We ran into car problems and the hotel owner gave my room away. I arrived and told him the situation. I asked if he would charge me because I could not call him to tell him I would be late he said "no charge" so I went to another hotel. On my card he charged me for the room after telling me he wouldn't. The room was giving away and the hotel was full so he got his money out of another person. Very displeased with the integrity of the owner......
