comfortable beds and pillows very noisy as there is a power station right across the parking lot; we had to sleep w earplugs in but that doesn't help when you're up during waking hours
The train horns blaring at 530 every morning outside the window ruined every morning for me :/
Upper scale for the money.. No exhaust fan in bathroom..
Very clean rooms. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was quiet and comfortable!
Location was decent. Not far from downtown and easy access from airport. Beds were comfortable and amenities decent. Trains going by at night, Loud horns. Located in an industrialized area. Not a great part of town from appearances. Homeless people wandering about. Was harassed by a drunk in the parking lot upon arrival. We put our do not disturb signs on the door and were usually out by 10am. But the maids never came back to clean the room or empty trash until the 3rd of 4 nights we were there even though we asked (they didnt speak any english). No free buffet or breakfast which I've come to expect from most hotels.
This was a great place to stay with kids. I took my daughter and 4 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The adults love the separate room to sleep and relax. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.
we enjoyed the facilities. the rates and buffet breakfast every morning and the happy hour. wehave our family reunion there every year and like the openness of the lounge as it give yoy a place to gather. we enjoy using embassy suites for what we do with our families and friends .we will use embassy suites again next year.it has everything we need .your service was excellent and hospality was great. hotel security was just hovered around a person .made you feel uncomfortable.kids in swiming pool area was always being watched and told to not make any noise. just being to strict.always watching. just felt they were to strict.
Happy hour was great and made to order breakfast nice except for the glue fumes from the carpet being replaced Renovation, fumes and noise from construction and carpet glue, broken furniture in the room.
This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!
This is our 2nd year staying at this location for our family reunion and the atrium is a wonderful gathering place. Great value!!
The staff was really great here. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.
We asked for two twins, when they were sold out, gave us two adjoining rooms, excellent! Thank u Small jacuzzi in pool area
Mediocre. Somehwat close to shopping and restaurants but immediate neighborhood wasn't Cherry Creek. I was a little nervous to park my car out front in the non-moniored parking lot. Clean but room smelled like old smoke. They have a hairdryer and shampoo in room but you have to ask or purchase other items. Breakfast was disappointing although had an omlet chef which was nice. Food choices were okay but environment was sterile - like eating in an old hospital cafeteria. Still not confident the breakfast won't be double-charged but we will see. I liked hotels at DTC for the same price. Better amenities.
Clean, warm facility with friendly staff. Breakfast menu a bit limited, but adequate. (Beware the Chilaquiles--I loved them but many American and European travelers would find them so spicy as to be inedible.) Overall a nice place to stay that was pleasantly quiet with pleasant people. Oh dear, the architecture and design were in the spirit of that mad race to utterly uninspired conformity that afflicts lodging throughout the U.S. So much money spent for such a large atrium and building but ending up with so little beauty or interest. When its time to remodel everyone involved needs first to be shipped off to Spain to the Parador Duque de Lerma near Burgos. Its architecture and design are so simple and beautiful and breathtaking, and it would fit this building well.
Easy to get to the shuttle that took me to hotel. Very convenient shuttle times .
Check-in, check- out and airport shulltle personnel were all courteous and friendly Possibly the worst Crowne where I hVe been, definitely not up to the standard: faded place, worn out moquettes, terrible food (Salad was brownish...), restaurant & bar personnel hardly interested: at the bar the waitress did not even come to the table and took the order from the counter as she was busy watching TV...
I had a position with TYCO that put me in this facility for a week and a half. Though the training was pretty intense, the lunch spreds were always enjoyable with lots of space and a computer center to use for personal notes. January weather wasn't too bad and my wife came to visit one weekend which was nice.
I booked in here after my midnight flight from DIA was cancelled and I was so relieved to find a clean, modern and quite hotel — and for a bargain price. Wouldn't hesitate to crash here again. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
Bed was comfortable. Distance to airport was great since we had a 6:00AM flight out. For a quick few nights with access to the airport, the hotel was adequate. Would I use this place for a vacation spot to relax? No. The bathroom drains were plugged up and took a long time to drain. The carpets felt nasty and made the bottom of your feet black. There were stains on the few of the bathroom towels.
