Pros: Nice hotel, perfect location.
Pros: The location and style of this place is gorgeous. There are lots of very inviting places all around the property and the swimming pool is a great spot in summertime.
Cons: Excellent menu but no other choices than the menu available. This is a Gite and not a restaurant, the rules are clear. Thankfully, the host was able to recommend local restaurants nearby.
Pros: A quirky fun, beautiful place. The food was stunning absolutely just delicious.
Pros: This is a beautiful apartment hotel with friendly helpful staff, the facilities are great, the pool is heated with a fantastic view over the mountains.
Pros: Location is the strongest winning point. The staff don't speak any English but we're very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was very limited.
Pros: Top, top, top, Fantastic location, a little paradise on earth The owners were very friendly and warm people, we felt really welcome. The food was great.
Pros: Very cozy and comfortable. Such a great view of the garden. It was easy to walk in to the town. Christine gave us a great breakfast.
Cons: Can’t think of one thing!
Pros: Terrific breakfast with organic products and delicious home made jams.
Pros: Great house, friendly staff
Long weekend or extended stay, the castle Faugs is particularly suited to bring your family for special events (birthday, wedding intimate, family Christmas, weekend with family.), holidays with friends or corporate incentives. 2 bedrooms 1 double 1 single bed canopy 1 single bathroom (bath, toilet)
Pros: Best! Best staff! Just fantastic!
Pros: Beautiful castle, rooms, location, everything. Super friendly owner and staff. We will come back :)
Cons: We missed a restaurant with a little bigger menu for lunch and dinner. Since location is a bit remote it would have been great. But breakfast and everything else during our stay was perfect :) Owners also gave good restaurant recommendations nearby.
Pros: Go back into nineteenth century in a splendid castle with awesome furniture, amazing surroundings and extremely neat and warm welcome. Not to speak about the swimming pool that is simply great.
Cons: Length of the stay :-)
Pros: Beautiful place to stay. Quiet and with stunning views all around. The owner and staff were amazing and very kind. The owner even booking us a fantastic local restaurant for the evening. In all of our travels in throats 9 years this has been the highlight. We have no negative views to share.
Pros: Wonderful place! We were given exceptional service and the kids loved the old castle. It is off the beaten track, but definitely worth a visit!
Pros: Thanks to the host’s warm welcome we felt immediately at home - a great Château with it’s own charme! The rooms were spacious and the view stunning. Our boys appreciated the pool billiard, tennis court and swimming pool.
Cons: It was unclear from the description whether the breakfast was included or not. We ended with an extra expense of 261 Euros for 3 times breakfast. Breakfast was fine, but did not match the price.

Pros: Friendly staff Great restaurant
Cons: Very quite village, basically has nothing to do there No lift, hard with heavy baggage
Pros: Terrace, decor, restaurant and accepted pets.
Cons: Wash basin and tap in room . Bit of a walk from parking to hotel.
Pros: Secure parking (eur10/day) Excellent restaurant on site (remember to book) Breakfast is good and worth the eur10 per person.
Cons: Sliding door from our room onto terrace could not be locked (appeared to be broken). I would not have left anything valuable in the room.
Pros: 1 Star Restaurant Michelin
Cons: Payment with creditcard did not work
Pros: The excellent restaurant with sophisticated declination of flavors. A gifted chef.
Pros: Good restaurant with charming waiter
Cons: Cramped bedroom , poor bed , noisy verandah adjoining alfresco restaurant carpark about 150 yards from reception . Not ideal for those with reduced mobility
Welcome to Domaine Les Buis. Our beautiful typical Ardèche house will seduce you with its charm and comfort. The house has 2 family suites on the ground floor, each consisting of 2 bedrooms that share the same bathroom, and 3 bedrooms with private bathroom on the first floor. The reservation includes the provision of a large kitchen / lounge / dining room on the ground floor, the terrace covered by two pergolas, ideal for meals in summer, indoor parking secured by an electric gate and a swimming pool heated with garden.
Pros: staff/owner was really friendly and helpful
Cons: it was perfect for our needs
Pros: Our stay in the Les Buis was pure luxury. We were the only gusts on that weekend and had the swimming pool and terraces to ourselves. Everything in the hotel was very well thought out and the fittings and furniture were of a very high standard. After an evening walk around the village we were made very welcome in the busy local bar. The breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent and our host, Joel, very friendly Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate with hands, feet and sign language. The time to drive further came all too soon and we were a little sad to leave.
