Breakfast was poor.
excelent quiet location very attentive staff
New, good standard, comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice playground for the children.
Definitely the best 3 star hotel i've ever slept it. Food delicious - invoice value was not..
Everything, the staff were friendly and all spoke English.the hotel was warm and welcoming. The restaurant food was good and reasonable priced.the beds and pillows were comfy. No English TV channels exept International news buts thats usually the case in Europe.
wonderful location , caring staff , cozy smoking in cafe areas
Service great, room very nice, food in restaurant very good. Location fine so long as you have your own transport
the staff were very nice. we were charged 50 zlote (12 euros) for toast for 2 people and when i questioned the bill to see was there some kind of mistake, i was told there wasn't. i would not recommend eating in this hotel unless you want to be ripped off.
Very nice hotel, close to the center of Bielsko-Biala, room very clean and breakfast wonderful. Prices of the minibar very good.
Luxury and quiet. Great place to relax and recreation activity during your business trip. Nicely located near the Szyndzielnia mountain.
Pool was lovely. Comfort rooms spacious. Pool only open from 3pm. (Not sure if it says on your website, and it was not relevant to us, but pool only for over 12 years old). Staff did not try to sort our requests in a satisfactory manner.
A delightful hotel with an amazing spa and a first-class menu, including Chateau wines at great prices. Delightfully located in the a green, well-to-do neighbourhood just outside the non-descript city. The only thing that detracts a bit from the comfort is the knowledge that it's less than 20 kms. from Auschwitz,,, But that's not the fault of the hotel... As elsewhere in Poland, people have difficulty making themselves understood in languages other than Polish (and Russian). But the yonger generation is correcting this in a hurry.
Nice room & helpful staff
I found the hotel very comfortable. The staff was nice and helping, rooms (esp. bathroom) clean and breakfasts offered meals beyond my imagination. A stay totally worth the money.
the woman at the front destk, Barbara, was very nice and helpful. the breakfast
Destination closely to the museum in Auschwitz, parking place available, large desk for breakfast. Design war very nice but funcionality on low level, e.g. you need to move toilet lid everytime before you go to flush, hair dryer not available in the room.
A lovely hotel right beside the concentration camp, very clean with lovely staff. All TV channels are in Polish (though not a problem because we were so busy). No wheelchair access.
Outstanding location, very friendly staff and very clean. I would strongly recommend for anybody wishing to visit Auschwitz. Not applicable, liked everything.
Helpful staff. Perfect location for Auschwitz museum.
My stay was great but could hear everything from hallway
i thought it was clean and the food was ok,i thought the shower and toilet was very good to.most of the staff were nice to me. i didnt like that none of the tv channels were in english,i didnt like the bar been closed so early,i think there should be a residents bar opened alot later,i came back to the hotel late 1 nite and i was hungry and there was no where i could get food,i asked a memeber of staff 1 nite for water at a late hour and she said there was no water, how can there be no water in a hotel??
The fact it is in front of the Aushwitz Museum means it has perfect position. Breakfast can be better.
The BEST location for Ausvic/Birkenau tour. Hotel is modern with very comfort room. Good brekfast and wired internet. Olecki is just 4 minutes by foot from entrance to Ausvic.
the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was lovely no
excellent breakfast, room clean football match cripted
There was no gym. I am training for a 1/2 marathon race and there was no where to work out. I had to run outside and there was really no where that was conducive to running outside either.
Excellent value for money even at 3.3Pl to the pound. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The price of the room should be quoted in the local currency otherwise hoteliers can wait until you arrive and set their own price.
Good service and cleanness, value for money
There is no access to outdoor cafe . Smoking is allowed in the hotel lobby.
Cousy place with rather fantastic chief & kitchen
Gabriela and Joanna were so helpful and friendly, they were able to communicate our wishes to Taxi drivers and gave us very good advice on places of interest to visit while we were in Poland, they made our stay very welcoming and we were very Happy there. the staff were very helpfull and friendly and spoke good English. Would return again.
Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The location close to the railway station makes the hotel a good base to explore the Beskid Mountains
Hotel Receptionist, particulary on arrival, was very helpful. Let us change rooms as we preferred to be on the quiet side of the hotel. Location was good, both for visiting the area generally, public transport and also convenient for town and restaurants. Free Car Parking. Breakfast was a very limited choice, same minimal warm food every day. Had to ask staff to refill serving bowls almost every day. The lack of Air Conditioning meant the room was too hot as outside day temperature was over 30 degrees which made the room uncomfortable at night. Air Con is supposed to be ready for September! Wedding Reception on last night which was very noisy untl 04.30 am. No advance warning was given.
Central location, good standard of decor Traffic noise at the front of the building. Lack of air-conditioning would be a problem in hot weather.
Very nice room, heigh ceiling, friendly staff. The breakfast was good but extremely limited choice. I felt Like I was eating the leftovers.
The room was very comfortable and furnished with style (even though a little small), the breakfast excellent. Very good quality-offer ratio for the offer I got.
The staff were fantastic, always polite and very helpful. All the staff seem to speak English and acted very professionally. The rooms were nice, but a double bed is made of two single beds, also the bed linen was made for single beds.