The hotel is clean, modern, warm, and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The shuttle service to the airport is a great feature for travellers (although there was a slight mix-up in my morning shuttle to the airport). There is a restaurant in the hotel, but if the menu isn't your cup of tea, there are several restaurants located within easy walking distance.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times before and after flying from Denver. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the option to park your car there and ride their shuttle to the airport is inexpensive and convenient. HIGHLY recommended! The a/c in our second room was a little loud, and the breakfast buffet is a little pricey, but neither thing was a deal breaker.
Ideal for transport to airport, good facilities for business (location, business centre). A bit less ideal for tourism (far from downtown), minor shortcomings in service for dinner.
Donald at the front desk was very good and made us feel welcome. He arranged for a cab next morning which was waiting as promised. That Donald wasn't there the next morning.
The Hotel is quiet, the Beds comfortable, we got a good night sleep. Was able to check in earlier :-) And Check-out is Noon. We liked the nice coffee maker in the room and the "fridge". We will be staying at this hotel again in two weeks :-)
The staff was very friendly. The suites were very comfortable and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very large and tasty. The hotel is a little older but, everything is very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Typical Emmbassy Suites, full made to order breakfast, complementary drinks in the evning. Two room suites and friendly staff. Fixtures inside rooms were slightly dated, but more importantly were worn. The kitchen area sink and the bathtub both leaked constantly. And other small issues that just made it appear they didn't care to upkeep the hotel. Overall great stay.
The room was large and the breakfast was great. The mattresses on the bed were not firm enough.
Was under construction and was not aware of it when we made the reservations.
The staff that greeted us at checking was extremely professional and polite. She made us feel welcome from the start. There is a major renovation under way. I understand that hotels need to periodically upgrade, but they should consider closing during this process or at least let a person know when they are making a reservation. Also, they should close the doors of the rooms under renovation. It felt somewhat abandoned as we were heading to our room which was actually pretty nice.
Breakfast was great! Dining service sucked at night considering all the construction
Beds were very uncomfortable and heat in the room didn't work.
The staff is very inviting. It's very clean, 25 min drive to downtown. Overall great experience. I would definitely come back
We stayed here for a race nearby. Since it is in the Tech Center (lots of offices and hotels catering to business travelers), the area is quiet on the weekends. The lobby has flavored water and coffee available, and there were some good oatmeal cranberry cookies in the afternoon. It was nice that check-out is at noon, so we had plenty of time after our race to come back and shower before checking out. Staff was friendly and helpful too!
Very clean No continental breakfast
Clean, free internet, free parking No safe in the room
I liked how friendly and eager the staff was to help out. The facility was very clean and the location was very convenient. My daughter wanted just a scoop of yogurt and a handful of berries for breakfast. We still had to pay the $12.95 for like $3.00 worth of food. The policy could use an update.
The hotel was very clean with great room service and a nice cafe in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The bed was terrible. The bed has a firmness adjustment but anything less that max and you were sleeping across 3 metal bars. Pillows were also very uncomfortable.
I was impressed that they emailed me before arrival and asked me for preferences and came through on those. The first floor room was convenient to the pool and lounge/cafe, very roomy, but it was also quiet even with a sports team in the building. Nothing. It met all my needs we were in town for my nephew's Graduation.
Decent rooms and breakfast, friendly staff took my shoes off at the desk in my room. the next morning, i have at least a dozen welts from being bitten by something.
Housekeeping and Internet/cable service was great. Breakfast was good as well Restless nights. Stayed in room 104 and you could head every step the people above took. Sounded like someone would fall through the floor...... So I paid to get no sleep for 2 nights. Asked staff if I could change rooms and if there was a charge I would pay the difference. Staff said since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could for me. Wow no service! So much chlorine in the pool in which it would make you cough after 30 minutes of being there while your eyes are burning and one of my children through up because of swallowing the water! Awful stay and experience
The room, bed, and pillows were great. Hundreds of channels available through DirecTV. The mini-fridge was a great place to keep snacks for our 19 month old cold. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was hideaway bed that we didn't need to use. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Do-it-yourself waffle maker, circular thawed egg patties, and paper thin bacon. There were also breads, yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I'm not complaining about the breakfast's middling quality because it saved us quite a bit of $$ from eating out every morning. Our AC went out on day 2 of our 5 night stay. I told the front desk about the AC around 8pm. They installed a new unit the following morning.
