a lot of construction on the building.
Price line did not pass my information to the hotel so it took me a minute to check in
Location, and the people were very helpful.
I apparently booked a smoking room, I used priceline and received the room. the location was good but Monday morning, they were pressure washing the adjacent building. I felt the hotel should have notified me of this work prior to assigning the room.I think the bed was good, I think the room needs a lot of updates having stayed in a Motel 6 in New Jersey. That motel was very nice, clean and had a very nice workspace for my work. I felt the combination kitchen-et and workspace to be very uncomfortable. would have prefered a smaller kitchen area and a larger working desk space and chair like a mini office. Compared to the motel 6 this was a 2 star not a 4 star. The motel 6 was rated 3 stars and I would have rated it 4 star out of 5. The internet worked well, it was slow at first and then the speed picked up. I don't like the mirrors on the closet doors. It reflects the window light in the morning and ...
Comfortable bed, space was good
I stayed a total of 9 nights, 5 of which the internet access was not available. I had to call their vendor once and they resolved the problem within a couple of hours. But back down again next day. Didn't bother with it again. Frustrating.Adequate for sleeping but if you are on business and need reliable wifi, you need to go somewhere else.
Staff treats you like family, microwave, refrigerator, stove, cooking needs, etc. are standard. If this is a 2 star then send me here every time!
Like every hotel I've ever been at the alarm clock/radio is poor quality. When you call the front desk they jump to your needs. I've stayed in a number of Washington, DC. hotels. Most in the area you not only have to pay for parking, their prices are outrageous and they give you an attitude of they don't care if you come back or not. As I said earlier, they treat you like visiting family and welcome you back with smiles, jokes and even remember your name and where in the hotel you like to stay at! I would recommend this hotel to everyone except those in need of a pool. Thank you Stephaney, (hotel manager) EW Howells
Water in bathroom sink did not work, refrigerator brokenBait and switch on room pricing
The price was right for a 1 day layover
You get what you pay for. Screaming kids next door, paper thing walls, grounds crew cutting grass for what seemed like 3 hours!Hotel is way out in germantown. It comes as the dc area on priceline but its closer to frederick md than dc in my opinion. Hotel was adequate. Nothing spectacular nor was there anything that would make me not repeat.
NOAFFORDABLE NICE CLEAN CENTRALLY LOCATED TO THE GERMANTOWN AREA.
