Size of th
Little selection for breakfast. Bathtub drain not working. Noisy people above our room.
The staff was very friendly.
Breakfast sucked for what you pay. The room had a large spider and cobwebs in the corner on the ceiling. The room had a disgusting smell to it. I was glad that I carry a small bottle of room spray when I travel.
hair all over bathroom, wasn't clean
The location to hucaberry park that we had a reunion at
shower was not clean. House keeping didn't clean the room. Did not bring new clean towels or bed sheets. Did not fix bed.
The hotel has been updated and great room rates. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Brand new beds. The breakfast was a little bare but for the room price you can't beat it. We will definitely be stay there again.
No easy access to the front door.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The staff was very nice and helpful, it was clean and quiet the insulation between rooms was great ( we never heard our neighbors. The room was very spacious with a recliner. hangers were provided.
the non smoker rooms are on the first floor, the smoker rooms on the ground level so there was that cold smoke smell always coming into the room if you leave the windows closed.
We liked the location of our room. It was right near the front door and near the breakfast area. The breakfast was good too. The staff was good. The lady at the front desk on 9/15 extremely accommodating and friendly.
The ice maker was broken but the staff did what they could do to accommodate.
Even tho i had no plans to use the pool, it was completely out of commission. If I had been traveling with children, it would have been very upsetting. no elevator.
I did not like the dated look of room furnishings nor the cockroach my son discovered in the bathroom! Also the breakfast area was too small and the offerings were limited.
Easy on and off access from highway. This was a convenient overnight we for our road trip.
The continental breakfast was not kept stocked very well-had to ask for several items that were empty
Convenient locale and fair price.
The beds were not overly comfortable, too sqishy and broken down. Hotel overall was pretty outdated, needs a remodel.
friendliness of staff. Several people checking it several times, delay was minimal.
The hotel room was very clean.
The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room less so, but the bed sheets even had a tinge of smoke odor. Really detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
When I first went to the room it hadn't been cleaned
The beds were very soft and comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast was basic but nice: three cereal choices, fruit, bread/toast, cinnamon rolls, juice, coffee.
1) The stairway that leads to a lower level that is a bit deceptive--I'm not sure why. My daughter stumbled, thinking she was on the lower level. 2) A little sign of wear on this hotel--little things that need repair. On the whole, it is well maintained.
It was cheaper than most others in the area. I saw why.
Very noisy utilty crew guests. Hard to say which was noisier, them or the semi trucks engine braking all the way down the hill on the highway right outside the hotel.
Best price and very satisfying service. The weather was terrible--but S-8 was able to get me in a room and allowed me to enter ahead of the usual time. I appreciate their going the extra mile for the customer. Awesome.
No. They met their goals and exceeded them. Very concerned and accommodating.
No elevator. as a proponent of equal access for all i was surprised at this.
price and location
Motel entry area was a little complicated.
No lice, so far...
Our non-smoking room was right across from a smoking room so it did not make much difference as far as the smell. It was musty and there was even rust in the bathroom. Cakes of dust in the room on the cords for everything, even the hair dryer.
How close it was to the main highway
The hotel room was dirty... Not a big area for breakfast nor a lot of choices (everything was mix with hot water). If I known this prior to stay I would have chosen a different hotel
it was clean and located good
the pillows were like having nothing under your head and the staff SAID they didnt have anymore
I like that the door to our room was inside the hotel and not outside. I feel safer that way. The hot water was just hot enough for a nice soak in the tub :)
Can't think of anything.
The bed was comfy & the breakfast was decent.
We were in the lower units. There were a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hallway smelled like an ashtray from the smoke seeping from under the smoking room doors.
The blanket on the bed was either dirty or stained. There was hair on the side of the bathtub and something else. Just not a very clean shower. The maid that left her card in the room for service was singed Sally
Good basic place to stay while traveling through to Florida
The hotel is quite average. It was clean and had cable, and that was all i needed. The staff was apathetic... they weren't mean, but they weren't excited to see you by any means either. The only complaint i really had was they put me in a room by the front door and it was a little noisy throughout the night.
We stayed for three nights June, 2009. The rooms were very clean, staff was excellent and very cordial. They appeared eager to clean or fix anything wrong. For the mony this is the place to stay, we have stayed in 4-5 stsr hotels that weren't any cleaner!
