noisy loud plumbing and poor cold breakfast food.
Staff was friendly room was mostly clean the stay was mostly good
Air conditioner didn't seem to work right the first night. I reported it and it seemed to work the next two nights. Sign on door said no pets but there was a dog in the next room.
The staff was nice. Good free breakfast.
My room smelled awful (like when dog pee is old and starts to smell sweet), the tub was peeling, and the AC unit dripped and squealed all night long.
Convienant Pleasant folks
Great breakfast!! We had a great room for 3 we all had enough room to move around and not run into each other.
Didn't refill the coffee packets in the room.

Location and price.
The room had a 'musty' smell to it. The hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was very hard to turn off. The breakfast on Sunday morning did not have any fresh fruit or meat (sausage). The breakfast was a very sparse offering.
staff was very friendly and helpful
no pillow top mattresses
A deposit put on my credit card for $45 in addition to the room charge.

The staff is super...always. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times for work and I always get the same consistent, competent, excellent service
Its old and dated.
The clerk was rude and not helpful. She would not change our room to one with 2 beds when the hotel was obliviously empty. She also stated there were no cots available. When checking in the clerk was also questioning the price, I paid for the room.
Consistent internet service.
With the old style tv there is very little area to place anything around it. The breakfast needed more variety. Lose the cheap stale tasting cereal and add bagels.
It was clean and well maintained. Entire floor was non smoking Location of our room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful
friendly staff that were exceptional, especially the 3-11 lady
I'm 6'2' tall-shower head was for some one 5' 2' hard to do the limbo Fire alarm also made for an interesting night but at least it was effective!!
I have to pay extra $10 for a standard room with 2 beds. That is not good.
The first room they put me in wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. No beds made and beer bottles laying around.
The moment we walked in the door we cringed. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong, and just smelled old and dirty. The business center is a desk with a printer and computer right next to the front door. The elevator had cracked/missing tiles. The vending area on the third floor has an open drain in the floor from where an ice machine must have been. No locks on outside entrances. Room fridge did not work. Carpets in our room were pulling away from the wall, and were damp and dirty on the edge. The shower faucet handles were VERY sqeaky, I could hear the neighbors turning theirs on too. The water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, frequent shots of cold throughout my quick shower. The security cameras look like an afterthought with the cables just tacked up along the ceiling. We didn't bother to try the free breakfast. We just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Location to downtime Gillette.
The breakfast was awful, no selection. Kitchen preparation area door was open and I can only hope eventually someone mops the floor and cleans it. There was an overall unpleasant odor from the moment you walked in the lobby. Bathroom not clean.
The staff was friendly and was located near places that we wanted to visit
Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room and the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The price was too expensive considering the condition of the hotel and the room.
Employees were smoking right outside the doors, where the sign said No Smoking in this area. The whole lobby smelled.
it was dirty and old. The sheets had black stains. Not enought staff either to complaint or resolve anything.
Older fixtures looked a little rusty and leaked in the sink and shower
Friendly staff(Betty) computer worked excellent breakfast
Due to the weather we couldn't make it and unfortunately paid for the hotel room we never used
The wifi was terrible. I couldn't even send a short email without being booted from the system 4 or 5 times.
Nice room, had everything we could expect. Breakfast was great!
Bathroom counter not entirely clean, but no big deal.
NICE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
TV WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. VOLUME ON SOME CHANELS WERE MUTED. SOME WERE IN SPANISH AND DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE WHO COULD HELP. DID OFFER TO CHANGE ROOMS BUT WERE ALREDY SETTLED AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSEL.
The room was clean and looked ok, but the bed was awful
Clean, nice room
No outlets. Not any. Slow internet. Bad breakfast.
First they charged for two beds, the room was very small, the dresser was broken, but the worst thing was the bed. I had to put thr ironing board under the mattress to beef up the bed so I could stay in it. The mattress side would cave in if not supported!!
Location. Very clean and friendly.
The check in clerk was polite and friendly and the breakfast options were better than I expected them to be
The hallways wreaked of cigarettes and the bed sheets came loose right away upon getting into the bed
I have used express deals many times. This was the 1st Day's Inn and the 1st time I was unable to get a room with 2 beds. I was told they had one but it would be an Extra $50. Every othertime I was just told no problem. Won't be using Day's Inn agian.
The location was the only thing that we liked the best.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and extremely friendly.
Room was old and not kept up to date. Shower head was broken, chair in room was ripped and stained, tissue dispenser in bathroom was rusted out, caulk around sink in bathroom was nasty and incomplete, light fixture next to bed was a fire hazard.
The first room they put us in was a smoking room; which also smelled of urine. When I requested to be moved they told me Priceline puts all guests in smoking rooms. They charged me an additional $10 to be moved.
Dirty room. Smell of smoke. Felt unsafe with odd characters wandering around. No security passes on side doors. Had to park at adjacent hotel lot.
Location, quick on/off interstate. close to fast food and OK dining
HORRIBLE banging noise that would erupt ever 3 hrs or so. Think it was something to do with the shower/plumbing. When I mentioned it to receptionist when I was checking out it was, 'Oh, never heard of that before' No attempt to address issue
THe bathtub had issues and cracks. THe cold water faucet in the tub leaked,
My husband had a job interview and it was past 11:00am, to avoid waiting in the parking lot for a few hours in the heat the desk manager let me stay in my room for a few extra hours. I also got locked out of my room, being that the key stopped working after 11:00 am, I went to the same desk manager and he was kind, quick at fixing the issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
The room was clean, basic room, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay - but our biggest complaint was the air conditionere only worked for a short time - and was very noise. When we told the front desk, they answer was, 'oh - I am very sorry.' Not at all concerned about the hot room.
I was working in Gillette for a few days, and this hotel was a an awesome value, nice room and more than enough for breakfast!
This hotel needs improvement. The rooms need updating, the laundry machines (both washer and dryer operated but did not work), the ceilings are very low in the halls, the bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in ... I wouldn't choose stay here again unless no other rooms were available.
