Pros: Great Hospitality by the proprietors and the team! The property is perfectly located in the secluded woods at the foothills of the great hills that enclose Kumbhalgarh. 'Cosy' and quaint describe this place so well. Will be back once more for sure!
Pros: Loved being in the middle of no where
Cons: Pillow could be improved
When you stay at The Aodhi in Kumbhalgarh, you'll be in the historical district and 11 minutes by car from Kumbhalgarh Fort. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Professional staff, although at times over enthusiastic ! Very helpful though. Very nice stay indeed, an Oasis of calm.
Pros: It’s ambiance
Pros: It's very close to the fort and they have a very old banyan tree which they still maintain and look after. Loved the greenery in and around the property.
Cons: I had booked a room which showed a bathroom with a bathtub but that was not so.
Cons: Extra pay tax and vary high rant prize or includ facilty pay extra charge this is vary bed
Pros: The welcome was excellent and the property manager showed around the property etc.
Cons: Well even when we checked in we were told the Hot water would be 24/7 etc. We had an early start next day and Aodhi was just a stop-over before travelling far-away so it was critical for us to start early. When we switched on the Hot water tap it wouldn't work. We were advised it will take a few minutes so we waited for 10 minutes before calling the housekeeping. Someone came promptly enough to check and after around 15 minutes advised hot water would work in about 10 mins or so (so 35 mins delay at this point). In the meantime, I also requested the Iron to be provided as it was not in the room. The housekeeping said they would return and never returned. After 20 minutes hot water wasn't working still and no iron so called them again and after complaining heavily the reception staff offered hot water delivered in the bucket (55mins delay at this point). This was completely unacceptable work around as far as I am concerned. As someone who is used to camping outdoors personally I was OK but there is no way this is an acceptable way to treat the guests many of whom come from overseas and have never been used to taking shower from bucket or who has paid for quality accomodation. The staff weren't apologetic either as if this was our mistake! Finally, to again recover some lost time, I requested baggage to be taken downstairs and loaded on the vehicle (provided my Drivers details and Car Registration number) while we go and have the breakfast. We would have gone to breakfast elsewhere but in this location, there's little choice. So when we came back after breakfast I was told they refused to load the luggage until I came despite our drivers' insistence. Another 10 mins lost. The food quality at dinner was quite good and service was excellent. However, breakfast service was bit off but some dishes were acceptable. The hotel itself is setup nicely and loved the atmosphere. Dissappointing service due to what should have been excellent stay!
Pros: Nice fire in the restaurant on chilly evenings. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is well situated for visiting the Fort.
Cons: Rather impersonal with too many staff standing around. Not many had good English. Unfortunately the hotel loses the sun early so there was nowhere warm to sit after about 3.30 until the fire is lit in the restaurant in the evening.

Pros: Staff is very polite and courteous, rooms are clean and spacious, nice location and delicious food....
Pros: Location was brilliant Staff was very professional and Food was really delicious and tasty Was very clean and tidy
Cons: All were good except swimming pool inside our room had cold water It would have been better if water was bit warm specially in winter
Pros: Service was really very good. Food was amazing. The room was clean and confortable.
Cons: We went for Spa but it was not up to the mark. No bathrobes and no professionals to do Spa
Pros: Great staff!. They go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure you are comfortable. Nice rooms, fantastic backdrop of the water and the mountains, in the ones we were staying. Breakfast I would say is limited spread but decent. Note that hotel doesn't advertise that they don't serve non-vegetarian food.. Not a big deal though as the quality of veg food was excellent
Pros: Staff very courteous and very efficient serive
Cons: Too much noise from other rooms and it was vegetarian

Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and a meeting room. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Rooms are decent. Villa upper room is just ok. Charged me a bomb for the same
Cons: Service, food, pool, no respect to the clients, horrible parking facilities. Car was parked and I get a call at 6 am to remove the car as the person behind wants to remove their car. Wow!!!
Pros: Interesting and (for this place) unusually design hotel. If you have to / want stay in Ranakpur the best propertiy. The rooms are already a bit worn-out.
Cons: The breakfast buffet could offer a wider food selection.
Pros: Atmosphere and location
Cons: Cleanliness and facilities could have been better
Pros: Surprisingly underrated on booking.com. Great location for visit to Jain temple
Cons: jingle bell was on repeat at breakfast on christmas day
Pros: Rooms , bathroom and the property
Cons: Not as comfortable and as great compare to the pricing of rooms. Food was totally average and not so great also highly priced. There was no glass in room. Bed was over soft. It should balance of hard and soft.
Pros: Rooms are clean , food is awsome, resort is big overall experience is excellent
Cons: Price of packed water and redbull are very costly
Pros: property was new - some of the junior staff were friendly. Rooms were nicely done, food was good. it's a new property so some of their staff need to get better at hospitality.
Cons: The payment process wasn't smooth - i was asked to make an advance payment since i made booking through booking.com (25%), which i obliged. Bathing equipment was faulty in my room 8F and it was troublesome to take shower. i was given 1st floor rooms as ground floors rooms were "not available" (seems like this was due to channel partner booking). Manager at welcome desk wasn't present when i checked in but junior staff was welcoming. Manager at welcome desk only greeted foreign nationals and didn't inquire about our stay from us but inquired from foreign nationals. He paid no attention to us and even when i told him tea was delayed by 30-45 mins - which he just ignored.
When you stay at Mahua Bagh Resort in Kumbhalgarh, you'll be 7 minutes by car from Kumbhalgarh Fort. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: All good
Pros: Very nice hotel , not very far from the fort ( 5 min by car) . the hotel is divided in small villas village . So it is very calm and pleasant to be there. The restaurant has 2 offers : either indian buffet or menu . The food is very good. The staff is very helpfull and ensure that everything is fine with you. Very pleasant stay
Pros: The level of personalised care and attention is not something I have seen in many places in India except the Tajs and the Oberoi’s. Our personal attendant Mahesh took amazing care of us!
Cons: The breakfast, lunch and dinner spreads (buffets) are almost completely vegetarian with very limited (2 items) in the non veg section. They need to expand the non veg spread more.
Ramada Kumbhalgarh Resort and Spa is located near world heritage site, Kumbhalgarh Fort Resort, spread over 6 acres, features free wired and wireless high-speed internet access, business service, fitness facilities. Restaurants serve vegetarian fare only. Offers complimentary continental breakfast. You do your thing, leave the rest to us.
Pros: Staff is very helpful specially Ranjan the food manager was very helpful
Pros: Everything was excellent. Property, Location, All the facilities, amenities, rooms, staff member were also co operative. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: Private pool should have a temperature control facility. Although it's a pure veg resort they may think over to provide eggs atleast in breakfast. Price for in room dining is bit too costly.
Cons: The property is huge - spread over a large area. The facilities available are good. The restaurant has a decent spread - though the cooking is very average. It's a pure vegetarian place - most of the food available is very oily, spicy and tasteless. The coffee shop has no facilities other than tables and chairs. However rather than telling it upfront they take the orders and then bring it from the restaurant as a result of which the tea or coffee gets cold. One of our orders just did not coming despite waiting for 30 minutes. The front desk staff is not very helpful always. The staff is not well trained. Despite everything we would love to mention the names of a few staff members who went on to make the stay happy with personal care and attention. They were Arush, Ranjan, Jeet and Baidyanath.
Pros: helpful staff .
Cons: Cafe with no coffee facility.. coffee machine is not available in cafe.
When you stay at Kanj The Haveli Resort in Kumbhalgarh, you'll be 1 minutes by foot from Kumbhalgarh Fort. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is in a stunning location close to the Fort. The rooms are exceptional! Very clean and luxurious. There is an infinity pool and the restaurant serves a variety of food. The new hotel Manager is very welcoming and is on hand to ensure your needs are met.
Cons: WiFi only available in hotel reception. Due to the hotel being in a remote location staff English is limited.
Pros: The spot location centered in between the hills giving an immense peace of mind
Pros: Location us not bad.
Cons: We had 4 rooms Rooms were not clean Basic necessity not in the room (Tissue paper, Hair Dryer, Admin Numbers Menu. Washrooms are very dirty , Toilet sits are too dirty marked with Scrathy skin from toilet seat. Washroom Shower doesnt have partition, so if u take shower the washroom is flooded. Badly design. Stairs for 1st and 2nd floor are like poorly design 1 star motel, dusty and badly maintain cota stone. Swimming pool not cleaned at all. Dont even bother. Very Poor Not recommended.
Pros: location is beautiful...just 1.5 km away from kumbhalgad.
Cons: They made me to pay in advance inspite of conditions of booking .com.3 mths before only the reception of hotel started texting me on whatsapp and calling me to to transfer money.I transfred the amount and surprisingly 1 day after my stay when i was in my return journy, they called me and said," we have not received your money. Please transfer.".......

