Pros: it was very clean, well maitained, friendly staff
Cons: one could feel “end of season”, the restaurant was already closed, but in total ok
Pros: Location, green grass, excellent pool, nice atmosphere, spacious apartment, balcony with sea view
Cons: Less light in the apartment (than expected)
Pros: great breakfast
Cons: one mosquito is missing
Pros: Couple with a 2yo kid. Stayed in a superior room. Loved that our son had access to the grass. 2019 chef had vision. Nice breakfast and we had nice meals at the restaurant (Not included in the room price). Very friendly owners and staff. Nice pool. Has a kid's pool at 80 cm depth. All very clean and tidy. Peacefully quiet.
Cons: While it is right on the sea and has a lovely beach, the sea itself is hard to get in especially for our little kid. There is a wide rock right below sea level making the swim a challenge. Can't change this of course but getting in and out of the car every day to reach the very close-by lovely beaches of Arkoudi and Glyfa while paying what felt like Greek beach front prices was something of a nuance. The place was packed so I guess it is just a matter of supply and demand.
Cons: It is almost impossible to swim on the appartments beach because of sea bottom surface Especially for the children Can use this location just as a convinient location to reach Zakynthos
Pros: Stunning environment and location. Outstanding service and exceptional cuisine. We will return again and bring our friends with us. A most enjoyable retreat!
Pros: Excelent stay! Very good breakfast! Everything was wonderful! 10+!
Pros: Spacious, modern, clean appartement, very comfortable, fully-equipped, great terrace looking to the green garden with palm trees, flowers and lawns, quiet beautiful well-maintained location in a rural area, friendly staff, perfect breakfast Buffet with great variety and local specialties can be enjoyed on the terrace of the main building, excellent restaurant facing the sea, beautiful beach, very relaxing. It was a short but perfect stay! Thank you very much! We will be back!
Pros: Very well designed, modern recently renovated apartments, excellent large swimming pool, beautiful gardens, very friendly staff and owners, breakfast with large variety and something different everyday. But the highlight for us was the restaurant, the food was really special even for Greek standards, certainly the best in the area and with beautiful sunset views. Also the location, the Kyllini loutra beach 10 min drive away was beautiful, Kastro was great for the views(cafe Aenaon) and Arkoudi a quiet picturesque village 5 min drive away. And a trip to Olympia is a must. Its a family run business, they really care and it shows. It was a great holiday with lots of special memories for us.
Cons: Nothing really, all was excellent. Maybe worth strengthening the WiFi, we had access in the balcony but not inside the room
Opened in 2000 with 18 rooms on 2 floors. The hotel offers following services and facilities small lobby, reception (08:00-00:00 h), bar, restaurant with balcony, Wi Fi internet in the Lobby area, two pools with pool bar and the tennis court (Arcoudi Brati Hotel), shuttle service to the beach (during high season 2-times daily) and to the thermal springs of Loutrá Killíni. Rooms featuring air conditioning/heating, telephone, satellite TV, safety box, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, WC, hair dryer and balcony. ** During high season the meals were served at the Arcoudi-Brati Hotel**
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, friendly and super clean !
Pros: The location in the Center of Arcoudi ist very good. I was given a room on the second floor which had a quite good sea view, not the best possible but still good. The family who runs the hotel ist very nice and helpful. Everything ist clean and comfortable (but no lift). The breakfast is good, good coffee, and some sweet and salty local foods to taste. I got good advice for restaurants (I liked Hippokampos) and activities in the areas (Olympia is, of course, great - about 65 km away). The weather was not so great, so I didn't go the beaches. But it's a nice stroll down to the sea in one minute.
Cons: Everything ist great. If I was to mention one thing that could be improved, I would suggest better jams and juice for breakfast, but that's merely a detail.
Cons: Beach was dirty after storm?
Pros: I am glad to meet the owners of this hotel Dimitris and Nota is a great and polite couple! Every tourist feels here as at home : Comfortable and calm . The room is nice and clean , the breakfast is so tasty ! Because everything is home made by Nota - it’s greek , tasty and fresh cuisine . The location of the hotel is perfect - it the center of Arkoudi and close to the beach , so it’s one of the best hotel of this category in Arkoudi, in my opinion
Cons: Nothing . Everything is nice
Pros: Excelent breakfast and rooms facing the beach.
Pros: The location was central.
Cons: Overall - The facilities were old and the bathrooms had a sewerage smell. The hotel did not have a happy vibe and everyone seemed unhappy which was reflected in their customer service. Wifi - The wifi was almost non existent in the rooms. Laundry - We were quoted different prices for the same amount of clothes to be laundered ranging from free, to 5 euro to 25 euro by the husband and wife owners which we found dishonest and didn’t proceed with this. After our travel plans changed, we had to stay extra nights and the amount we paid increased upon checkout to what was originally quoted - we were told we didn’t understand and we found this whole experience dishonest. Note you need to leave your hotel key at reception every time you leave which we found annoying but apparently it’s due to security reasons. Based on the overall experience, we wouldn’t be staying here again.
Pros: Nice view, fantastic location, nice beach, lots of restaurants
Cons: Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros: Extremely friendly, family oriented place. Dimitris is a lovely host, interesting and always willing to assist. Have been there before and look forward to our next stay.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean, very good breakfast ! Highly recommended
Cons: Everything was just great !

