Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay. Our room was awesome. The free breakfast was great with a variety of options each morning. My daughter enjoyed the pool (even during the winter season.)
Cons (-) There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Pros (+) Fair price, pretty good rooms (generally), they offered a free snack to go (for those people in a rush)(nice touch), good hotel for the money.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast wasn’t the best. I think the scrambled eggs were powered, the hard boiled eggs were partly frozen, the fruit salad didn’t seem to be fresh, the omelets at Burger King are probably better. I was still able to squeak out some decent morning food, and wasn’t too disappointed. I didn’t like the coffee they had. Also, the first day I was there the floor was sticky, I think som...

Pros (+) Great staff with very nice and clean rooms. Digital key is great update and breakfast was average.
Cons (-) Location wasn’t as easy to access as i would have liked and it Butts up right next to a neighborhood. I didn’t notice a meeting room there so if you need one of those you’d better call before scheduling a meeting there.

Jody, May 2018 - Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Downtown
Pros (+) The staff was so helpful while we were there. Alex allowed us to check in early, the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for our 2 & 3 year old. The facility was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It is located in a great area, walking distance to restaurants, ballpark, and Childrens creative museum. The breakfast was also excellent. Maria even offered whip cream for the kids waffl...
Cons (-) I can’t think of one negative thing regarding this hotel. Excellent place!!

Pros (+) Comfortable room and bed, located near shopping and in a good area
Cons (-) Traffic around the hotel was usually heavy, breakfast was great but stayed really busy for the hole time. By busy I mean 10-15 minutes to get a waffle, this sucks when you have 2 hungry toddlers first thing in the morning haha

Pros (+) Across the street from the Children's Museum, walking distance to the Aquarium, close to restaurants and shops. Great views from the rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) The pool heater broke the day we arrived. My children were most excited about swimming! They allowed us to swim in their sister hotel down the street which was very nice. It could not be helped but it was disappointing not being able to use the pool in our own hotel.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was amazing! Everything was clean, we liked having two pools! Once it got a little chilly we were able to move into the indoor pool!
Cons (-) The only thing we didn't love was the breakfast, it was okay! we just thought there would be more options. We've recently stayed at hotels with a very comparable price range and complimentary breakfast. All the others we've stayed at in the same price range had multiple breakfast meats/eggs and sides. Both days there was scrambled eggs, a meat (ham one morning and bacon the other) and oatmeal and ...

Pros (+) I found the Hampton Inn Chattanooga/Hixson clean and well kept, I had very pleasant interactions with the employees. Nice finish to the bathroom, easy access to bedside plug ins to charge all my gadgets. I arrived at a late hour after a delayed flight and I was able to make it into a comfortable bed with minimal hassle. I didn't have an opportunity to put the internet speed to a test and it was to...
Cons (-) There was nothing I found to my dislike.