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The property appears grand but on closer inspection it’s a little tired and dated. Sufficient for what we needed though. (Plus they have us a heater as our room was freezing!)
Cons: The wifi only worked when you were next to the reception.
Pros: The location is close to the Kumbalgarh fort which is about 15-20 mins by car. A famous veg restaurant "Radhe Radhe" is close to the location and easily accessible even at night.
Cons: 1. The maintenance of rooms is very poor. There were naked electric wires of bed side table which cloud have been a cause of electric shocks. 2. The roof lights were fused and electric points were left open. 3. Bed sheets and duet covers were very dirty. Even on calling the house keeping they took a lot of time to come with another pair of dirty sheets. 4. No heaters are provided during winters in the rooms. 5. Toilets were choked and stinking. 6. Walls were having leakage and had seepage. 7. No toothbrushes placed in rooms. We even had to ask the house keeping to provide toilet rolls. Overall this is not a place to stay over night or even for 1 or 2 days in kumbalgarh.
Pros: Rooms were well furnished
Cons: One room was next to the toilets. Water leaking in the bathroom.
Cons: Disgusting, disappointing , the bed linen had not been changed , it was dirty with hair on the pillows . Ewwww !
Pros: The room was spacious and the resort was good
Cons: The bathrooms were smelling of sewage. They did change the room but it did not help. The bathroom of the room we were shifted had broken health faucet. All the plugs points were shaky. It did not have a toilet tissue holder. It was broken. We complained but action was not taken. The whole bathroom smelled badly
Pros: Cool calm place
Cons: Unless you have car this place is difficult to access.otherwise.good to stay
Pros: The enterance was convincing
Cons: The towels were not at all clean ; beds were also of spring which were very uncomfortable
Cons: The staff was not organised at all. House keeping took 45 minutes to get the towel. The geyser was not working as well the tea kettle. The price for the room is over charged. The pool is also not great

Pros: Everything was good. No complaints. Kiran who works in your restaurant was smiling always and looked after us.
Cons: You have to look into the way transport is priced at your travel desk as the same facilities are available at a much cheaper price from outside
Pros: It's very poor even though they do not give bill at the time of check out
Pros: Location and layout.
Cons: Dear Sir, 1.Two Superior Double Room with Kitchnett .were booked at Club Mahindra Kumbhalgarh for 19/20 Oct 2019. On reaching there we were lodged in Two Tentage accommodation instead of the confirmed ones. On enquiry it revealed that provided facility was much inferior as compared to confirmed ones. 2. Pros: Location and sprwad
Cons: The cleanliness, maintenance and food require improvements.
Cons: They didn't confirm the booking only.

Pros: The hotel looks fabulous and the garden is great! We got two rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden which was very nice. However, everything is a bit old and faded and they overprice small stuff like water. There was one little bottle in the room. Also, we had a bit of a discussion with the waiting staff about the bill. Also, there is too much staff...they are constantly asking if everything is all right and if you want more. A bit too much of a good thing.
Cons: Paying for the rooms was a bit of a hassle.
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here; it was faultless. We are travelling for four months around Sri Lanka, India and Nepal and this place will definitely be a highlight for us! Amazing building and grounds. Clean, comfortable and very fancy! Thank you to all the staff who make this place so perfect and made our stay so enjoyable.
Pros: We loved everything about this property. For a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Indian life, this is the place. It’s peaceful, not one horn heard, just peace and birds. The facilities are first class, the staff attentive. Anyone who has a negative comment about this place must be hard to please. Would have loved to stay longer.
Pros: The garden ....& all rooms with different themes...superb
Cons: I could stay only for a day...want to stay for longer duration to enjoy this Beautiful property
Pros: Heritage hotel recreated. Interesting Themes to rooms. Nice courtyard.
Pros: It is a beautiful property full of old world charm. Lovely room, spacious bathroom. Very attentive staff, decent WiFi.

Pros: We loved the hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The food was fantastic! The chef paid special attention to our food allergies. We wish we could have stayed longer. The drive to the hotel was very interesting allowing us to see more of India.
Cons: Not much! It was mid-January and very cold, but we were provided with a heater and an extra blanket.
Cons: Quality of rooms. Incorrect billing 2 times in one night stay which had to be corrected.