This hotel features 753 square feet (70 square meters) of event facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is the kind personnel. Everything else is a total disaster.
Cons: You should walk for 8 minutes to get to the beach. The furniture in the rooms are old and ruined. And much more that I do not want to mention now....
Pros: The staff was extremely polite and willing to help you with any inquiry. The proximity to the beach and your own pool was all that worth staying for.
Cons: The amenities and the property were run down and dated. Room was totally dated and unsafe for little babies and children. Food * breakfast, launch, dinner was quite bad. A lot of options but nothing was actually good.
Pros: Loved the beach, amazing staff.
Pros: Wonderful all inclusive resort. The staff is absolutely great, and the food as well. The room was large and comfortable. The beach is seconds away via the shuttle bus. Recommended.
Pros: Everything was excellent couldn’t speak more highly of the staff especially Tassos the shuttle bus driver & Indian / Greek speaking caretaker. We enjoyed our stay & look forward in returning. Peter Karadimas
Pros: Wonderful location and hotel, beach within 5 min walking distance. Excellent food and personnel.
Cons: It would be nice if something could be arranged for a toilet at the beach for hotel guests
Pros: Everything we like from the staff , the food and the services are amazing.
Cons: We thought the bungalow is by the beach rather than that everything is excellent.

Pros: Wonderful management & staff, fantastic facilities and location and ideal for making fond memories.
Cons: A most enjoyable experience.
Pros: excellent location on the beach
Pros: Everything was excellent. Location was very central. Room was very good, except the bed being very soft. Very clean hotel. Excellent staff and very good breakfast.
Cons: The bed was very soft, I prefer a firmer mattress.
Pros: Great location, grear views from the balcony, very friendly staff, breakfasts were a bit different every day with special Greek touch. Arkoudi is a small city but with nice beach and very good restaurants. City is nice for travellers wirg cars or those who like quiet vacation in small city.
Cons: Very strange and unusual not to have curtains in bath room/shower, you have to clean floor evert time after show use. Air condition in our room was rather weak for August Greek temperature.
Pros: Staff were helpful
Cons: The room was small, behind reception and balcony lead out onto the narrow/ busy street - it was unusable - with people looking in from across the steet and people sitting on the balcony wall. There was little storage space for 3 and little flat surface in the bathroom. The hotel may have been ok in a different room but our room for 3 was wholly unsuitable and we left after one night.
Pros: The host at this property did everything to make us happy and help us with our ferry reservation.
Pros: Victoras was ana amazing guy..he helped us in a difficult situation. The rooms and the location are amazing. I have only good things to say about this place even if we didn’t manage to stay as long as we wanted
Pros: Great beach, great pork steak down in restaurant (must try!) and everything else was amazing!
When you stay at Hotel Brati - Arcoudi in Pineios, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Arkoudi Beach and Loutra Killinis Roman Baths. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was good!
Cons: Small basic room, but suited our needs for one night.
Pros: Everything was lovely from facilities to staff , rooms were clean great place for families
Pros: Shady tables near to the pool area to get out of the sun. Good wide steps to get in and out of the pool.
Cons: A lot of greenery. Got many nasty insect bites.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Very clean. Very family oriented. within walking distance to beach, restaurants and town. Very friendly staff. Two pools. Very good food at the hotel restaurant.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: nice restaurant with good food. safe and sun protected parking.
Pros: It was an oasis for us after a long drive from Lefkada. The room was quite nice, free internet, car park and good breakfast.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is very clean. We specially appreciated the daily cleaning of the room. The staff (and owners) are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has an excellent quality to price ratio. One of Greece's best beaches is located only a few kilometers away from the hotel. You need a car, but it is absolutely worth it!
Cons: The bed was a little small and expected
Pros: Everything :)
The family-run hotel opened in 1991 with 43 rooms and it is set amid gardens. The hotel offers reception (08:00-00:00 h), TV lounge (satellite TV), Internet corner, breakfast area, bar, fresh water pool with whirl pool, children’s section and pool bar, sun beds and umbrellas, the family runs a tavern and serves Greek dishes (approx. 50 m). All rooms have air conditioning (extra charge), telephone, satellite TV, safety box, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, fly screens on the balcony doors and balcony or terrace. **Important: Please advise the arrival time, if the arrival is outside the reception hours!**
Pros: Spotlessly clean with apparently recently refurbished rooms. Everything you might need in the room including air con, sat TV, fly screens, large fridge and even a laundry line and pegs for your wet swimwear. Nice pool area and off street parking. Owners were constantly on hand if needed. Continental breakfast was plentiful and there is a tavern across the road for daytime / evening meals.
Cons: WiFi was a little weak in my room. Bit of a walk to the beach.
Pros: The 30 metre pool, somewhat underused. Shady car parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness. Plentiful breakfast. 50 metre stagger to a good restaurant.
Cons: Little to do in the village. A bit hard to find the hotel. Hardest bed that I have tried to sleep in, ever. My weight didn't even dent it. In contrast, my pillow gave no support whatsoever. Difficult to see properly to shave. Family bedroom a bit small - but for 65€ per night it would be churlish to complain too much.
Pros: The hosts, Saki and his wife treated us like family. They always had a genuine smile on their face and were eager to make our stay very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. A good selection of items plus any coffee, frappe, freddo, espresso... The pool bar was always staffed and the property was clean and tidy. It is a good spot, quiet, perfect for families and couples. Easy access to the local town of Arkoudi - you can probably walk there in about 10-15min. The very busy tourist area of Kourouta beach (lots of restaurants, boardwalk, shops) as well as the beautiful Kyllini Beaches are not too far away.
Cons: We don't have any dislikes about the property. All I can think of is that we had a rental car during our stay, so I would suggest that you would likely need a taxi or rental car to explore some of the areas away from Arkoudi and the hotel.
Pros: Good parking. Nice restaurant over the road.
Cons: Pool didn't open early enough

Pros: The room. The service. The bed. The bathroom. All new and clean.
Cons: The lady who stayed above our room and woke us every night and morning with her heels... walking back and forth above our room.
