the room was great
Great location, On site parking with undercover if required,Great room rate for new year's eve Curtains in room were badly in need of attention. Gaming room was closed New Years Day. Power point for kettle was very inaccessible.
It was ideally suited next to Rosehill racecourse where my event was held, the room I had featured the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in staying at a hotel (and I travel a lot). Restaurant could have a little more variety on the menu.
Spa facilities, location, cleanliness. room service, we ordered nachos and they didnt even put sour cream or anything on them. plus we were getting prank (?) calls at 1am saying we werent in the system..
the noise of air condition is loud
It was located in aconvenient location for me Good quality Charges for drinking water !!
Location & services
walking distance to resturants and hotel downstairs
friendly staff, clean room, prompt room service.also close to the rosehill racecourse, which was our main reason for staying. the breakfast choice, even if you just wanted toast for example, still had to pay for whole breakfast,ie $25.00 so their was no choice if you just wanted coffee and toast for example and room service was the same price,so that was disappointing.
We had a wonderful time. The staff were wonderful, the food was great and the bed was the most comfortable ever
Good value for money for a family. Airconditioner not efficient.
Excellent for family stays very well equipped kitchen ensuite equipped with washer and dryer, Everything you need for family stay with kids.
it was close to my office
could not fault it. Was absolute luxury and the staff were lovely. The rooms are 5 star, incuded dishwasher & washing machine. Nice heated pool and spa none. Would definetely stay there again.
The apartments are an average size, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the main road noise can be a little annoying, and the blackout curtains needed attention in my room. I was also unaware that the room was un-serviced during my 3 night stay, which was disappointing given the room rate was just over $200 per night.
I loved the dinner service, the staff were polite and professional. When pooring my wine my waiter had presented the bottle to me before filling my glass, excellent service. Not at all we enjoyed our stay and so did my children, they loved the water falls along the side of the stair case.
Perfect location for Concerts at Acer Arena or events at Sydney Olympic Park, only 5 mins away. Buses run to concerts or its an easy drive with ample parking, we were back before the bus. The lobby is lovley with palms and fountains, a great pool, tennis courts and gym etc, also right next door to a bowling club and opposite Maccas and KFC if you need a snack. The room was large and comfortable. Only that the bed was a little on the firm side and the bar prices were too steep.
Very comfortable and well-appointed room. The service from hotel staff was generally very good. Staff didn't respect their "do not disturb" signs; they just gave a courtesy knock then immediately let themselves in. This happened every day of my stay.
Friendly, clean hotel would definitely recommend it, very helpful staff.
Quiet at night and great beds
Convenient to business during stay. Quiet & good food
We found your staff very helpful & friendly - we loved our stay, even though for such a short time - I will add here you have to be very careful when entering & leaving your car park (glad we had small hire car) - but in saying this very thankful included in your rate- THANK YOU Deanne No complaints - staff very friendly - helpful
nice hotel; not centraly located in Sydney, but good for visiting Western suburbs
I actually complained about a couple of things when I booked out. The meal was expensive and very small. The pants I was wearing to work the day after staying were dirty when I got them off the hanger. They had dust marks on them where they were hanging. I ordered a pot of tea for breakfast which came with no cup. The toast I ordered did'nt even come on a plate it was wrapped in a serviette and did'nt come with any margarine. I thought the whole experience was ordinary and I would never stay again.
The only likeable feature was the buffet breakfast we were given as a trade off to not having the bedding configuration that i booked for back in November 09!! Very applicable unfortunately, as i booked 2 double beds but was told that it was unavailable and was given a fold out bed for my child who was competing at olympic park the following day, needless to say i gave up my bed so as she would have a good nights sleep, very dissapointing after travelling all day.
It is comfortable, quiet, well located, clean and the staff were helpful, so I had a good night's sleep. no comment
Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. It was easy to find the hotel and parking available close by. Only five minutes to Trains and major shopping. Facilities clean.
Service at the restaurant was good when we had dinner after 9pm on night of arrival. ?
Central location and excellent parking. Staff were helpful but there needed to be more front desk staff. Fittings in bedroom e.g. curtains, were very tired and showing signs of age.Similarly, the bathroom had mould in the grouting - not attractive.
Breakfast was good I liked the pillow that I had, I have always had to take my own but had forgotten to take it.
the hotel staff as usual were excellent, the rooms are great I have stayed in this hotel before and always found it to be of the highest quaility, this time ther was was ono mini bar I found this strange and disappointing for a hotel of this stature
Very nice Yes,no pick up the dinner platte, the dirty dishers stay in the all way all night, not so good
The Restaurants & Cafes in the Area are great, the people in them understand customer service & great food. The room looked run down & is need of a refurbishment, the bed was saggy, the TVs too small, the carpet was worn in sections & the overall cleanliss of the Hotel needs to be addressed post haste. For the price we paid, we were not impressed at all. The Bar staff, especially the Duty Manager on Saturday afternoon, were not friendly & appeared to be disinterested in the customers. We paid for a Bay View Suite, but all we saw without going onto the Balcony, was the Unit blocks accross the road. Very disappointed overall!
The late checkout Proximity to restaurants/cafes Size of room The view out the window The cost of the buffet and a la carte menu at the restaurant
The room I was assigned had old, broken furniture; there were candy wrappers behind the armoire; a cup of candy treats left in there from the previous guests; a dead cockroach in the corner; broken toilet paper holder; beds were overused and way too soft; the entire room was run down ad disgusting.
bay view (you need to pay extra for that), you can walk on the long beach terrible cleaning, very old hotel needs a major renovation, common corridors and the room is smelling.
