Pros:Really, nothing, it was close to our primary interest point in Omaha/Gretna.
Cons:To be quite frank, literally everything. The biggest issues on the first night were the pool being closed as well as no breakfast (though a supervisor in Wyndham CS office stated, “free amenities do not have to be offered and don’t affect a person’s stay”. The bed was hard as a rock. We found bugs, NOT bed bugs, but bugs, in our room as well. I made a complaint the following morning with Wyndham corporate offices, they reported it to the facility, who then called me, and rather than trying to help the situation, she angrily yelled at me and told me to leave the property if I didn’t like it. I asked if there would be a refund and she told me no. I then advised them to stay out of my room ( they don’t keep DND placards in the room). That night when we returned for our final nights stay, we subsequently found bodily fluid staining on the bedding and needles on the floor and mattresses of our bed. I had the front desk staff come up to look at it and she blatantly treated me as though I was lying and blew it off stating she’d let the manager know. I advised that I expected a call from the manager the next day.
Cons:Although booked online, where it said clearly, 'Free Cancellation', I was told that one of the two rooms I did not need, would not be refunded. The TVs in the rooms are the old 'tube' type (welcome back, 1990). The rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The hot tub was about 140 degrees, despite the manager claiming it was 101 as the sign stated. Not using it again. The breakfast was sparse compared to most I have been to; PROMPTLY stopped at 9am (early compared to most)
