Pros: The room good than your own room
Cons: The toilet smell a little bit
Pros: I like the blanket
Cons: The pillow is too high
Pros: Staff are great. The hotel is well presented and the rooms are large. WiFi is reliable and relatively fast.
Cons: The location is problematic. There’s nothing (not even sidewalks) around the hotel and although beachfront, the beach is not suitable for water activities. Also worthy of note: this is a dry hotel — no alcohol is served in the restaurants and there is no bar.
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: No senior citizens special rates for breakfast..too bad
Pros: Everything is excellent.
Cons: I prefer to stay at my hotel room rather than going out to enjoy the local attractions.
Pros: The room was big, so as the beds, it's quite comfortable. The private dipping pool was nice, just that the glass railing beside the pool has a lot of stains on it and it needs to be cleaned, so that the sea view could be clearer while dipping in the pool. Parking was free of charged, staffs were nice. There's a famous seafood restaurant (non-halal) just right beside the hotel, we have our dinner there and it's quite nice with reasonable price.
Cons: The location wasn't the best for somebody who visited Penang for the first time, as it is quite far away from a lot of those famous tourist spots, anyway if you are driving yourself and doesn't matter the long (but manageable) drive, this will be definitely a nice place to stay. The buffet breakfast could be better in terms of food taste and appearence.
Pros: Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Room is very spacious and the private pool was the highlight of our stay. Mattress was OK. The location is to be desired, but would appeal to travelers looking for a getaway from the city. Staff was courteous and polite. Bathroom is very big.
Cons: Beds were OK, but pillows are just too thick and hurt my neck. Pool was not totally clean.

Pros: We likes the cold weather especially in the early morning. Good services from Malihom!
Cons: The aircond not so cold especially in the midnight. As explained by the manager, the wooden material released heat at night .
Pros: The tranquility of the property. Way above the hustle and bustle of Urban living. Getting away from it all. Nice pool.
Cons: We had the full board option for our three day stay and whilst the food was of good quality, there could have been more variance in dishes.
Pros: everything in hotel also friendly staff
Cons: road to the hotel
Pros: 1. bonus question 2 - free wifi - i dont know they provide wi-fi or not, anyway i don't need it as i come to relax 2. nice environment for rest and relax, a real retreat stay
Cons: insects, anyhow, this is nature therefore no complain.
Pros: Great views and very relaxing Nicely designed and wonderful outdoor space
Cons: It is remote because of the steep hill and inaccessible by taxi or grab and so you are pretty stuck unless you have own car. It could be made clear in advance that this is the case. Full board upgrade is very expensive (£70 per day for 2) for what it is (nice but simple food) but no choice, not much variety. Trails for walking in the area weren't well maintained so we couldn't explore and appreciate the forest
Pros: The staff were very attentive, and the location was special.
Cons: It was all a bit rough. It had so much potential, but was a bit tired and there were too many mosquitos.
Pros: The rooms are amazing, amazing views from all angles of the property. Pool is amazing. Nice, quiet and relaxing and staff were very kind and helpful. It was just what we needed after a lot of travelling.
Cons: It was all great, the food was nice but could be improved as it was all quite basic and needs more variation.
Pros: Friendly People.. Relaxing and the vibe..
Cons: The electricity went of in the middle of night..
Pros: Location is wonderful. The view is amazing like you are in paradise, away from busy city and busy life , quite a very good place for relaxation Weather was nice , staff were very nice , especially the manager . Thanks for all
Cons: I would recommend the following CCTV or security facility. TV channels which N/A Wi Fi is very weak No variety of food . Only Chinese meals
Pros: Spacious view
Cons: The room is a bit small than we expect.
Pros: Drinking water machine provided and the share toilet is clean. Location is good and near to usm.
Cons: Self service type of hostel upstairs of shophouse with 4-5 rooms. That's no staff around during my arrival. At first I inform in email I would like to check in earlier, they mentioned will charge for extra rm30. Then I decided to keep my baggage and check in in the evening. However they let me check in early at last without any additional charge.
Pros: Host very helpful and respond fast when we need late check out. Very appreciate ^^
Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: No receptionist to guide.
Pros: Super clean and comfy
Pros: Everything else was awesome
Cons: Abit glamy Shared bathroom
Pros: Simple and straightforward business model
Cons: Floor is squeaking
Pros: Very clean. Good interior.
Cons: Everything was good. The host was very kind
Pros: Simple room
Cons: The floor creaks alot

This hotel has 6605 square feet (614 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and meeting rooms. Pros: Fantastic and very exciting
Cons: The staff are cordial and adorable
Pros: Great place great location
Cons: Location and comfortable beds!
Pros: The location of the hotel is great as there are markets around. Breakfast has a variety of choices and if you'd like, you can stroll out to look for other shops for breakfast.
Cons: There are two problems with this hotel. The first is the communication ability of the staffs. The person who called us a taxi the first day asked for more money on the second day, which resulted in nearly 100 ringgets to Georgetown. The second was the security of the hotel. On the third day morning around 5AM, somebody opened our room door and look inside, scaring the heck out of us. Another minor problem is the length of the bed. If you happen to be about 175cm, you may find you foot outside the edge most of the time.
Pros: Breakfast was good, enough spread of different foods. The deluxe double room with city view was quiet with a great view at the 14th floor. Staff all friendly and helpful. The free city shuttle bus to Georgetown offered by the hotel had only two of us who registered. A driver was assigned to drive us to Georgetown by a nice and comfortable car.
Cons: Nothing, a good place, except that upon returning home our credit card bill shows that the refundable deposit (deducted for RM 300) is still not returned to us.
Pros: Hardly anything to like. Very poor quality breakfast. Location not great.
Cons: Very poor value for money. Exorbitant beverage prices. A can of local beer with taxes can cost you about RM25. Surely, they should not be fleecing their guests.
Pros: Fancy and clean, location is also very good.
Cons: We booked the shuttle bus to airport in the next morning, but the staff in reception did not registered actually which caused us missing the bus. Then the staff helped to call 2 taxis for us.
Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Services on the unavailable seat for your meal
Pros: Lovely Hotel
Pros: Good location!
Cons: Poor quality toothbrush, break and injured my lips. Told the hotel reception no response except a word sorry only? Won’t expect any follow up I Guess.
Pros: the location which is near to the spice setia
Cons: the parking is too small and you have to go to the lobby everytime you want to go to the parking lot.
Pros: There were plants and trees everywhere...I loved it!
Pros: I love the open-air shower room. The whole place makes me feel like home. Surrounded with nature, fruit trees everywhere, fireflies at night. I love it!
Pros: A traditional malay house on the countryside of Penang. A very lovely place with garden and bicycles. Would totally recommend it!
Pros: super hoté! adrian is very kind, and very attentive to our needs. we forgot our charger and he even deliver it to us free of charge! the place is traditional, but it is just like its supposed to be! we will come back for sure!
Pros: I love the open-roof in one of the shower. Traditional wooden house with a nice ambient.
Cons: There's only one working wall socket plug in the small room I stayed in. Had to remove the fan plug to use it to charge my other equipment.
Pros: It's a place that you want to spend your holiday far away from city environment plus you'll get to meet new friends from other countries which was marvellous experience for me
Pros: Adrian was great host and all the volunteers were really friendly and made the stay very comfortable. It's in a rural location and peaceful setting. Great to go cycling around the local town.
Cons: There wasn't any WiFi but it was good to disconnect from the Internet for a few days.
Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is good, and the house is in a perfect cuty garden. The owner and his volunteers are such nice, we have a great great time with them. Thank you Adrian and Margot
