Clean and comfortable. No negatives.
nice hotel in a very easy location to reach. Room was very small.
We had reserved for a Triple Room and we did get it... Except for the third bed wasn't assembled properly. My husband almost hurt himself when he tried to lay on it the first time. We didn't bother to tell the hotel staff, though, because we were very tired so he just fixed it himself. It wasn't as comfortable as he expected, but it did its job.
nothing a desolate hotel, suitable only for one night stay .
it is very well located in relation to the village staff tended to be a bit stand offish...when i asked for a restaurant recommendation in the town, the gentleman behind the desk looked at me and said "You mean, other than the restaurant here? I don't know."
The hotel miralago is a nice reasonably priced hotel with nice food, located on a lovely lake in a ruaral part of Italy.only down part was the menu had no english on it and there is very little English spoken localy
The situation of the hotel is beautiful being right next to the lake with outstanding views, while at the same time being right in the centre of the village. The pool was great and the restaraunt good. The only problem with the hotel is it's proximity to a rather loud bar. During the day the bar was quiet but both nights we were there loud music played until early hours
the location on the lake is very nice, room is ok no more, breakfest was ok,no major catasthrofic downsides, good value for money. i think knowing english is a must requirment for hotel staff ,esspecially since this is not a family hotel,it seems hotel is built for internal tourism esppecially for families with children, and not for couples.don't expect too much night life....
Very lovely location along the lake. Each room has their own balcony overlooking the water.
Swimming pool area. Breakfast selection, restaurant. No internet access in rooms. Very hot at night, had to request airconditioning turned on. Bar very depressing, not the kind of place you would want to go for a drink.
No iron and ironing board
Nice swimming pool, even if quite crowdy and noisy if your travelling for business and your hotel room is your "office" Internet connection missing in the rooms a big problem, could be solved with a little effort...
particularly likked the restraunt - excellent food - good atmosphere nothing of any significance
Hotel has a very good restaurant. Since it is located away from the town, it was good to have that option after a full day of excursions. Also this hotel has easy access to the highway that connects you to different parts of Umbria. The pool in this hotel is right in front of the car park and the rooms. The noise of kids going to the pool early in the morning would wake me up.
good location in the city center the hotel needs renovation
Nice light rooms with good facility Had to hang out the window to get wifi Some things in my room were not working such as lights and heating and were never resolved during my stay
A very well-run hotel in the historic center of the handsome large town/small city of Rieti. A step above tourist class for the same price as that sort of hotel in Rome. A very pleasant surprise, highly recommended.
Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony of our hotel room. Excellent service/assistance from the staff.
nice people, beautifull room, good shower and a great fiew! I would defenately recommend it!
Hotel has been refurbished to very high and modern standard. Dining romms, and bedrooms very comfortable, Bathrrooms very high standard Excellent value for money
Helpful staff. Easy to find. Good central location. Good breakfast.
Hotel is recently renovated and has a new equipment. If you want to sleep longer in the morning you can not in this hotel because the clearing staff is doing noise from 7.30 a.m.
The hotel was at a very convenient location modern and clean. a pity the person at the reception did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate.
It is a 3 star hotel, just renovated, with enough large rooms. The hotel is situated at 50 meter from the downtown, on the other side of the Velino river. Half of the rooms look at the river.
It was well-located for our journey from Florence to the Amalfi and the proximity to the old town of Rieti made for an enjoyable walk in the morning. Although pleasant enough, the desk staff was not very knowledgeble about places to eat and could have been generally more attentive during our discussions.
The position, that's very close to train station and right in the city center It needs to be renewed
Restaurant - very good meal, friendly staf, close cantrum of city and very good access to high way. No parking place, no fridge in room.
The room was very spacious. We only stayed one night as it was on our way from Rome to our destination further north. We would stay there again as it seemed a lovely town to explore. We only had time for a quick walk around the centre. Being in the city it was hard to find a car park when we arrived. The hotel manager then let us park out the back.
The location of the hotel is fantastic since it is located very closed to the railway station but the price the I paid for one person was a little high. The hotel staff was nice and served very nice breakfast.
Magnificent grounds and pool in tranquil surrounding. If you are looking for peace and quiet then here it is. You'll need a car for driving into Rieti as it is a decent walk into the town. The views from the roof restaurant are impressive. Would be improved by having lunch facilities.
Beautiful surroundings, elegant rooms We arrived at 7.00pm to find that the dining room was closed for refurbishment, which we had not been told. The receptionist did spend some time trying to find us an alternative and was very helpful
Very friendly and helpful staff; Most spoke good English. Nice pool with comfortable sun beds. WE eat in the "Club House" restaurant as the main one was closed for holidays - good quality and reasonable prices. The Hotel is over 1km outside the town walls and it is almost another kilometre to the town centre. You need a car, taxi or be prepared for a lot of walking.
Staff were so friendly and nice and the facilities were immaculate
Beautifull Italian villa with luxurious interiors. Kind and zealous staff. Very quite location. Beautiful garden and landscape.
Beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and service in dining room Too far to walk into Rieti with young children and dining room only open in evenings for food (after 8 pm)
Relaxing stay in pleasent surroundings. Great view over Reiti from the roof top restaurant
Very friendly and helpful staffs; silent and pleasant environment in a park; nice swimming pool.
Amazing views from the bedrooms. Rooms fully equiped and the whole hotel decorated very nice (lots of real flower arrangements throughout).
the hotel and surrounding grounds are very nice, the pool and gym are excellent, the restaurant is excellent (when open), the hotel is very quiet and relaxing The hotel is somewhat further from town than the 1.2 Km advertised, it is also up a very steep hill.
Personal attention of the staff.
The staying was very pleasant and most of all the hotel is located at the center of any shopping, restaurants and the churches in the old Rieti Great little city
Central location, helpful staff, reasonable price Room was small and would benefit from refurbishment. Nowhere near the standard shown on the hotel website.
staff professionalism air cooling set to hot centrally. Some rooms may be a little bit noisy due to the hotle location.
An old hotel, renovated some time ago Since the hotel is situated in the city center, some rooms overlooking the main square are quite noisy specifically during we
The pool is very huge and nice, The quadruple room is large with a double bed in one room and a sofa-lit in another room. We ate at the restaurant and we appreciate the local specialities It is very difficult to find the place, between the mountains but when you are there it is marvelous
the landscape nightmare to find the hotel, not very clean, while spending some time at the pool they start to build up some things for an event, what caused a lot of noise - everything seemed a bit like a youth hostel, not a wanna be 4 star hotel
The owners should decide whether to entertain groups or individual tourists (guests). You cannot please both at the same time. It is unadmittable that the staff allows a group to have a very loud discobar terrorising the other guests till two-thirty in the morning. Price too high for what you get.
It is very quite and nice. Very modern and the views are fantastic The swiming pool was dirty. The water ant the pool were not cleaned in a long time. A pitty, because it was a ncie day!
Ambient, location in the forest, distance from Rieti.
The place in fantastic and the Hotel too, what else ?
Great location, great views on the surrounding mountains and countryside.Very quiet (except in case of wedding or reception where it turns out the opposite!). The hotel often caters for groups, receptions and weddings. Be careful to check before you make a reservation !
the swimming pool and surrounding landscape staff were not always easy to find
We drove to the hotel from Roma, the hotel not easy to find, could do with better signs, once there it was idyllic, didnt eat at the reastaurant, (we were the only peolple staying) but found one in the village suggested by the staff and had the most amazing meal - cooked for us, any guests must ask for directions.
Good location. Decent breakfast compare to other italy hotels of the same class Noisy (hotel on main street). WIFI cost money. Bed not so comfortable.
Leaving. Lack of assistance for non business customers. We booked the hotel because of the pool and when we arrived we found that the pool was closed for a reception which was extremely frustrating. Also there was no room service menu, when I went to read the menu at the restaurant it was in Italian. I asked if there was an English version which I was directed to out the front of the hotel attached behind a glass display board. So it wasn't very practical for me to read or to take back to my room to show my husband. Also the breakfast really wasn't very good, there wasn't even any toast and it was all sugary foods.
We already went to this hotel in 2006 and were perplexe by the great food. Beatiful rooms and the hospitality of the staff. In 2009 we traveled from Brussels to Umbrie to taste the great food and atmosphere again... God lives in the kitchen of Albergo Umbrie. If you are looking for an hotel in umbrie and want a extremly good price/quality hotel. Stop looking this is the place. None, nada, nothing!
Great location, attentive staff, good value high quality evening meals, good en-suite, nice toiletries. Breakfast was poor value compared to hotels of a similar category. The room had not been used for some time prior to our arrival and the standard of cleanliness on arrival was not good. Once we were staying there and it was being cleaned on a daily basis this was resolved.
Excellent welcome from the charming owner, Carlo. Beautiful location for a stay when traveling in that part of Italy (Lazio/Umbria). Very clean and well managed with air conditioned rooms. Really great restaurant, lovely outside eating area with superb food. Otricoli is a beautiful small town, people were friendly, nice bars. Carlo was extremely helpful and a great host. It was a great start to a fantastic holiday in Umbria There were no bad points, only good!
Very good restaurant with garden and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and the town is very beautiful.
Very kindly personal and owner.
As our journey was delayed they offered above anbd beyond service by agreeing to remain until we arrived after midnight.
Family run hotel, everyone very helpfull. In the centre of small rural village, great for a one or two night stay. Streets to to and from the hotel very narrow.
The owner was very helpful and friendly. The hotel's restaurant food was excellent. Free wifi
This hotel was a surprise! Much more impressive than we expected and the townsfolk were very friendly and introduced us to a restaurant that was a highlight of the trip. No internet access at the hotel, but then again, the entire town didn't have any at that time anyway.
I got ill and we got all the help possible in the hospital We would have liked to have english speaking pople in the reception
