That it was close to where I needed to be. That eating was close by as well.
Cannot say we liked anything about this hotel
Large, maybe vomit, patch on carpet, wiped up but never cleaned with a carpet cleaner. The blanket on the bed was full of holes, some 2' big old and paper thin. Dried pee on back of toilet. About 2 lbs of bugs in light at end of hallway. Yuck!!!

the location, it was easy to enter and exit the highway toget to the motel, also the staff was very pleasent and helpful.
could of had a better free breakfast(more items)!!
Was quiet and clean. The price was awesome
The check in staff talked to a friend the whole time I checked in and paid no attention to me checking in. Also didn't like that there was no coffee maker in or room nor any soap.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean.
The 32inch tv was too small and too high up. Also would have been nice if it swiveled.
The hotel was very clean and nice. The employees were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was a little weak. It would be nice if they added a couple things like oatmeal packets, cereal boxes and some fruit. Anything that would be simple for them yet filling for the guest.
not far away from all of the shopping. Quiet location. free breakfast in the morning
When we got there, the clerk was talking about a guest who complained he had a rash and thought the rooms had bed bugs. Not a conversation you want to hear when you walk into a hotel for the night. We went to our room and checked right away - all ok.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean
Our room smelled of smoke when we arrived. The clerk at the desk was helpful, but when she called the owner to approve a new room, he required us to pay a--- fee. He also owns the econolodge in grand forks. Not customer focused.
The room was run down with rips in the chairs and stains on the carpet. Loud train next to the room. Bathroom was clean at least but the rest of the room was very run down
Desk clerk at check in.
Noice, Refridgerator in room very noisy. Hallway Noisy. Ice machine very noisy.
Staff was helpful - provided extra shampoo and another blanket on our request.
Though the room was non-smoking, the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Heater in room worked but was slow turning and noisy until it ran for awhile. Strong smell of fruity carpet cleaner in the hallways. This hotel is in much need of a facelift.
Room smelled like stale cigarettes and body odor. Bath tub was not cleaned, had other peoples hair in it. Had to clean tub myself before I could take a shower. Back parking lot is not paved, was solid mud when I was there.
I was not impressed with this hotel. Not very clean or nice. I would not recommend this.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the location was great for UND events.
breakfast options were minimal but I didn't stay there for the food :)
Staff was friendly and was trying to help with remote control and other questions. .
The room was somewhat clean. TV remote didn't work, chairs were stained, and one of them had cigarette holes. Dirty window inside and outside with dusty curtains. Very poor breakfast. Location is fine, but it is next to a heavy equipment business.
The staff was very nice, location of Hotel is great, room was very nice, everything in the room was clean and well maintain. I really got a good night sleep. Thanks
nothing I didn't like
It was a nice comfortable hotel
Breakfast area very small
The room was very good and clean and I would recommend it to others
The employee behind the counter was extremely abrupt, rude and all in all not a friendly person....how she got the job of greeting people is beyond me and she has lost the company a client ....she made no mention of a pet fee
continental breakfast was a joke
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've been to. There was hair in the shower and on the towels. The bedding was really old and stained. The breakfast was lacking with few options. Staff was unfriendly. The only good thing about it was that it was close to the Engelstad Arena. Unfortunately this convienance will not ever get us to go back again.
Hotel is nice & quiet. The bed was also very comfortable & was able to get e a good nights sleep. Could have more selection in the continental breakfast but still not bad. Fridge was a definate plus.
This picture is not what the hotel even looks like. Grand Forks has NO buildings like this. I would consider this false advertising
