Pros: Great, welcoming hosts. "Free" meaning included in the price: coffee supplies, plenty of salt and pepper, dish detergent, cold beverages and a bottle of wine.
Cons: A few ants found our door but we made short work of them. No washcloths but that's typical in Israel.
Cons: Leaks in the roof - one over the bed.
Pros: I went to visit the galilee area with my parents and we stayed at Panorama view. They do have a great view of the sea of galilee. we loved have breakfast with the beautiful view. The place was spotless and very cozy. It is a family run business and Rachel the owner was incredible. She took the time to explain about everything. She was very attentive to all our needs. She was always trying to do everything to see if we were having a nice experience. The place had a great decoration and I used it as a base to travel the whole galilee. It is easy to reach anhy point in galilee. It took me one
Pros: Was staying for one night and felt sorry i didnt book for few more. the place was just perfect and we even got amazing cookies as welcoming. the place was clean and there service we got was with a good vibe
Pros: Amazing view, peaceful atmosphere, friendly owner and unexpectedly the most wonderful restaurant next door
Pros: I like the view more than any thing . The hosts was very helpful and impolite. The area is full of attractions . The parking is huge and free . WiFi was good . And the outdoor facilities are good . The garden with the best view . Tthe kitchen thing is the best.
Cons: Its Just a little bit expensive there was alot of insects the bed sofas was good but they need to be more wider . around the pool but other than that it was perfect
Pros: Amazing host, unique and incredibly beautiful location (breathtaking view over the Kinneret!), perfect for daily tours throughout the North, fantastic steak restaurant next door, and a real Israel experience! We are really grateful for the wonderful time we had!
Cons: We have NO complaints.

Pros: The Mongolian tent was comfortable and very cosy. Nice (and exotic) place to sleep. Other facilities were quite modest but everything worked properly. We got warm showers and could cook everything we wanted. In the point of view of Golantrail the location was ok; easy access to trail.
Cons: Generally speaking the exterior of tents or other facilities did not look so clean anymore. Maybe piece of refurbishment would be in place.
Pros: My kids and their friends had a fantastic birthday night away
Pros: Beautiful garden and sitting areas - bathroom is big and good shower!
Cons: Thicker blankets or double blankets would have been prefered
Pros: Very charming ! Lots of space in the tent (we were 7 people). Private bathroom. Very convenient kitchen with all appliances. And nice dining area. Very quiet. And Sarah is a fantastic host. She made us feel really welcome. And gave very good advice for visiting the area.
Cons: Everything was great !
Pros: The yurt was nice and warm even in on a cold and windy January night, thanks to the very efficient air-condition. We were very happy with the Golan tips we got from our host - the Ein Keshatot synagogue was incredible!
Pros: Sarah the manager was incredibly nice and showed us all kinds of sights tobsee in the area. Chill vibe and very friendly people.
Pros: Sarah, the owner is an amazing person, she help me with everything and the place is great, very comfortable and calm. I loved the experience.
Pros: Sarah, the owner, was very keen to have us explore the neighborhood and has a lot of documentation regarding the sites to visit in the area of the guesthouse.
Cons: Very noisy place mainly because of the airfield nearby (flights started as early as 5.30 am...). The owner was very nice but "checked the room" as she thought that we were gone. Well, I was gone to get the breakfast but it was only 8 am and my husband was still sleeping. Then the gardener came and began to work at 9 am, making a lot of noise just next to us while we were trying to have a quiet moment and breakfast.

Pros: A comfortable and spacy room, good for a family up tp 5 (premium room). Nice pool, clean and pleasant.
Cons: Requires more kitchen facilities. Breakfast OK for a Kibutz, can do better.
Pros: . Very nice quiet, private zimmer. Breakfast was ok. A little far away from everything.....
Pros: I did not like we had a horrible 2 days
Cons: Very dirty place not quite place the picture on there site of rooms not same as we arrived . The rooms were not clean the bathroom had a very bad smell We had in front of our rooms a group of people that they were very noisy with a lot of noise day and night and we went to the manger to tell them they did not care or help I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLEASE
Cons: The breakfast was pretty poor, and not very comfortable to eat.
Pros: New, clean, modern facilities. Good breakfast
Pros: No pretentious frills such as a jacuzzi taking up half the room
Pros: Excellent location and good value for money.
Cons: We arrived late (19.00) and there was no one at the office to greet us or any written details in English about how to check in. We eventually located a member of staff who gave us our key and an internal phone contact number, but they did not give us the hotel fact sheet (we never received this and do not know if it was in English as well as Hebrew). Consequently when we went out to eat as arranged with our local hosts we did not know that when we returned a gate, the entrance code for which we did no know, would be in place. Luckily after some time a car arrived and the gate was opened. Foreign visitors need to know these things and they also need coat-hangers.