The proximity of the hotel to the Sydney airport. The $250 price tag per night was very excessive. Will stay at cheaper hotel in future. Hotel interior needs upgrading especially the carpets. No access to the fitness area or indoor pool unless we paid extra money. This was not specified when I made the booking.
the staff were excellent!! the gaming room/bar staff made our stay extremely pleasant and the front desk staff were very helpfull and always carrying a beautiful welcoming smile :) these members of your team are a credit to you. thank you no hash browns at brecki!!! just kidding the food, staff, rooms, view were great!! would definately come back!!
Great location for a stop over, lovely beach, excellent pool very convenient for airport.
View of the Airport and Botany Bay, nice restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. Having to pay for extra for parking after paying for the room. Most hotels provide this as an inclusion. Need a display of the accomodation which demonstrates which room you are actually going to get, (similar to when booking seating at a venue, or for rooms on ship cruises) allows for more informed choice. The following two questions should not be multiple choice, it is more complicated than that. Let me just say that the hotel ranked among the more expensive for really no better facilities, it relies on location rather than service. I have stayed at better hotels, for example in Noosa Heads, where the location and rooms are far superior yet the price is far more reasonable.I would suggest that unless it is the 13th or 14th flor, $250 max
This hotel is very new and clean. Though the price is high, I had no problem with cleanliness and could relax. I wish there was something like a pot and free tea bags in the room. I assume there was no vending machine though I didn't really try to fiind.
A very quiet location, friendly staff, grand foyer No
Was hoping the spa was bigger. a 6 foot tall person wouldn't fit comfortably. But overall great experience
Convenience, location. The bed was luxurious.
I like it with everything. The best I can't say anything because I didin't come across with any problem
well the in house parking and the front desk service were great the bed was hard and all night i was scratching from bed mites i informed the front desk when checked out.
The location in the heart of Parramatta was fantastic. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and there are so many restaurants close by. I parked the car at the hotel and walked everywhere.
The location of the hotel. The staff were rude and incompetant.
The convenience, in the centre of town, walking distance to theatre, shops and restaurants nothing
Closeness to Parramatta. Shower base slippery.
Location and price No fridge in room, No tea and coffee making facilities even in the kitchen unless you had your own crockery, need more pillows or bring own Close to HSC marking venue was a good feature, not able to book a car space was a problem
cheap and clean
Handy to location for conference No transport to anywhere that dinner is available
The close proximity to the entertainment/sporting venues is fantastic. Room very clean & tidy albeit small, comfortable beds. Chip machine very handy @ midnight... not enough parking but understand why.
Quick and easy to book via internet , The room was not that clean a lot of dust around bed legs, carpet dirty and stained .For the $250.00 a night we would not stay there again
Close to venue Food availability and cleanliness of kitchen area - microwave had crusty food caked on the inside. Vending machines had old drinks displayed.
the short walk to all venues we attended a concert at Acer Arena and it was great not having to get stuck in all the hustle and bustle of everyone leaving
It was in walking distance to the Sports arenas and the railway station. It was also quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bunk bed that was situated above the Queen bed had a wooden slat at its foot that covered half of the width of the bed. This slat made it difficult for one to squeeze through to get into bed. Notwithstanding this criticism, the bunk bed was very comfortable, especially for anyone with a back problem.
Location was great and the rooms were vey compact and cosy The signs that state no entry when you need to get into the carpark are confusing as well as where to park when you need to check in also no fridge in room even a little fridge would help
First impression very clean, staff very friendly, connected to the LCC for meals and entertainment. Plenty of parking and great security at the hotel.
Stressless and the best place to take a rest to recharge your mind,i love it. Arrengements for cleaners to tidy rooms sometimes they come too early.
Close to most facilities, hotel was clean and room as well. Some of the staff weren't very customer service orientated.
size od the room poor quality TV image - no Digital channels
The rooms, the king size bed and the facilities not to leave out the great food and breakfast. I liked all aspects of the hotel.
i really liked the bedding and bathroom! the room was really classy and the welcome note with your name on the tv was a great touch. they tried to "upgrade" me from and double queen room to a double single because they needed the room. but they happily put us in a king room and gave us free breaky which was good.
We were very surprised to find this type of luxury accommodation in Liverpool. We loved the fitout of the hotel room The card keys were a bit difficult
Large apartment for a family, good facilities, good value for the money, with the kitchen and laundry that are included it would be a good base for a longer city stay Roller beds a bit inconvenient
Freindly helpfull staff a bit old, but acceptable
I was there for busnies in that area so that's the only thing 1-staff one of the staff was realy rude,2- they at lease have safer in the room.3- no suop to use.3- with this money you pay at lease they shlud have some one to help us to carry the bags or trolly , i can not belive they charge 30 usd to use internet per day inc wifi , I rate this hotel no more thn 2 star are it's not worth the money you pay
it was quiet and peaceful
Early check-in Cleanliness, most particularly floors & furniture.
The staff were extreamly helpful and polite The bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were so slippery it was a safety risk, the bathmat had holes in it and there was a hair on the towel.
absolutly nothing. it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised the room was a three star. there wasnt even a towel for my son. the breakfast was very poor.
Comfort of the room was excellent. Ants and chewing gum all over the tables at breakfast. Very disapointing, could have been a lot cleaner.
