As always the Weather during Spring Break is wonderful. The general layout of the resort is wonderful. This is my 3rd trip here since 2009 and we want to make it a annual thing for myself and my kids, This trip we experienced a lot of horrible service, missed room services, not being attended to while at one of their restaurants. the exception was the last night we were there. I spent $5000 over a course of 6 nights we stayed..I would expect way better service when ones pays this much. Im considering not coming back due to the service not matching the price I paid. I also feel the resort could use a bit of updating and repair. Eep in the room when we had burnout light bulbs and once again they were never replaced on our stay.
Everything was amazing. How early check out was not the best.
Rooms need updating. Pool dirty. 90% kids. They should advertise this resort as a kids and family resort. Not a good value for the money
We celebrated our anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the front desk staff sent a beverage, chocolates and fruit to our room when they learned. Loved the room, the grounds are amazing and enjoyed the amazing amenities. We're planning to return every year.
The location was great. Staff were very friendly. Garden room had a single window unit type AC that did not sufficiently cool the room. Hotel is currently under construction, which makes it very hard to get around. I found bits of cracker on the floor around my bed upon check in, but was too tired to deal with it at the time. The matress in my room felt old and sagged on one side. The pool bar closed at 5. The famous Catalina pool has many broken tiles. I was promised an emailed receipt at checkout, and have yet to receive it. I've made two calls to their accounting department and they have not returned my call.
as we frequent several valley hotels, we especially loved the adult pool area.................... our room had absolutely no view front or back
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend. I will never stay here again ever. The room was dated. The room looked like a road side motel. The pictures and smoke dectors were falling off the wall. The refrigerator door had a hole like some one kicked it. I went to four different ice machines four different times and not one of them worked. I had to drive to the store it was very inconvenient. For the amount we paid for each nigh it was not worth it. We didn't even go to the water park portion of the resort because we were so disappointed with our room
Location, and the ability to use the amenities like the winding river pool at the resort across the street. The cancellation policy was a bit frustrating. I had to leave a day early, but was not able to get a refund for that last day.I also missed the first day. Both of these were due to flight changes due to bad weather. Some kind of credit would be nice.
The proximity of the hotel to shopping and restaurants is definitely a plus! I saw the outside even though the door was closed (all doors opened to the outside). The mattress and pillows were lumpy and need to be replaced. There were bugs in the bathroom. The bathtub spout almost came off when diverting the water for a shower.
Great pool, nice sunset view. They gave a lot of opportunities for activities and site seeing. Hard to get help with cleaning your room.
That you could cook in your room and cut expenses by bringing your own groceries. Not a whole lot, they had poor customer service, Their planning for the july 4th holiday was horrible. There entertainment for karaokee was distgusting. I was not satisified at all with this resort for how many rooms we booked.
