Pros (+) We upgraded our room to one of the turret rooms, and were very glad we'd done so - it was lovely. The staff was helpful in recommending nearby restaurants for dinner (theirs was closed).
Cons (-) The Wi-Fi connection was hit-or-miss in our room, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a big problem. Complimentary breakfast was continental; could have used a warm dish - even oatmeal would have been a nice addition.
