6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good food
Cons: Some things were a little old fashioned
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice room good food friendly staff
Cons: None
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: No heating on in the room when we arrived.TV in the room is so small its impossible to see it from the bed. Breakfast set up and choice was disappointing for the rate charged. Breakfast room was cold as no heating on. Staff could have been more accomodating to our issues.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A friendly welcome and a four poster bed!
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean although bed cover did have a few marks on it - generally nice and staff friendly, good value for a short stay.
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff were really helpful in solving our needs with the room we were allocated
Cons: The bathroom in room nuber 1 for more mature people was not easy to use the toilet seat would not stay up because of the flushing handle and your knees were sticking out the door which especially for my wife was most embarrasing
5.2 Okay
Pros: Attitude of staff - very friendly
Cons: Room dull and oppressive (room 6) Food overpriced.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Bar staff, biscuits in the room, good sausage at breakfast.Good quality food a couple of quid to expensive though per course.Beer fairly cheap.
Cons: 4 and a half channels on Tv,shower was limescaled heavily causing poor shower spray with poor water pressure. No blackout curtains, light through curtains day and night.Flys in bar area.
5.2 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Lots of yobs outside screaming and shouting until the early hours, and the following night motor bike racing into the early hours. Hence not much sleep. Apparently its a usual thing at night and nothing is done about it.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location for town centre. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Bar / Restraunt area was very "local pub" like and I felt quite uncomfortable. Meals were only served until 8pm which was not flexible enough for my requirements. Due to this I had dinner in another, better hotel only metres away. Website explained free wifi was availble throughout the hotel, I could not get a connection in my room!! The room itself was ok apart from the hot water taps were very slow so it took what seemed like an eternity to fill the bath.

5.3 Okay
Cons: Room was quite noisy as above the bar area which was open until 1-30
4.0 Okay
Cons: The room was very hot and wasn't ready when we arrived despite us requesting early check-in. The staff were very polite, but the room was very very small, with no full length mirror. We felt it was expensive.
7.6 Good
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff Good food Wonderful rooms and very clean
Cons: Although rectified satisfactory there was a problem with the initial booking, I was informed that on one of the nights there wasn't the single room for my daughters stay - even though this was booked. But it was rectified satisfactorily and also a deduction was made for inconvenience.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Although first impression was good our stay here can only be described as awful. The hotel failed to inform us that the bar downstairs rained open till the early hours. The noise continued till 2.30am!!!!!
7.6 Good
Pros: Very friendly, clean. Good food.
Cons: Room was above music on a Saturday night but I suppose if you stay in a pub/hotel you have to expect this.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were very polite and friendly and breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The room was very cold when we checked in, it was also small and so was the bed, which was too soft for me. Conditions in the bathroom were positively artic.
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: Very pleasant and helpful staff Good breakfast Convenient parking
Cons: Room was small, cluttered and very hot. Air conditioning was available but had not been switched on prior to our arrival. Room was over kitchen so this added to the heat, smells and noise. I believe we were the only residents in the hotel that night so it was surprising that we were given what must surely be the worst room in the hotel!
6.4 Good
Pros: Hotel and room facilities, cleanliness etc.
Cons: Lack of staff on reception. None of the taxi numbers provided were still in service. Wasn't informed about the need to know a code to get back into the hotel after dark so was locked out at 1am!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great, friendly service. Good breakfast.
Cons:
