Pros:Housekeeping, especially Librada, was extremely helpful. Appreciate that they provide you with an incentive to "go green." The view from the pool area is beautiful! Close to the beach with friendly shuttle drivers to take you to some limited destinations. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants. Really liked Hyde Kitchen!
Cons:Extremely expensive restaurant with limited items in the market. The "go green" incentive doesn't cover taxes. The pool was out of order some of the time we were there. Had to constantly ask and wait for the shuttle (although the staff was friendly about it) and it only goes to very limited places. I had to help someone figure out how to open the door to the pool area, while a staff member watched without offering any help until we were both struggling to open the door (indicating she clearly saw the entire incident take place). Requested a room with one bed and 'preferred view;' we had 2 beds and our balcony was directly across from Wal-Mart (although we could angle ourselves to see the intercoastal waterway). It rained most of our trip- not the hotel's fault!- but guests pay a daily 'activity' fee to use the beach and the pool (along with internet and the shuttle) and we were very limited in what we could use with the weather...and then the pool being out of use at one point. We were unaware of this activity fee until we had already booked.

Pros:Room was spacious. Good central location. In general, staff was helpful.
Cons:You must valet your car (of course at an additional charge). Valet station was small. Spent in some cases upwards of 15 mins to retrieve/drop off car. This was inconvenient and inefficient. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Highly doubt that I will stay here again. For the money, there are much better alternatives.

Pros:Ill start off by mentioning that I usually do not write reviews. However , on this ocasion I was compelled to share my wonderful experience. Overall experience was excellent. Staff was kind and more helpful than I have ever experieced. They truely made our getaway better than I could have hoped for. Great location with transportation provided to nearby attractions for a small per room resort fee which also includes amenities provided on the beach. Pool was perfect temperature and relaxing, although I imagine that during high season it may not be large enough to accommodate all guests. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms with modern feel.
Cons:I can honestly say I did not have any negative experiences during my stay.

Pros:Close to nearly everything, great pool seating, excellent valet service (they also transport to nearby attractions). Rooms were very clean with modern furniture and had a very minimalist vibe.
Cons:They only opened in May but it seems like this resort was not ready for guests. We had to be put in 3 different rooms because the AC was not working in the first two. Gratuity is added automatically to all bills, which they don't mention. Limited menu and they only serve breakfast and lunch. No dinner service (yet). Also, in the rooms, there were no books or menu of services offered. When I go to a resort I expect to find a list of phone numbers or extensions to call within the hotel for services offered as well as local attractions.

Cons:Getting to and from your room was inconvenient because there was only 1 elevator for customers...the building went past 30 floors making the wait ridiculous.