Pros: Clean rooms and nice facility. Location is ok, it’s in the small village of Ramot. Not on the Sea of Galilee but has decent views, although the road is between the cottages and the view.
Cons: Attention the property only takes payment in shekels or us dollars, like it’s still 1985 or something. No other way to pay, we actually had to go into the village to the only atm and take out shekels, very inconvenient plus you get hosed in fees by your bank at home. At first the owner seemed very accommodating to our late arrival and the fact I had booked an extra room that we ended up not needing and I had forgot to cancel, but upon our leaving he asked us to come into the office and we had to pay for half of it. Understandable, but would have been a real plus and certainly would have been a higher rating in this review if he had of waived the charge. But anyway, just beware to only book exactly what you need, and be sure to bring cash. Don’t expect him to waive a cancellation fee either.
Pros: Location and the view
Pros: Sagi and his wife are extremely nice people. We arrive late and they were waiting for us, and asked us what time we would like it to have the breakfast the following day. The beautiful cottage was perfectly prepared, ready for us. They left dates, milk and water in the refrigerator. The bathroom has a huge jacuzzi. The following day, at the schedule time Sagi and his wife had the breakfast ready in the second floor restaurant facing the Galilea Sea. The Breakfast was excellent, coffee, mint water, juicy, homemade breads, apple jam, omelets, salad, tuna, olives, marmalade, yogurt, a variety of cheeses, butter, dates, carrot cake, everything delicious!!! Sagi also share a little conversation and explained us a lot of secrets from the area, and his own history. Definitively, a place to come back!
Cons: They expect you to PAY IN “CASH “FOR THE ENTIRE STAY AND ONLY TELL YOU AT CHECK OUT,NO CREDIT CARDS!!!!!! YOUR WEBSITE FAILED TO NOTIFY THIS ,so I ended up having to BORROW CASH FROM MY TOUR GUIDE

Pros: Outstanding on every level. Staff exceeded all expectations... my dads 81 birthday and his first time in israel in 30 years. Nothing could have been better. Exceptional service. Hope to be able to return . Outstanding service and magnificent venue
Cons: Perfect on every level
Pros: Super comfortable, clean, spoiling and fancy hotel. Perfect stay.
Pros: The resort is stunning
Cons: The staff is awful.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful Grate views of the see of Galilee Very big and beautiful rooms grate food We had a very good time with our kids I have to Mention the manager Eli zalah, he was super nice and helpful, took care of every little thing we needed I highly recommend:)
Pros: The food was fantastic! Especially the salmon Ceviche and the tuna sashimi dish. The room was very nice and it was nice to have a personal pool.
Cons: The 'private' pool was not private at all. It would be nice to have a actual private pool where people can't just walk right by it. The dinner should be longer than two hours long and I would have loved dinner to start at least at 6:30pm. Also I came on a special occasion for my proposal. The hotel knew this, but treated us the same as any other guest and forgot to give us the fruit and wine which they said they would deliver. And then finally when I went to ask again didn't give us any fruit which was disappointing. Lastly a staff member answered my question about whether there was more of a certain dish as 'I don't know, it's not my job'. Staff should NEVER answer this way. They should say 'I'm not sure, but I'll find out for you.'

Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable with a lot of space to relax. It was also well designed and very clean. The location is great for being close enough to get to fun stuff in the Golan or Tiberias but removed enough to have a very relaxing time.
Pros: The room and the facilities were far better than expected. The rooms were large and new so very clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room and a shower room as well. There was a lot of space for the guest to use outside of the room. The location was great with good views. The owner was super helpful and proud. Breakfast was a treat served in your room.
Cons: Not much to be honest. It was a great find.
Pros: The units were spacious, clean and charming. The view from the huge terrace was breathtaking. Yakov, the owner was so accommodating, very polite and offered the information needed. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Golan Heights Israel.
Pros: The three cabins are overlooking a beautiful view of Tiberias and the surrounding hills. There is a rooftop with great views and a hot tub that cannot be beat! And the host is very gracious and friendl.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Pros: Best Host ever really nice place I will be back soon as possible for sure. Really confortable place amazing area, quiet clean, organized and really good/fair price.
Cons: Nothing everything was good .
Pros: Naomi was extremely friendly and awaited us upon arrival. She gave us everything we asked for and even surprised us with delicious fruits from the moshav. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants etc.
Cons: The air conditioning made a lot of noise, but other than that, everything worked fine.
Cons: No amenities or breakfast with the very basic room for a high price
Pros: Very close to our clients in Ramot which was the only reeason for staying here. Rooms were spacious and air con worked well, the actual rooms were clean and tiday, the room had a spa bath.
Cons: Amenities - not that we needed much but it would not be a location for someone looking for a lively evening. No facilities for evening such as bar etc. Then again it was a B&B.
Pros: Great location, surrounded by working farms. Lovely setting and gardens. In our situation we actually preferred this, but breakfast is brought to your apartment not served by in a central place. However it was delicious and extensive. Very hospitable and informative hosts.
Cons: The family room, shower was blocked initially, but great care was taken to get it sorted and comfortable for us as soon as possible.

Pros: We had half-board and the meals were always top level, taste-wise. Good selections. We thoroughly enjoyed the music evening. That was an unexpected surprise. The peace and wholesomeness that engulfed us on our balcony actually did us good. It was calming to watch the many species of birds.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like that could have been changed-the weather was too hot.
Cons: I pay from New York with my credit card when I got to the receptionist she lied to me she told me the payment never got through so you guys charge me twice now I’m having difficulty to get reimbursed for you
Pros: It's a great place to go with family. Food is excellent as well as the staff. Very family friendly.
Cons: Beds and pillows really uncomfortable. They could have cleaned the room better but it was probably their busiest week of the year when we stayed there.
Pros: The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was very dirty. There were bugs in the tub and aunts on the counter.
Pros: Everything was great, more then I expected, nice place to go,
Cons: Rooms were very dirty. The bathroom was not clean I had aunts crawling on the bathroom counters and roaches in the bathtub. All the literature was in Hebrew and nothing in English
