Pros: Great location on the edge of the casco viejo close to everything in Vitoria.
Pros: Excellent stay. I liked the bedroom I had. Comfy and clean. Worlds most squeaky floorboards. Hope I didn't disturb other guests. The owner was awesome. Lots of knowledge as he has lived there his whole life. I was super comfy at this place. It is simple, clean, and located in a great spot. I would stay again.
Pros: The room was beautiful, with polished wooden floors, crisp white sheets, very warm and comfortable. Great location with good tram links to main bus station. Jose could not have been more kind and helpful. Very sorry to leave

Pros: Once in the flat it was within walking distance of most of the town. Victoria Gasteiz has many very good bars and restaurants.
Cons: Parking and unloading luggage was not convenient. Charging even for tea bags and coffee capsules seems ungenerous.
Pros: No breakfast was offered, but in the room there were snacks and food for breakfast that you could purchase leaving the money in a pot, for a reasonable price, including coffee for free. The room was big and comfortable and the staff allowed us a late check out of two hours for free, which we needed for work.
Cons: The toilet was very smelly, ugly smell coming from the shower. Although we closed the door of the bathroom, in the morning I was sick because of the smell overnight.
Pros: Nice clean and comfortable apartment. Great location and very good parking. Owners really friendly and very helpful.
Pros: Design, confort and placement
Cons: Noisy room
Pros: Everything fantastic, to return soon.
Pros: Good and convenient location. They kept my large luggage the day before check-in.
Cons: It's a little bother to have to call in 30 minutes before check-in.
Pros: Centrally located, fully equipped kitchenette
Cons: This is not a hotel, it’s an apartment divided into few separate rooms with individual bathrooms, thin walls, you hear all your neighbors and their sounds in great details. Because it’s not a hotel there’s no lobby, no amenities, just nothing. This place would make a cute $50/night AirBnB option but by non means a $120/night stay.
With a stay at Behitegi in Gorbeia Inguruak, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Europa Conference and Exhibition Centre and Artium. Featured amenities include laundry facilities, a library, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I was the only guest that night and yet the service and facilities were operated as if they were fully booked. Really good bread for breakfast too, which in my experience is a rarity in Spain.

Pros: Always clean and comfortable the beds really comfy and pillows wonderful
Pros: As Always very nice. Clean room, confortable beds, nice employees. Only good to say. This was 6th time so YES we like it!
Pros: The hotel was next to the rail station that we required, but there was little space to relax in the hotel communal areas with a sparsely stocked bar, but the staff were always helpful and tried to oblige for those shortfalls. Room was fairly standard with some cracked bathroom tiles, but satisfactory as a base. .
Cons: There was confusion at check out over charges and there was an overcharge on the dinner amount that was rectified at the time, but would not have been had it not been pointed out to them
Pros: Breakfast buffet available 0600 for my early business start. No hot items but still very nice. Staff really helpful, almost knew what I needed before I finished asking. Just little stuff but isn't that the difference?
Cons: Hmm, apart from a full early breakfast, it was good. Miranda de Ebro is small and I didn't stay long as it was business, but it did all I needed.
Located in Zuia, Hotel Nagusi is within a 15-minute drive of Gorbea Natural Park Interpretation Center and Cascada de Gujuli. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was excellent and very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was fantastic (best cod I have ever tasted!) The parking was secure and overall a fabulous place!
Cons: The room was too hot and really needed air con or at least a fan. I don’t think this was helped by having a memory foam mattress which made me hot. It would not stop me staying there again... I would just take a fan lol
Pros: breakfast was excellent served from 8-10am , but when the host realised several people were leaving for an event at 5 am , he and his wife came in and served early ! excellent service and such nice people
Cons: Nothing - the hotel could not be faulted - all staff were excellent , friendly , professional , and helpful . i would stay here again

