Free wifi was available, and the outdoor patio was pleasant. Very easy to find off the highway, but only because its on the edge of town, which means about a ten minute walk to the city center, not bad Even though it is advertised as a four star, it really feels in every way like a. 3 star.
helpful staff, good breakfast and nice rooms.
its position and the breakfast at the terrace
I want egg menu in breakfast.
Very pleasant hotel, comfortable good size rooms, nice view on garden The town is less attractive, and hotel lies outside city center
Pleasant, efficient staff. Excellent food and good local wine selection Only that it's a bit of a walk from the centre - but on the other hand, there is ample parking, which probably wouldn't be the case if it were more central
The hotel is wonderfully restored, rooms are big and comfortably equipped. A very nice and relaxing weekend.
everything restaurant was quiet when we went and they gave us a set menu without us asking for it - would have gone a la carte if we'd have realised
Small, intimate hotel which was nice and quiet
Nice and firendly staff, but price a bit high for service/accomodation provided It was really hard to find even with coordinates we got lost. Hotel is nice, but not 4 start for sure interms of what is provided and quality of this.
The staff are exceptionally nice. The hotel is very nice, and the food was fantastic. There was nothing negative about the hotel.
the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the person in charge is really friendly and kind, the breakfast was the best we had in Puglia's too expensive-so called "nature/organic" land resorts, in a weektime. But still all these are nothing in regard to the expensive prices, to what we are used to in northern Europe: it's simply too much money for what you get : we stayed for example in a beautiful little hotel in the center of one of the "village" (12.500 inhab.) and for just 3 times less we had exactly the same kind of comfort, staying in the town center, ok with a smaller breakfast. I'll suggest the manager because of all this fuss that's made around this resort, to at least kindly take some time to encounter people more directly if he does has a message to say through his way of receiving people or farming.
The cleanliness and uniqueness of living in a modern trulli suite, coupled with the caring staff provided a most pleasant and romantic experience in the beautiful countryside outside Noci. Although we did not use it, the pool and area around it were kept most clean and was very inviting. The dining was gourmet, warm ricotta and primosale at breakfast, a host of regional antipasti and wonderful pastas and meats at night. Again, the staff, especially Mino and Anjelica was most cordial and everything inside and outside were kept immaculate.
Very nice, new trulli... romantic, really... in the countryside. This hotel has only a few rooms, so it's a relaxing retreat away from the crowds, but they are very nice, beautiful, clean and well decorated. Onsite parking and restaurant (not many choices, but good food). Beautiful outdoor pool. Staff were excellent. Would be a romantic place for a small wedding and reception. Wish we could have stayed longer. A little hard to find. It's on the road from Noci toward Massafra (near to Noci). If you're coming from Noci, there are a couple of signs to guide you when you get near (only one coming from Massafra), but it would help if the hotel had a street address that worked with GPS or else would post GPS coordinates with the booking.
Peaceful place without lot of people around. It is a great place to relax and feel "at home".
The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the village. Personnel is very kind and available. The WiFi works only in the lobby and not in the rooms. The fruit they serve for breakfast could use some improvement.
Wonderful location in a historic Trulli surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Great breakfast and location is a short drive to many tourist sites. Trulli stayed cool on hot days without A/C. Friendly staff, but they spoke very little English. Pool was a 15 minute from Trulli on a dirt path that was not well marked. Without the owner showing us the way, we would have become lost. They need to put permanent markers on the path.
Angela very available and helpful despite our late arrival. Staff was cordial and friendly making us feel right at home. Sleeping in a trullo was an incredible experience for our children (and for us too!!) Be aware trullo not air-conditioned and has no windows except for door. Pool is not located in same area as trulli - 5 minute drive.
The proximity to Albeobello is a plus and the setting with it's pool and garden good Very difficult to reach. Did not like our room as it's bathroom had a window facing inside it's dining area! The breakfast was very poor quality. Payment option by credit card not available.
Dream Getaway!! Staff go the extra mile for you. Main office separate from Trulli houses. But, really enjoyed the privacy.
Beautiful countryside, kind staff and good facilities
It was nice with a kitchenette It was not a traditional hotel but independent apartments scattered all over the small town. That needs to be much clearer in the description of the “hotel”. In order to use the internet in the public arrears (It was in a busy office not a hotel lobby) we had to walk across town, which was a real inconvenience.
Staff is more than good and willing to help - beyond all my expectation, starting with correspondance over internet because of late check in to help about route and roads. All compliments!!! Hotel itself is group of separated old houses (the one we stayed was older than 300 years - ex butcher shop) - redecorated in lovely small appartment equiped with all that you need. Location is also briliant - inside old town on a top of the hill and it is not difficult to find it at all. Recomended !!!
Superb, great place
It was a very nice place to stay in a quaint little town. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable!
Beautifully restored old house in historic centre of Mottola, with every modern comfort available like bigscreen televison and fully equipped kitchen.Staff was very friendly and helpfull.Mottola is a nice little town and a good starting point for visits in the region like Castellane Caves, Matera and Alberobello. We absolutely can recommend this place!
Can't praise the staff enough. This was the perfect way to experience a small, hilltop village . To really "feel" the locals. NO
Very nice traditional houses in the historic centre of the village, with no luxury, but with all the comfort you need. As it was very hot during our stay, we especially appreciated the airco and the refrigerator. Walking in the narrow streets in the evening was very pleasant, with all the villagers out on the street greeting us very friendly.
In a small town - very charming, well-restored and well-equipped apartment (ex. washer). Approximately half the light bulbs were burnt so lighting was scarce. Kitchen items were a mix of this and that (felt like someone's hand-me-downs). We arrived late and arrangements were made to pickup key from the brother of one of the staff. He was unable to answer questions. Difficult to find even with GPS, breakfast is only a coffee and croissant.
the breakfast is a little simple, but good
It is difficult to overstate how excellent it was to find such helpful and efficient staff and such a fascinating hotel. Mottola itself is lovely and provides an excellent base for discovering the area. Thank you for your help and generous hospitality. All perfect! Would recommend to anyone!