Pros: Probably the best hotel we have every stayed in India and we’ve been traveling here for 8 years. The staff, the whole serene ambiance of the place, right in the centre of the most beautiful rural village, oh.. and we saw leopards !
Cons: Having to leavr
Pros: Great place to experience Mewari hospitality and surprisingly good place for sighting leopards in the wild. Bird life is excellent too... thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay....
Pros: We were lucky to stay here during a festival period where the hotel was the centre point of the towns celebrations. Wonderful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff . If you are fit enough ( steps not climbing ) go for the morning walk up the rock that dominates the town and, irrespective of health the evening meal at the step well is not to be missed.
Pros: Super charming stay in this Heritage hotel ! My friend and I stayed only one night there but we could had stay two as great stop. In a middle of a small village, a beautiful set up has been done for this hotel, with a lot of charm. Our room was very nice, with antiques and old furnitures. Of course as Heritage hotels, bathrooms are not standardized as in a hotel chain but who cares. Very healthy breakfast. Very good rooftop restaurant facing the mountains. Beautiful pool with a lot of sunbeds. The hotel proposed also several tours as leopard safari that we did, and we had chance to see some. Horse riding too. Very relaxing atmosphere in this boutique hotel !
Cons: Drivers cleaning with vacuum cleaners on the street where our room was facing. Otherwise, all good.
Pros: Beautiful property, lovely people, very comfortable and we even got to see leopards on the evening safari.
Pros: We were recommended the hotel by some friends & we were not disappointed, from start to finish, everything was of a very high standard. The Staff were very helpful, the Room was a decent size & very clean, the Breakfast & Evening Meal were really Good. If you do stay here, you must experience the Stepwell Dinner, organised by the Hotel, it is expensive, but it is also a truly memorable experience.
Cons: Nothing we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The stay was quite good, the staff was very nice, rooms were spacious and clean, but did lack with some basic amenities i.e. the hair dryer, shaving kit. Rest the rooms have views. Food was Very Tasty, but much more costly, as the hotel isn't a t star one, food preparation was fresh and delicious. Rooms are bit expensive but once a stay Resort.
Cons: Only one person at the reception understand english. Waited almost one hour for our breakfast coz apparently the waiter doesn't understand us....so i have to go to the reception to asked what happenned to our breakfast. Around 10:30 at night someone knocking on our door....stranged looking man asking for our passport...i immediately closed the door and called the reception and the only thing they told me was to open the door for our passport....i hang up the phone and again someone was knocking on our door. We dont open ....that was horrible...the next morning i complain in the reception amd the only thing they've said was sorry....we check-out immediately......horrible hotel
Cons: Nothing like Overcharged on booking price
Pros: resort n staff is very nice only minus point is restaurant menu rates is too high and only veg.food is there so guest need to going out for food, location on road is good
Cons: food rates is tooo high and non veg food not available here.
Pros: Cleanliness and food quality
With a stay at Hotel Aranyawas in Ranakpur, you'll be in the suburbs, and 16.1 mi (25.9 km) from Kumbhalgarh Fort and 4.6 mi (7.3 km) from Ranakpur Jain Temple. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Staff not competent , meal not various and in small quantity, room not clean (sheets and curtains stained) Very expensive for the quality proposed
Pros: Closeness to nature
Cons: A good property, owener should keep the environment specially more organized n prune plantation.
Pros: This is an idyllic hillside setting, with accommodation in separate lodges overlooking the river. The rooms are spacious with balconies. You can eat either inside or on the sunny terrace. The eating staff are enthusiastic. There is a daily trekking tour of the local farms and villages, with plentiful bird-watching opportunities with a knowledgeable guide. Hot water was plentifully supplied by solar panels. Ideally situated between the Ranakpur Jain temple and the Kumbhalgarh fort.
Cons: The breakfasts were generally disappointing - for example fresh fruit was not readily available. There was no white wine. The bedroom window blinds were impossible. The general standard of decoration and maintenance was poor.
Pros: The hotel is an excellent overnight stop when you drive from Udaipur to Jodhpur it has very good facilities and the restaurant has delicious food
Pros: The location is great and the amenities are nice, with a good restaurant and nice staff. I think this is a very good hotel during summer.
Cons: The hotel is not at all ready for having guests in winter: the rooms were not heated and the temperature inside the rooms were around 7°C during the night and there were not hot water in the morning (solar heaters are not working well in winter). I believe that the hotel should either invest in good heaters or close during winter.
Pros: It’s a quiet location in a very scenic valley and the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or cooperative. The rooms were large and all had a spacious terrace. The pool was lovely and peaceful. All meals were delicious.
Cons: The rooms were very cold at night and there was no effective heateing. The bathroom was not finished off properly and the lighting was inadequate everywhere.
Pros: The Property no doubt is a very good location and well planned, But the services and staff is way low quality then expected.
Cons: The staff is rude, don't want to co-operate, The Phone network is zero, Wifi too did not work in our case, they do not serve food inside the rooms, The food is average and prices are too high, The kettles were not clean, the supplies were not complete.
Pros: Comfy bed, in the middle of nowhere. Good place to disconnect. Not more than 1...or 2(max) nights.
Cons: Not much around. It is a concrete hotel in the middle of the nowhere, not amazingly beautiful. The staff didn't treat very nicely our driver, who wasn't allowed to "use" any of the facilities though we offered to pay for a room for him. I guess is cultural, but we found the treatment a bit shocking.

Pros: Good breakfast both in terms of the variety and taste; nice, very spacious rooms; excellently responsive support staff
Cons: The front office / reception guy for sure. He was unfriendly, never smiled or even greeted; just answered what you asked as if you were talking to some robot. There is hardly a view from anywhere except of the garden and perhaps the outside areas including the pool. It is a very nice property terribly ruined by an abaence of good service and maintenance.
Pros: No wi fi available at hotel to much problem
Cons: Hotel food
Cons: After reaching at Kumbhalgarh, The hotel informs that I have no booking. Extremely unprofessional behaviour considering that they have all numbers and emails.
