Pros: We got upgraded to a nicer room, which had heated bathroom floors and an amazing view. It is a great location for the town it is in, right next to the waterfront. The room we had was recently upgraded. I read reviews indicating the water was slow to heat up, but from my experience it was hot as soon as the water was turned on, so perhaps the problem had been solved. The bathroom hadn't been recently updated, but what was there had heated floors, and a nice size shower.
