Maria Ly was an excellent hostess who immedieately made us feel welcome. She made our stay so pleasant and all of the staff with whom we had contact were efficient, friendly and very good. We appreciated having access to the internet as well. The stylized script used to mark the signs leading us to the hotel were difficult to read quickly when we were driving into the town. It made it more difficult for us to find the actual location, but we managed by just driving around the small town until we saw the hotel.
We spent a really nice time in Hotel Fürst. We had a big clean room with a balcony. The staff were nice and helping. What we want to recommend is the food at the hotel restaurant - especially pepper steak. One of the best steaks we've ever eaten. Nothing serious, just few minor things. The toilet smelled a little. The staff in the restaurant couldn't speak English well, but at leats they tried. The hotel is quite far from any city - e.g. Linz (1,25hour). But overall it it a nice, pleasant hotel.
Quiet, pleasent service, good wlan. Spacious room.
Service and food very good in the hotel restaurant.
Hotel was OK but not up to the standard we were expecting for rating. Hotel in good position in Friestadt Hotel room was cold, dark and smelled of damp. Staff spoke good English but were not very guest friendly. Jacuzzi actually whirlpool bath for 1, and had to be paid for as did other facilities. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel generally poor value for money and overrated. A sad end to our fanatastic honeymoon in Austria
The hotel is in a great location- right in the old part of the city and easy to find. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. They were also in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even parking! Did I mention that everything was really clean? I would definietly stay here again.
Central location. Convenience. Basic but perfectly adequate. Good value for money.
Chipped and cracked glass ware and crockery in the breakfast room.
