View of railway. Room furnishings No permanent staff presence, no proper reception area
Beautiful place at the station. Very good breakfast.
Very beautifull and wide room with romantic and luxury devices. Everything was ok
everything is perfect: the staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable
Relaxed and easy. Friendly staff. Missed the waffle machine and we English also like toast.
The spa was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Location is very nice.
Loved to see Molli passing our window....almost like Toytown. The candlelight dinner was not offered to us on arrival although we asked when dinner would be served...in the restaurant we had to specifically ask if a special menu was available before we were informed about the candlelight dinner, which was actually very good and we enjoyed it with a bottle of wine!
The renovations/ building of this hotel was not even finished when we arrived- no restaurant, conservatory, or garden as promised, and mini- bars in rooms not even installed. The hotel had not contacted us in advance to warn us, so this was unpleasant shock. So after two nights, during which we found another hotel, we left, having originally booked in for six nights. We asked for and got a small discount for the nights we stayed, but the hotel ought to have notified us in advance.
The room was nice and they had put up nice babycots for our children. Nice playing field for children. Unfriendly service. When booking I informed that we would arrive late. Since we didn't have a reply we thought this was ok. When we arrived we got very unfriendly comments about arriving late.
The room was very clean and tidy and actually rather big. It is virtually impossible to find the hotel without a navigation system, especially during night. There are no lights during night - only some lights with motion sensors - you will see nothing until actually reaching the hotel doors. There is no reception - you have to either walk around looking for the owner (a very helpful and nice lady actually) or try to phone her.