Cons: Definatley recommend the hotel! WiFi is poor sometimes.
Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Bit far from centre but we walked in and there are several buses back until 22.20pm.
The Casa de Los Arquillos can be found next to Plaza de la Virgen Blanca in the historical centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi access and flat-screen TVs with international channels. Housed in an 18th-century building, each of the Casa’s rooms has been decorated with works of art by local artists. All rooms have heating and private bathrooms. Casa de los Arquillos offers in its common area coffee, tea or infusions and bakery courtesy also has a refrigerator for customer use.During weekends a "help yourself" area of snacks and drinks is offered, where you can find coffee, tea and home-made sponge cake. Vitoria Train Station is 5 minutes' walk away, and the guest house has parking spaces at a carpark nearby, available on request.
Pros: Location of apartment was fantastic. We also had good communication with the host. It was very comfortable. The lounge upstairs was a great idea. Able to use the fridge freezer and get tea, coffee and pastries.
Cons: Our room was slightly small. I thought we had booked a bigger one.
Pros: Location and room size were amazing.
Cons: Could’ve been a bit cleaner for the price, but not that it wasn’t clean just wasn’t spotless. There was rarely anyone at reception which we were made aware of through an email but having someone there more often would’ve been more helpful.
Cons: Attic bedroom with roof top window with no way to block out light properly so not possible to sleep. Up winding stairs, did not feel that safe in case of fire Price was high considering there is no reception, and no answer to telephone if you called in the afternoon. No toilet brush in bathroom.
Pros: This property is situated in the heart of the historic area of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Comfortable bed, clean room.
Cons: The location is very hard to find in a car! Steep stairs - difficult to carry suitcases. Parking difficult.
Pros: Close to everything! Walk everywhere.
Pros: Old Town setting, character of building, decor of rooms and bathrooms, comfort of beds, breakfast included, good friendly breakfast service.
Cons: We had difficulty finding the right door to get into the building but we called on the phone and the receptionist came right out to find us.
Pros: Great location, clean interesting rooms, very friendly staff, nice bonuses - computer access, skylight, etc.
Cons: If church bells bother you, bring earplugs, also some pedestrian noise at night, but we were there on a weekend...
Cons: very difficult to find parking for the car
Pros: Very friendly staff: they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vitoria with wonderful views over the square, which, while we were there was alive with festivities, music, drama and pageant. Breakfast was not large but of excellent quality.
Cons: It is awkward to find and parking is a problem, but quite frankly our stay was well worth that hassle.
Pros: A real funky little find!
Cons: Hard to find!
Pros: friendly staff
Pros: Hhow helpful and friendly the staff were. The lovely kitchen and all the facilities in it.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Superb location and lovely accommodation. Old and modern together.
Pros: The hotrl is situated excellently - in the historical building La Casa De Los Arquillos, just in the place, where historical quarter adjoins the most beautiful part of new city. The stuff is very friendly. Wireless internet and a desktop computer are both available for free.
Pros: good service, good breakfast, location, free use of internet facilities, stylish and modern rooms.
Cons: due to the location in the old part town we found a few dodgy characters hanging around the entrance to the hotel on occasion, but wouldn't let that stop us staying there again.
With a stay at Hotel Silken Ciudad de Vitoria, you'll be centrally located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, just a 3-minute walk from Florida Park and 5 minutes by foot from Cathedral of Mary Immaculate. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: All good - everything worked perfectly.
Cons: A little homogeneous perhaps.
Pros: Quiet after 6pm when the building noise stopped
Cons: Parking was awful to find as building works blocked the roads
Pros: It's a well run large hotel on a good location
Cons: The breakfast was fair but the coffee was unpalatable out of some large machine that only provided 80 degree C tea water (perhaps for coffee as well?) The air-con either cools or heats depending on the time of year. The room was hot and there was no way to cool other than opening the windows onto the fairly noisy street. The shower head was filthy but the criticism was taken seriously
Pros: Parking Location Nothing to complain about
Cons: No complaints at all
Pros: Good location. Fair rooms. A little bit outdated.
Pros: Location and room
Cons: Service was kind but inexperienced
With a stay at Hotel Palacio de Elorriaga in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Elorriaga), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Salburua and Fernando Buesa Arena. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 5 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Absolutely Everything!! And lunch in the restaurant was amazing.
Pros: very cosy, good parking, good location for travelers.
Pros: Breakfast was ok though no personnel present. Carpark.
Cons: Difficult to find even with a GPS. The rooms are small and the doors to the rooms impossible to close without making a lot of noise. A lot of noise from one room to the next. We were constantly disturbed by conversations in adjoining rooms and people returning to their rooms late at night. We could even see the light under the wall from the next bedroom. Bathrooms were ckean but couldn’t get anything but cold water in the shower. When checking out the owner or manager never stopped talking in Spanish to another member of staff and didn’t address me at all. Very rude. One of the worst places in terms of comfort and friendliness that we have ever stayed in.
Pros: Breakfast was exceptional, sausage and bacon wasn’t how English people would have them but we were in Spain. The scrambled eggs were good and the continental part of the breakfast had loads of choice and a good selection of cereal’s. Shower very good sauna type sprays all round.
Cons: Didn't stop in the bar as there wasn't any bear on draught. The bar looked nice and had character though. Couldn't explore area very well as the weather was pooring down, but will stop there again to explore properly when carying out a return journey.
Pros: Lovely hotel built in the 1680’s originally a monastery. Loads of character. Situated about a ten minute drive from the hubbub of Vitoria Gasteiz. The restaurant was lovely they do have what they call an express menu in the evening for 22 euros which is 3 courses does not include drink. We chose from the a la carte menu and had lobster rice for 16 euros per person excellent. A lovely bottle of wine for about the same price. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: Old world charm very friendly staff
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like
With a stay at Valderejo Etxea in Valdegovia, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Valderejo Natural Park and Tower of Villañañe. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Pros: Great place for those who are into hiking. Great service. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back! Tasty coffee!
Pros: Nice! Great staff, nice location, better than the pictures, hightly recommended!
Cons: Nothing worth to mention, we love it
Pros: Excellent location right at the start of the hiking trails. Nice restaurant with outdoor terrace to enjoy the after-home apero. You can also see cute sheep and cows around.
Pros: Everything else was great.
Cons: The shower in the room was too small and the watter not hot enaugth.

