The Hotel Du Parc used to be called Hotel Cully and had a reputation for fine food in Niederbronn Les Bains although rather staid and dated, now completely remodelled it is a fine modern hotel in an excellent position, my wife and I enjoyed our stay, and wanted for nothing in the way of comfort and service, the staff were excellent, the hotel spotlessly clean, in a first class position in a beautiful spa village, the only downside was the breakfast which was lacking in variety and meagre even by French standards, we will stay there again. No.
Our second stay at this great hotel since change of owners, the hotel has developed a calm friendly professional atmosphere and welcomes guests as if they are all friends. The restuarant l'alexians at the hotel is superb, comfort, clean, friendly, what more can one want. absolutely nothing.
Price was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room faced a busy street which was noisy late into the night.
The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the food was very good Our room was a bit noisier than we had been ued to on the rest of our hoilday, the casino traffic at 4 in the morning didn't help
Central location, although there wasn't much to do on Monday night of the holiday weekend. Restaurant good. OK for a stopover. Quite a lot of traffic noise due to the hotel's position in what is a virtual roundabout.
Nice hotel, parking, free WiFi, excellent food. Room small, street side a little noisy.
Location, friendliness of staff
Restaurant was high level. Food was tasty and young personnel really friendly and skilful and some persons in reception too. The atmosphere in the hotel room was concrete and there has been done nothing since the 70's. Bed as hard and feather pillows were not comfort for allergic. There were quite noisy night traffic and you can't avoid noise either side of hotel because there are roads both side.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, and excellent restaurant
It was located in a quaint village, with excellent walking trails and close to the Citadel at Bitche, France. The hotel didn't have near enough parking spots and it was difficult finding a place to obtain a reasonably priced dinner meal.
friendly staff, good food, . Room of high standard
We had a nice, clean and quite room. The terrasse/beergarden/restaurant in the back of the hotel was great to relax. The service was good and the food in the restaurant was good.
The owners offered off road motorcycle parking. The lady owner was very helpful with advice about things to do and see, she made a really big effort to speak english, and did very well.
We stayed for one night,a Sunday, on our way back from Germany. We had a pleasant quiet rooom and there was very secure parking off road at the rear of the hotel. The facilities were totally modern and the bed entirely comfortable. We had drinks outside on a sunny terrace and a well cooked evening meal. Just the sort of spot you're very happy to find for a night in what is otherwise a rather ordinary village.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great food, excellent value. Secure motorcycle parking. No
Staff is warm, friendly, and accomodating. Hotel is clean and attractive. We had a lovely dinner and enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We will be back!
Quiet location. Very good food. Comfortable beds.
great breakfast, lovely staff, nice room with large bathroom. Staff made calls for me on their landline, as I could not figure out my cell, no charge. they tried hard to communicate using computor to translate. very gracious. visited to trace family roots. advertised as free internet throughout the hotel. the signal said excellent but no one knew the code, so we couldn't use it. However, a young man communicated with me on their computor translating the language.
Clean, silent room. Very small room - but price ratio still good
We stayed for one night during a stopover for the drive from the Austrian Tirol back to the UK over the Christmas 2009 period. The owner speaks French, German and English. He is very personable and happy to meet the customers needs. The evening meal was excellent... true gourmet cuisine served by the owner with pride and style. Nothing
Good central location on a quiet street in a very pleasant town. Room had everything we needed,
Great location, helpful staff, very clean in all areas. We were there for the Challenge France triathlon and this hotel was a perfect place to stay as a base. I'd stay there again. The breakfast was poor and the reception only manned part time.
Nicely located in the middle of the small village. Well sized room w. all facilities.
The service was friendly and the room was very basic but also very clean. The restaraunt was good and the food was well prepared. This was a budget type hotel but a very nice one. The Wifi was difficult to access
the staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. cheap price, but good value for it. the hotel doesn't look very attractive from the outside and it is located right on the local "main" road through the village, altough the traffic noise did not disturb us with the windows closed. there was a heating problem when we were there and we had no hot water, but the owner discounted our price to compensate for this.
Friendly and welcoming owner; good restaurant
This was our second visit and we would highly recommend it. The staff are very accomodating. The room is excellent value for a family of four or five. Good restaurant with real food and a local flavour. Location is ideal for anyone looking to break up a long journey across Europe. It is close enough to the motorway to be convenient but far enough away to provide a break from motorway mentalité. There is quite a lot of nocturnal truck traffic.
Very obliging staff (martine). She over came my lack of french and allowed our group to self check in at 3.30AM as we got stuck in switzerlad en route to haguenau.