Cons: Our only criticism was that there was no sign outside the hotel and we spent some fraught moments driving around the village.
Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly hostess. Beautiful surroundings, lovely village. Very big and luminous room. Everything clean and comfortable (we missed little things like a soap bar in the bathroom, but otherwise, spotless). It's ideal for families, as it has a shared kitchen with everything you need, in perfect condition.
Cons: It's a pity that the decoration is not like the one expected from the outside. Not very "traditional", but otherwise it's a great place.
With a stay at Camping Plein Sud in Gilhac-et-Bruzac, you'll be next to a golf course, and 17.3 mi (27.9 km) from Maison des Tetes and 7.5 mi (12.1 km) from Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Cosy, nice pool and friendly staff
Cons: Toilet in bungalow didn’t work Toilets at pool were old and dirty Missed a small store on the camping site
Pros: Ardeche is a pretty area, mountainous, nice views.
Cons: Do not stay here - it was terrible. A very tired rundown site, certainly not the 4* stated on the faded entrance sign or as indicated on their website - a full breach of description. Balance of payment collected on arrival before we had seen chalet. Chalet T1-4 was rotten, bouncing floor, felt like walking on a boat, it also had a large hole in the bathroom floor, wood rot on terrace, railing had been fixed but still shaky, no air con, no insect nets or latches on windows, stained mattresses, lumpy pillows, no bathroom blinds, very dusty in corners and on unused equipment (previous holiday maker cleans on leaving). The glossy promotional photos are obviously very old - the childrens play equipment is very faded with sun, picnic benches around pool quite flimsy and games room equipment was old with flaking paint on fuseball etc. Camp site states no vis-a-vis but chalets are side by side and Terrace1 overlooks Terrace2 etc where no bathrooms have a window blind! We checked out after one night, when I complained to the staff member, she just shrugged and took the key back, no refund or alternative chalet offered.
Located in Saint-Laurent-du-Pape, Domaine de l'Amiral is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Ardeche Miniatures and Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very original interior with lots of "artefacts". Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel felt like home away from home :-)
Pros: An exceptional place and an amazing experience . Highly recommended!
Pros: A unique historical property located close to the Dolce Via bike route in an attractive village. Our room was spacious and the shower and toilet facilities across the hall equally large and comfortable. The staff were most welcoming and provided us with plates, flat ware, and glasses for our evening picnic. Signage from the road was helpful to find our last few turns.
Pros: Toni couldn't have been friendlier. The place seemed eccentric: the entrance was barn-like, but the interior showed many signs of former elegance. Toni explained its history as a place where silk was produced. The setting was nice - just at the edge of the wooded Ardeche. Out the door at the top floor of the house was a nice yard, with a picnic table and a view of the river. There was also a more formal sitting area across the street, and a nice place to park. The bathrooms were huge.
Pros: Extraordinarily lovely, characterful, old place to stay. Full of antique toys and artefacts and lovely furniture and paintings. Wonderful court yard entrance as well as a communal living room with a wood burner and communal dining table. Nice to meet and eat with other guests too. Tonnie was a great host and welcomes you into her family home of more than 2 decades.
Cons: We didn't mind but the bathrooms are not en suite
Pros: incredible host and house ! i highly recommend !

Pros: Budget hotel, but friendly and clean.
Pros: Good basic hotel. Loads of carbs for dinner.
Pros: Good location on the ViaRhôna Cycle Route. We didn't eat there. A good pizzeria and an extremely expensive restaurant were the only other options open nearby. Secure cycle parking provided.
Cons: Why do you have to go through two doors to enter the room? This just takes space out of the room.
Pros: Lovely, helpful hosts and a very nice restaurant. The rooms are a bit dated but everything works and it is impeccably clean, very comfortable and quiet.
Cons: If you're looking for new, large and correspondingly expensive, look elsewhere. This property is none of those, but it's been one of the best places we've stayed for sheer friendliness and comfort.
Pros: Good Basic Room with lovely view of HIstoric Town
Cons: Unfortunatly the toilet was a motorised type which did not function properly making the accomodation rather smelly
Pros: Not a lot. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: This hotel was cheap so you can't expect nice things. It would be unfair to say it horrible it managed for a one night stay. There are no meals on Sunday evening. There was nowhere open in this small town to eat.