Pros: Excellent staff , facilities and LOCATION
Cons: Shower too small. Every time i turned i either opened the door or closed the water lever.
Pros: The location is very good, very close to the city center. The room itself is nice and modern. Breakfast selection is good. Hotel staff is friendly.
Cons: Our bathroom was really tiny and impossible to move for 2 people. Bath’s floor gets slippery and it can be dangerous. You have to wait longer for the elevator in the morning.
Pros: Fantastic location for city centre. Clean and excellent servicing of the room. Breakfast very nice and plenty of variety.
Cons: Reception staff a little clinical and brusque.
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
Pros: It was well located in the centre & within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. Disabled facilities good with lift from footpath up to foyer this was also handy for parents with baby prams as well. Plus car park available.
Cons: Only we were not aware that there was parking for cars directly at the front of the Hotel so you could unload or organize parking below. This was only a comment not a dislike would have been nice to know.. Otherwise there was nothing I did not like.
Pros: A very well located hotel in the centre of the town with lovely views.
Cons: The underground car park was very restricted for larger vehicles.
Pros: Location top and very good breakfast
Cons: The mini bar poorly supplied
Pros: We liked to location and the room was a nice size with a nice view of the park. We were appreciative of the staff for allowing us to check into our room a bit early so we didn’t need to store our bags.
Cons: The internet service at the hotel ranged from horribly poor to nonexistent both in the room and in the hotel lobby. We showed a strong WiFi signal but had little or no connection to the outside world. We needed to use our Skyroam hotspot roaming device to get anything accomplished online while at the hotel. While the hotel apparently has an on-site garage parking it was either full or not available to us for some other reason upon our arrival. The public garage is only about 10 minutes away (16 Euro per day) so it worked out OK.
Pros: friendly employees, very good breakfast, nice location, very clean facilities
Cons: you can hear everything in your room, its like there are no walls, almost 20eur for parking per day is kind of expensive
Pros: Location is good for walking, terrible for parking.
Cons: Parking was a problem with the hotel lot full and having to move suitcases several blocks away. I like to have a clothing iron in the room. There was a wedding and we were unable to get an iron to prepare our own clothes for our business meetings.

Business, Other Amenities Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: I had a great stay, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was great, very well cooked and prepared (I had lunch and breakfast there). The bed was comfortable and the room+bathroom were clean.
Pros: We wanted a hotel with parking and easy access to the motorway and this ticked the boxes. We felt like we were visiting someone’s home rather than staying in a hotel which was great! The room was very comfortable.
Cons: The shower head bracket was broken which was a little inconvenient and the seal on the shower door kept falling off so a little attention here would be good. Also, just a warning to other travelers that the on site restaurant and bar closes on Sundays. This was not an issue for us as we had a car and found a great restaurant nearby.
Pros: The staff was extremely open and friendly.
Cons: No air con
Pros: Beautiful room, good beds, very clean. Restaurant and breakfast are available without any obligation. Kind and helpful staff.
Cons: The fuse cupboard ticks like a clock all night. Very noisy as the location is close to a busy industrial area
Pros: Lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, bed was huge and super comfy. Dinner options were plenty and tasty. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: You can hear everything happening in the other rooms, we had a lovely bassy snore as background music for the whole night. Wasn’t the worst but a light sleeper is in trouble
Pros: A bit out of town but worth it need car old converted farmhouse gorgeous.
Cons: Bus came closer
Pros: Beautiful Hotel...
Cons: Not ideal for pedestrians, however I persevered.
Cons: Male bar staff seemed detached and impersonal - not a big problem but makes a difference when you are a stranger to have a little conversation Couldn't get anything to eat until 8.30 pm so I went to the Comedor on the industrial estate which was great value
Pros: Comfortable and clean rrom with modern en suite facilities.
Cons: The half-hearty attempt to provide food in a restaurant that we suspect was officially closed. The meal was awful and it would have been better to tell us dinner was unavailable with a recommendation of where to go for a decent meal.
Pros: The girl on reception really looked after us and took us into Vitoria because their restaurant was closed. We chose her recommended restaurant and it was excellent.
Cons: The restaurant had had an electrical fire and there was only fast food alternatives within walking distance. Only reason for marking down service facilities.
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff; lovely designed rooms.
Cons: Unfortunately there was no hairdryer.
Pros: This is a small family run restaurant / hotel conveniently placed to the main routes in northern Spain. It is in a restored finca and the rooms are more than adequate, very comfortable and well appointed. The en-suite bathrooms although small have luxury fittings. The family were very accommodating and deserve to be successful.
Pros: The hotel is brand new, the rooms are super comfortable. Excellent shower.
Pros: Classic Spanish woodwork with architect design features. Wireless internet free throughout hotel. Rooms clean and warm. Value for money.Staff helpful and cheerful.
Cons: Promoted as farmhouse - OK description based on hotel design but it was on the edge of an industrial estate with nowhere to walk or other local amenities.

Pros: Easy to access by car. Next to a large shopping center.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was not so good (of course not so bad) as for a 4 stars hotel.
Pros: We were making a long car trip to visit family in France and wanted a hotel to make the “pit stop” halfway there, and Boulevard was exactly what we needed for a rest. - cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed - staff was cordial - breakfast was not exuberant but had variety and was within expectation. - parking available around the hotel - having a large shopping center and supermarket at walking distance where you can buy anything you need last minute or even eat something quick at the shopping food court. - close to the main highways access - good for travelers passing through the town and that don’t have as main objective to go to the center of city
Cons: Did not register anything that I didn’t like.
Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean
Cons: Not a nice part of town but the hotel is excellent.
Pros: sheets were dirty and where not changed the next day
Cons: sheets were dirty and where not changed the next day
Pros: Very good and modern hotel. Close to the old town of the city.