Good value for money
Really nice. Not a single slice of cake available at breakfast.
The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was a lovely place to eat breakfast and the breakfast itself was excellent.
Excellent room, good price, Free WiFi, friendly staff, central location. No gym (I used good gym in shopping centre for 15Pln - don't forget a towel). Limited choice at breakfast
This hotel is outstanding in its size class (smaller private non-chain) Excellent food service, great character, and polite, professional staff. Great place to stay! Could use some new bath linens, Nice but frayed.
Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is very attractive in design and is very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for anyone wanting to visit the museum / memorial of Auschwitz. Highly recommended. No complaints at all.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The restaurants are fantastic, the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly! I felt that the rooms need a fan as it is very warm outside and the room was a bit too warm.
Location was perfect, staff very friendly, room large & will decorated, food excellent
The staff was very kind and helpful. We left very early for airport, and staff packed us a breakfast for the taxi! The hotel was wonderful, and so was the restaurant. However, we took the bus from Krakow and the driver would not go to the "Central" station, which was close to the hotel, but instead dropped us off near the cemetary. It was a difficult walk with our luggage and road construction, plus we didn't know where we really were. It made our stay start off badly.
The location of the hotel suited our reasons for visiting this city. The room was spacious. The noise during the early hours of the morning. People shouting and screaming outside the room and in the carpark. Lack of English of the reception staff failed to clarify the situation.
it vas to kold in the rooms on night (i got my selv a kold)
Beyond expectation, rooms fine but the bar and restaurants were a real added bonus
The hotel was easy to find, frequented by taxi drivers, and offered a good mix of food choices and quality.
Large room, Nice breakfast staff, location and parking facilities No wifi
I found this hotel on booking.com but all the reviews were in Polish (I think). This was a very special trip involving finding family that had not been met before. All the hotel reviews that I found in this location had foreign language reviews so it was a lucky dip. What a good choice. The hotel was excellent choice and is highly recommended should you wish to visit this area in Poland. All the the services provided by the warm and friendly staff were excellent. The food was first class. As we do not speak Polish it was important that either the staff or the menu should have an English translation. We were impressed because both was true.
staff attitude, efficiency, food quality wedding party in the restaurant disturbs other customers
Nothing Poor facilities, poor food, no atmosphere, small bed and room
Staff is excellent, very helpful. Pool was ok. Very clean hotel. Food was great. Not too many options if you are vegetarian. Food looked organic, natural. Near a nice lake. I think this should be a 4-star hotel. No windows, no fresh air. There are small things, one small thin pillow, please more pillows. Old crt tv, not too many channels.
Beautiful location by lake and park, good spa but not open weekends. Booked 2 double rooms but got 1 x twin & 1 double. Hotel did not specify bath or shower in rooms -got shower & prefer full bathroom. Would like your website to offer more detail of hotel to select options more accurately.
It was a smart hotel, facilities were good It was a good hotel in an industrial town, very quiet and limited menu. It seemed that the staffing was linked to the
SPA / Wellness not holding its promise. Rooms need an overhaul. Generally speaking not meeting 5* requirements.
The service received at check in by the receptionist, and then by Room Service. In the Hotel description is written that garage on site is free. I did pay for the overnight 30 Polish Zloty! The selection at Breakfast is very poor and of low quality.
Better information that some activities is charge extra, like sauna.
Reception staff Breakfast
The hotel had loads of character being a traditional hunting lodge, in a quite, peaceful location, where you can relax in style. The food in the resteraunt is very good.
All staffs are very good and kind.
the kindness of the staff, the situation of the place and the pace itself
It was snowing and the location in the woods with the lovely hotel building was enchanting and I would say, the best time to see it. The rooms were clean but basic. I understand that this is a form of listed building so there is only so much that can be done, however the bedrooms felt a little sad. The public rooms and restaurant on the other hand were great.
The restaurant The SPA and wellness
Spa and Sauna Facilities The coffee in the breakfast bar....ranks with the worst in europe!!!!
Nice swimming pool and sauna! Unfriendly staff, poor hotel room (very small, in front of the kitchen windows)
The kindness of the staff
fine for our purposes. no
I liked the room, the decoration, location, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the price.
Very nice atmosfare
The rooms are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
This was a very understated hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff spoke excellent englisg and were exceptionally friendly. While breakfast was mediocre, the restaurant at night had a lovely ambience and food was very good. it was very diffucult to find fault with this hotel. Would recommend that they promote the locality for tourists. Mountain Zar which was beautiful is home to Europes largest hydro dam is located just twenty minutes from the hotel but we found it by chance.
We were travelling around Poland and that was a good stop before going to Auschwitz (30 mins far). We paid 190 zloty per 1 night (about 48€) - breakfast included. The room was very nice and cleaned. They are renovating the building and they have a restaurant and a pizzeria (we ate a kebab in the pizzeria). We had breakfast in a very dark room and it was not so good, but for that price was enough!
If you want to stay in Kety it's very good. Kety has little to offer. Stay in Krakow.
The restaurant was with nice interior. The food there was not fantastic but can be eat.