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Good location for our needs. Good room, good staff Really liked the shuttle to nearby restaurants, places. Saved on driving around and trying to find parking Driver prompt and courteous You can hear the upstairs room when they walk around. Just poor sound proofing.
I had a great experience, and would go back any time that I have a chance! The room was large and clean, the location ideal, the cleanliness was on point, and the breakfast was delicious, and truly a $$ saver!
Really enjoyed my stay!
I arrived after a 7 hour drive from Durango. Pulled up to intrance and I was sent around to a back entrance. When I entered the dust from drywall work cast a white glow over the entrance. It was difficult to breath. I commented to the desk manager and he told me it's so bad he has to clean the counter every 10 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of the situation during my booking is the issue I have with Hilton and the hotel. Never offered any remuneration or reimbursement of any kind. Would never stay here again
I'd like a continental breakfast option
Pool awesome Hot tub great Pee stained mattress No food for breakfast for the $$ you pay, not even a banana....
The lobby was nice. For such a high end hotel maybe they could renovate it a bit. I was surprised to see the popcorn ceilings. The customer service was good. That breakfast was not included with the room. No continental either. Coffee was good.
The bed was hard on one side and like a flat tire on the other. the adjustable bed wasn't adjustable! the heater sounded like a cricket.
You stay was only brief. We arrived after midnight but the front desk staff was very welcoming and quickly got us checked into our room. The next morning was an early departure to finish our trip but the staff greeted us and got us underway quickly with a sincere thank you for stay with them and a have a wonder day send off. Families were just starting to wake and head to the pool.
The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and well kept. The fitness center is tiny and the elliptical is broken.
Rock hard beds. Staff was rude and made dumb jokes
Proximity to the area. Needs updating. Felt dirty
The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is close to the freeway but there are no shops or resturants near by. Breakfast was almost $13 and it was not worth it. Overall I would stay again.
Every thing was nice and clean. We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.
The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Pantry was nice for buying items. Better than always using a vending machine. Guest rooms are a bit dated so maybe some future updates would be nice.
We loved that the hotel offered buffet style food for no extra cost. Also, we received 3 free drinks! There was a few stains on our comforter. Also, the pool was very cloudy and filmy, as well as the hot tub. When choosing a hotel a pool is a must.. The appearance of it was so awful we didn't even go in. That was very disappointing
Good thread count on sheets and clean room. Happy hour and apps and breakfast were awesome-atmosphere very comfort inn like Staff was professional and very welcoming Smallest room and bathroom I have ever seen! Not sure if I will return. Room was just above pool-so screaming kids until 10 pm was not great I have stayed there in the past and had a great room which faced the highway and was much more serene and spacious
very convenient, love the popcorn and drinks until 10pm, hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant we have pets but are not fans of staying in a room after non-familiar to us pets have been there. We would rate this hotel superior if we had the choice of staying in a pet friendly or non friendly room. Perhaps they could designate a floor or section for pets and reserve the rest of the hotel for those of us that prefer to not wonder about the habits of other peoples pets.
Toilet didn't flush all the way.