Pros: We arrived very late in the evening after a delay on the ferry from England to Santander. We were made very welcome and the chef made us a meal which we greatly appreciated. After a very good served continental breakfast we resumed our journey.
Pros: The hotel was a small one with nice comfortable room and good restaurant. The staff were very friendly. The dinner and breakfast were very good and great value.
Cons: When we arrived the hotel seemed to be short staffed so we had to wait some time to check in whilst a problem with the guests in front was sorted out. After a nine hour drive the wait was something which we could have done without, but when we did check in the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is not the easiest to find even with a satnav in that it is not signed other than a small sign over the restaurant area.
Pros: Front desk staff especially Ms I are welcoming and very helpful. We have enjoyed staying here often and we are now sad that our two petite doggies, a total 11kg are going to cost us 20 euros a night...making this a very expensive overnight stay. Nous disons au revoir à contrecœur. Nos despedimos de mala gana. Gracias por nuestras maravillosas noches pasadas en su hotel.
Cons: New suprising charges for very small clean and tidy pets.
Pros: Was adequate
Cons: We stayed at this hotel on route to the ferry terminal at Bilbao, just under 40 miles away, as it was just a short distance from exit (Salida) 5 on the AP-68. Staff were polite, informative and with one exception helpful Prior to arrival as part of the booking process assurance received that there was lift access to the floor on which our room was located, this essential as my wife has a problem using stairs. The room on the 3rd floor (part in the roof space) was clean, tidy and fresh. The only problem was it was a little dark as the built-in venetian blind in larger of the two Velux type windows, which was in the closed position could not be moved to the open position. The problem was reported twice to reception but not resolved. We were told that there was a small remote controller, which unfortunately, we could not see or find. This meant that the room was dark and claustrophobic. We had a meal in the restaurant, my wife ordered duck I ordered entrecote which came with just French fries. The steak came up rare, which itself was not a problem, it however was nearly impossible to cut and eat. When this was pointed out to the waiter, is only response was to say sorry. I mentioned both the above when we checked out and the receptionist was surprised, apologetic and immediately offered us a reduction in the price of the room and cancelled the charge of the secure garage space. As a retired architect, prompted by existing damage to the inner face of the entrance door caused by the handle of an adjacent cupboard door, I was concerned that the construction of the entrance door did not provide an adequate level of fire resistance. Our room was on the top floor with no viable means of escape other than via the single staircase.
Pros: Clean, tidy and very reasonably priced
Cons: We had booked in advanced but on our arrival, we had to wait over half an hour to be seen due to such limited staff, not ideal when you’ve been on a bike for 6 hours and you just want to get showered & have a pint! Otherwise staff were very friendly.
Pros: Location to port

Pros: It was a really good find. We loved the location and the village was beautiful. The family room was extremely spacious and had kitchen facilities so it was more like a studio.
Cons: Although we liked the location, being on the plaza was a little noisy but only because we had to go to bed early for an early start the next day.
Pros: The whole experience and the contemporary design of the room. Also loved the location.
Cons: Parking, however, that would not stop me booking again.
Pros: Really nice people, very kind, very helpful, very patients, very generous with their time. Really nice hotel with charms, the place in front of the beautiful church is really beautiful. Small village that feels good to live in, with old stones street and building, super well renovated. We only stayed a night but loved the experience. Highly recommended.
Pros: Modern well furnished rooms within medieval setting.
Cons: Could have offered breakfast
Pros: Excellent location in centre of lovely rural village. Bar/ restaurant attached exceptional value/ great atmosphere,
Cons: A lift
Pros: Excellent location. Close to the main highway. We stayed here to bypass Paris. Nice square with a couple of bars/restaurants. Lovely old building that’s had a good makeover.
Cons: No A/C
Pros: Our arrival at Arganzon Plaza was a little bumpy. Parking onsite was taken, but alternate parking nearby was quickly found. We also arrived on a night when the bar/restaurant was closed, but as our room had a kitchenette we were able to fend for ourselves and enjoy a bar at the end of the plaza.. La Puebla de Arganzon is a charming small town close to Vitoria Gasteiz and Burgos. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable and offer an authentic experience of regional Spain.

Pros: great helpfl host who went out of his way to sort a room early for us. made life easier.
Cons: There's a sewage smell.
Pros: Location was nice, very central.
Cons: The room did not have window which would open outside, we were on the top flor and it was 42 degrees outside. There was no air conditioning. Very hot and no air. I do not recomend this room in summer.

Cons: Not the hostel's fault but directly above my room was a bunch of teenagers who returned to their room in the early hours and were extremely noisy; clomping their feet around, shouting and cackling.
Pros: Very clean
