Pros: Lovely refurbished Guesthouse in a fabulous location on lovely grounds down to the Yarra River, nice river views from our balcony and dining room. On site restaurant and a very nice breakfast included in our room rate. Pleasant walks nearby. Nice room, small, modern and comfortable with balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend and would happily stay again.

Pros: We loved Simone’s friendly easy manner. She made our stay a real pleasure
Pros: It is a stunningly beautiful location. They way they have set out the garden area is so tranquil and lovely to be able to relax and unwind. It would be perfect for holidays, but was just as relaxing after a day of work.
Cons: It would have been easier to have meals there, especially breakfast, but we made do with a quick walk into the village.
Pros: cannot say a single bad thing! Simone & Richard are beyond accomodating, we had a late check in time which was absolutely no issue at all - we received a txt to say that the lights and heater are on for us. The rooms are lovely and clean and have great views of the mountains, alongside beautiful outdoor seating and activities.
Pros: Cosy room with a very comfortable bed.
Pros: Location was fantastic and the outlook beautiful, there were tea and coffee making facilities but I would have preferred some fresh milk instead of UHT, the biscuits were a nice touch. room was very clean
Cons: I was happy with the experience

Pros: The little tiny home completely exceeded all expectations. We were so excited to get there and once we arrived we were not disappointed! So clean, so tidy, so cute and just added to our adventure theme perfectly. The hosts were amazing and kept in touch throughout the stay, and even popped down to make sure we were ok after the storm. We had a continental breakfast, milk, juice and eggs in the fridge and all waste was environmentally friendly....and I mean all waste!! Highly recommend this little piece of tranquility for an escape, an adventure or just to remind yourself that life is for the living.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: We like the character of the Tiny House it was cosy. The pot belly stove not only cute but worked really well. We enjoyed seeing the lyrebirds running around the garden near us.
Pros: Wonderful location
Cons: No adequate mirror Uncomfortable bed

Cons: The only thing I would say is there are no window coverings, but it’s not a big deal.
Pros: Farm fresh eggs, a lovely hammock, beautiful views and a very friendly ball loving dog.
Pros: A unique style of accommodation. No TV
Cons: Could have had a bit more breakfast items and variety. Not enough bread
Pros: Rustic, good time to chill out. Eco friendly

Pros: Great host, great view, nice breakfast, cosy fire and furniture, all good!
Pros: 10/10. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, perfect location (close to shops and vineyards but still secluded and private) and lots of little touches around the house that really made it such a welcoming environment. Tonia the owner was lovely to liaise with and very helpful and responsive. Cute cows on the property and the little dog who came to visit were a bonus :)
Pros: Fantastic and quiet location! Loved spending time on the patio. The indoor fireplace was great.
Pros: Gorgeous property. The cottage had everything you needed. There was a pool table which kept our teenager entertained. It was clean and very well kept. Plenty of heaters and an open fire with a big wood stack so great for a winter getaway.
Cons: Breakfast was one loaf of bread and toppings and some small cereal packets for a family of 4 for three nights, which was a bit lacking and boring. Other than on arrival we didn’t have any contact with the owner. It would have been nice if she touched base.
Pros: Location, facilities and customer service all excellent. Exceeded expectations. Open fire, large rooms, all facilities there.
Cons: All good.
Located in Warburton, Forget Me Not Cottages is a 1-minute drive from Yarra River Walk and 9 minutes from Blue Lotus Water Garden. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was great-as a bread lover maybe a small loaf of bread instead of a few slices would be great for guest who would like jam and toast. A bit further out to go to wineries but okay distance.
Cons: As I mentioned above but all was excellent.
Pros: Beautiful outlook.Great quite private location
Cons: No ice trays provided at all, even though there was a ice bucket.Needs a overall spruce up
Pros: Had everything we needed and area is beautiful
Pros: Private, secluded, quiet and just what we wanted for the price, great touches with flowers in the room a bottle of wine and a lovely decanter of cherry, we had an amazing time and even fitted in time for the outdoor spa.
Cons: A little bit tired but if you want 5* then pay for it
Pros: Breakfast was lovely.. needed more variety for 4 days..though.. such and eclectic haven. so warm and inviting.. wonderful supplies of everything.. Ado many touches and thoughtfulness.. for a stay..
Cons: Beds and bedding. So antiquated and rock hard bed..desparately needing an update to make people's stay comfortable..Doona old and congested and hard and heavy Bed is shockingly hard on hard wooden beams.. not bed slates..i would go back tomorrow if bed and bedding was renewed Tv reception needed uodating and WiFi installed Our cottage had limited tv and coverage
Pros: Leaving. An outdated accommodation option. I wish I had read the Facebook reviews before booking. Never once saw a staff member. Basic kitchen utensils. Not even a bowl big enough to prepare a salad. Only breakfast bowls. No tin foil or wrap. Small caravan fridge. Cobwebs in the room. Gas bottle ran out of gas on the second night, we were told nothing there to replace it till the next day.
Cons: Lack of cooking utensils and the gas bottle ran out of gas. And could not be replaced until the next day. There was a shower screen curtain separating the kitchen from the bed. The curtain did nothing to stop the morning light. Not good when you spend just under $200 for a night.
Pros: Incredibly beautiful and relaxing
Pros: Cozy setting, good location, great amenities. Parking was easy. Nice touches on the room such as the chocolates, breakfast inclusion and wine. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Only downside was that a lot of the TV channels weren't available due to I'm assuming reception issues. I'd suggest for others to bring their own DVDs.
Located in Warburton, Warburton Lodge is a 2-minute drive from Yarra River Walk and 9 minutes from Blue Lotus Water Garden. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful property surrounded by beautiful gardens and an easy walk to town and river! Love Warby, and love Warby Lodge. We’ll be back often
Pros: The location.
Cons: The bed was horrible. I could feel a spring digging into my side, and woke up with a sore back. In addition, I could hear the neighbours talking loudly and couldn't sleep. The room was distasteful and way older looking compared to the pictures on booking.com. It wasn't romantic at all with staines on the covers and chairs. I have traveled alot and even backpackers hostels were more comfortable than this one. I'm extremely disappointed and don't believe it to be of value for what you pay, especially when you walk out with a sore back and no sleep.
Pros: Location was great Host was lovely
Cons: Room was near a loud late night conference Room also had Windows without any coverings so it was very difficult to sleep due to the light travelling into the room.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and it accommodated our large group very well
Pros: Very friendly service
Cons: No wi-fi