I liked how close it was to downtown Denver and was close to the freeway and a shopping plaza right across the street that came in handy ! I tried to check In 2 hours early and the lady at the front desk told me it was going to be another hour and a half until my room was ready. I was fine with it since I was a little early I came back 2hrs later and another lady that was working the desk told me it would be another 2hrs because they get "cleaned throughly" which frustrated us because we had made plans that for day and we had to wash up since we had just drove 12 hrs to Denver and the lady didn't seem to care. When we finally got our room it was really dusty and the tub felt grimey. Also the size of the room was quiet cramped it felt like only one bed was supposed to fit in there but instead they put two. I felt like I could of got my money's worth somewhere else for a more spacious room for the price I payed
Obviously I had to say this last minute hotel really caught my eye, the rooms was spacious, have a balcony in my room, luxurious breakfast all you can eat buffet. I had the best experience ever and so did my kids
The included (albeit paying a lil more on the initial purchase) morning breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelet, all you can eat oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, bacon, fruit and croissants. Worth the trip to have that I must say. Complementry shuttle service took us to the Denver Museum of Science and History, and picked us up as well! The location was perfect for the convention down the street, and the concert we went to at the Ogden. I was pleased with the whole experiance. Even with the open atrium aesthetic of the hotel, the room was mouse quiet. No voices in the hall, no movment in the ceiling, even morning breakfast was peaceful. Very close to many fast food restaurants, liquor store, and walmart. We couldn't stay longer! And the Ogden theater was outside of their shuttle service. The parking lot is pretty bad. It's basically the peremeter of the building and the adjacent building. So parking in the front is near impossible if you arrive late.
Room was very clean, spacious, and comortable. We loved the bathroom decor and the cleanliness. The balcony was a highlight as well, great view and provided a comfortable breeze at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. N/A
Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool needed to be warmer and cleaned up a little. I got hurt in the pool and had to go to the dr due to a slippery tile step in the pool
The staff was excellent. Krystal (I think that was her name) at the front desk was very accommodating. The bar staff was also great. Housekeeping did a great job, very warm and gracious.
Room didn't get cleaned and no towels restocked for next day had to call front desk 3 times to request this
The location is convenient between the airport and city. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even printed me a map to find a restaurant nearby. The room was a decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and really good. Overall, I would stay there again when in Denver. Bathroom was alittle dated and worn but still clean.
Rooms are so spacious! They look very nice and clean PLUS the free breakfast is great enjoyed my stay will definitely stay here again.
An excellent location and beautifully maintained. Rooms were very comfortable with great thought to detail and layout.
Extremely nice rooms, good room service. Prices of movies on TV. Way overpriced.
Everything was great, very solid breakfast as well Slow elevators
Upon entering we were welcomed with a smile by the staff and the hotel was gorgeous. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. When I'm in Denver again I know I can always count on this being worth my money.
Very friendly staff Awesome breakfast Not walking distance to food or shopping
Everything about this place is excellent. The staff, the room, the bedding, the facilities, everything. I liked everything.
Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Great rooms. Good wifi. Bathroom is very small - hard to close door without hitting feet. A/C was a bit wonky, but we got it to work.
This is a nice property - with friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed there about a dozen times. Convenient, easy to get to and a short trip to both downtown and DEN Intl. Great value.
Rooms were great and spacious General manager was very rude . Complete waste of my money will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay in any drury hotel ever again .
We went out on a limb when looking for a room and decided on staying at our very first Drury Inn. I am happy to say that I will now only be staying at Drury Inns, more specifically this one. Customer service here is impeccable. Very well mannered employees and very attentive. From the amazing Hot tub, to the great indoor/outdoor pool, the clean and well kept room with vaulted ceilings, to the free popcorn and soda, to the complimentary alcoholic beverages, complimentary buffet style breakfast and dinner. It snowed during our stayed and was very suprised to wake up and see a very cold employee scraping off every window of ice of every vehicle in the parking lot. Free WiFi and parking. The comforters could be a little more thick and comforting, but considering everything else....this is the only thing I could think of.
The room The mildew smell in the room
Convenient to airport. Hotel had given away my prepaid room (not sure how they could have done that, as check in would require ID and credit card to match the reservation). Gave me a hard time, had to locate their manager, were going to charge me for a new reservation. Finally resolved, but not handled well.
It was an amazing find! The room blew me and my wife away on how nice it was.
Limited food options in area. Nice that hotel had small "market" but could have had more fresh food options.
Everything. No complaints. Staff was fantastic. I had to leave to soon!☺
I was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. This isn’t the most luxurious place to stay – I didn’t notice any marble countertops in my room and the towel wasn’t folded into a swan. However, everything was very new and very clean and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast downstairs and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. No complaints.
