Pros: It’s situated in nature
Cons: Every thing is ok
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food! They serve authentic Kokani food which is tasty and quite sumptuous also. This property is conveniently located - a bit away from the hustle bustle of the town - so peaceful. One can easily walk it out to Guhagar beach - just a kilometer away.
Cons: Cleanliness is something which needs to be attended to on a continuous basis. Although they change the bed sheets, pillow covers and towels everyday, the rooms need to be done up a bit. Parking area needs to be better though it is private & secured.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice clean and quiet place. Friendly owners and staff. Water, power uninterrupted. Parking space
Cons: Rooms are not senior citizen friendly. Beds are located in one corner limiting the movement person on side of the wall without disturbing the other person on the bed. Non veg food can be cooked better since they have a limited menu.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Infrastructure is good, as is the quality of stuff. Staff is understanding. Cleanliness is maintained.
Cons: Basic facilities are missing such as an intercom or a phone in the room, a table and at least two chairs should be there. In-house restaurant is quite far and there is no room service available. They don't even have a kettle and tea coffee in the room as most hotels or Resorts have. One house has multiple rooms but only one swing. When asked for a glass of warm water, it took them an hour to send it to the room. No medical facilities or first aid. Definitely overpriced! Not worth 7.5k for a night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, concept and serenity
Cons: Approach road needs to built atleast upto the property
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was good. Food in Amrai restaurant was delicious though they had limited food variety.
Cons: Housekeeping was little sloppy. Daily bath soaps were not changed. No intercom facility in room. Wifi only available at reception office. Approach road was not good.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location in small town of Konkan in Maharashtra
Cons: The layout is such that they need have the rooms better equipped since room service or other deliveries are not possible. - there was no kettle to make our morning tea and they charged us extra for the tea which my husband especially carried from the restaurant to room himself for two mornings. - food was neither remarkable nor was it offering local specials
