Pros: Staff is over the top in hospitality. We enjoyed the Carriage House building, but the Main building was very beautiful too. We will go back. The bathroom in our 'Heritage King" was beyond belief.
Pros: Great service. From the doorman to the check-in.
Cons: Booking thru Travelocity stated whirlpool tub. Room given didn't have one. Quickly resolved.

Pros: We enjoyed the pool and the jet tub. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location just minutes from downtown shopping in Plymouth. All together it was an enjoyable stay!
Cons: A little outdated, and the shower did not have much pressure. Other than that, the rest was worth the amount you pay.

Rented the deluxe cabin and though the beds were a bit stiff, the place was cozy and comfy. A very cute and well kept resort. I can definitely see the appeal in camping here with kids or friends. We mainly used it as a home base while we spent a weekend hiking in Kettle Morraine and checking out Plymouth, Elkhart Lake and Sheboygan State Marsh. The whole area is gorgeous and the towns of Plymouth and Elkhart Lake are fun and picturesque.
Pros: The location is very nice with lovely grounds and on the lake.
Cons: This place is outdated and truly filthy. Our room smelled like urine and the carpeting was worn, stained and torn. Every employee that we encountered, from check-in to restaurant service to check-out was unpolished and sloppy looking, as if they just rolled out of bed for work. Upon arrival, a "gentleman" reeking of cigarettes and alcohol checked us in. The breakfast was awful, including old, leftover coffee cake and mini-muffins taken out of a refrigerator in tupperware containers and placed on their bar. The "help" sat on the couch and watched the TV while people ate. Their "chef" sat at the bar, adding up his bills. Nothing professional about this place at all. I would never stay here again.

Plymouth Inn is a great choice for a stay in Plymouth. The spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast on weekends between 6 AM and 9:30 AM.
Cons: From the moment we arrived the staff was rude, when we needed help they acted like we were inconveniencing them. I noticed the same behavior when they addressed other guests. One of the gals was upset because a guest asked for batteries for the TV remote. We waited over 5 minutes to be checked in while she hunted for batteries for that guest.the rooms are very out dated and the towels feel like sand paper. The bathroom is so small that you can touch the wall while sitting on the toilet and I'm a fairly small person. not only that but I banged my big toe just trying to open the door to get out. Their continental breakfast was a joke, we had breakfast at 8 am which I'm sure is a popular time for most, but there was nothing left bit old fruit. There was no coffee juice or breakfast, the gal that working there finally went back there and added more sausages in the microwave. I heard other guests complain that the same thing had happened the day before.when I checked out the another gal was so preoccupied taking a personal conversation on the phone that was annoyed when I told her I needed to check out.I'm glad we only stayed one night but will never stay there again.
Cons: Our room was located to far from Wi-Fi to get a signal... Also the room was pretty brought even with the curtains drawn.