We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight at the Hyatt House near Denver International Airport. We travel a lot and normally have low expectations of airport hotels, but this was an exception. The shuttle driver and the front desk guy were both very nice especially since they were working on Thanksgiving night. The room was a suite - not overly large, but perfectly comfortable for two people. The next morning we went down to the breakfast and were really surprised to find fresh omelets, fresh fruit and juices, etc.. This was definitely a cut above the traditional travel breakfast of cold toast, cereal, and bad yoghurt. It’s hard to wax too poetic about an overnight stay at an airport hotel, but if you in that position in Denver, I highly recommend they Hyatt House.
We needed a place for a quick layover due to the weather. The place and all accommodations were well above the star rating.
The room is huge, the price was great! Nothing.
Everything was perfect
Hotel was great for the price. Needs a lot more parking, had to park in the street one night.
Modest accommodations, good breakfast Nothing
Great Value, good breakfast. Badly worn carpet in the room that was coming apart.
The breakfast was much better than other hotels. Having a restaurant and bar in the lobby is always a big plus for my stay
We were traveling with my son and a group of my friends. I liked the suite. It provided everyone with some space of their own. Sofa Bed in living room. Nice bed in bedroom. Fridge and microwave plus a selection of coffee and tea. TV in both rooms. Bathroom that provided privacy when needed. Can't think of a thing I didn't like.
The amount of space; the soft, warm bedspread; the proximity to the airport; I really liked the layout of the room so that you can close the door to the bedroom and thus further seal out the noise in the hallway and drifting up from the restaurant below. It didn't seem that you could watch regular TV with the remote--it only directed me to movies for which I'd have to pay extra. The towels were a little rough, though clean.
The hotel offered a park and ride package for overnight guests. Stay one night and park from one to three weeks in lieu of airport parking. This is a good value, especially if you're able to enjoy the Manager's Reception and the hot breakfast before heading to the airport. We appreciated the food options during the Manager's Reception - better than average selection of items and also had a decent dinner at CLAIM the on-site restaurant. The hotel has been remodeled and rooms are fresh and furnishings are stylish and updated. Our bed was a bit too firm and linens seemed thin. The bathroom remodel was limited to a new backlit mirror. Our Shuttle driver was funny, courteous and helpful. Bartender was not personable, in the least. While I appreciate this is a family style hotel and over the holidays I expect families to be traveling, the inability of parents to control their children these days is utterly appalling. It was difficult to enjoy the Manager's Reception and dinner at the on-site restaurant while little ones screamed at the top of their lungs and were allowed to run around unsupervised while their parents sat and drank. A sensitive topic to be sure, but buyer beware of the potential for this to occur.
Loved the spacious room in the suites, the complimentary manager's social hour every night and the continental breakfast which is the best I've ever had. The hot tub was no slouch either and the staff was excellent, courteous and professional. The beds where obviously of very cheap quality in our room and a full size instead of queen. I work for a mattress retailer and could tell immediately that the beds in the room were the cheapest brand available.

The room itself was very nice, very comfy and clean. And large. Parking was a bit difficult, but found a great cheap lot behind it. Was a little worried about security there, but didn't seem to be an issue.

What is not to like? Brand new hotel with all the amenities. Breakfast area was crowded but they did a great job replenishing. I needed stamps for postcards and they were complimentary; they go over and above!!! Nothing
The breakfast was GREAT. Our rooms were clean and restocked everyday w/ coffee, tea, soaps, shampoos. Location was great.

Everything Charged me for 3 days of parking when I only parkegd for one day. Problem was resolved.

Location, easy check in process, continental breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable bartender. We called down to the front desk to retrieve our car that was parked through valet and the message wasn't relayed properly. We waited for 10-15 min. before asking a valet employee if our car had been called down. Mis-communication caused a slight delay.
great location nope
The location was great and everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed our staying . The parking meter was a little confusing. Our day parking end up $27 dollar a day instead of $17
Room layout and breakfast Valet parking very expensive and very disorganized. Had to on the street wait over 30 minutes to have car brought up
