The location was suitable for the reason we were there. Next to the highway, gas station, and food. Only a quick 10 minute trip to where we had to be. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was a very standard room. Clean but limited tv stations, no fridge, and no wi-fi. The toilet was a bit noisy when flushed.
The bugs and holes in the floor came at no extra charge. The 1960's type TV was quaint.
Booking via hotels.com was cheaper than my insurance's "member discounts" rental fee. It's conveniently located. After you turn off of the interstate, you take the first right and you're there. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The room was designated as "non-smoking" but, the scent of smoke in the room was reminiscent of a bingo hall. My allergies suffered as a result. To some people "non-smoking" is more than just a choice, it may be for health reasons. There was no free wi-fi. They have a two-tiered option: Standard: $2.99/day Premium: $4.99/day I politely turned the wi-fi off on my phone while I was there.
Pool and location
I got what I paid for and Mercedes at the front desk was polite and courteous. The room didn't have a mini fridge but it was $40 so I'm not mad.
Front office staff was great. Terrible smell in room Shower filled over my ankles Bed sucked Bathroom floor sunk half foot when l walked in. 13 inch fuzzy tv.
Everything is worn out and threadbare
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There were some things that needed repair in the room, specifically bathroom door knob was broken, gap below entrance door. The location of the hotel was very good but you could hear all of the road noise. The hotel is old and needs renovations.
I was in Burlington looking at houses so I really just needed a place to shower and sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked (tv, heater/ac, mini fridge, etc.)

The father and son at the desk were very polite. They even called to check on us after we got to the room and see if there was anything more we'd need!
nothing. paint in tub, hair on pillow cases, room smelled, door wouldn't lock, I would never ever stay there again. refuse to used coupon you sent me to use at checkout. room was suppose to be -- and i paid -- I am a disable veteran and they didn't care.
Absolutely nothing, worst hotel experience ever Room was dirty, linens stained, towels and bathroom disgusting, staff was rude and didn't speak english
very little although the room did appear to be clean. Mostly everything, however the one thing I found most appalling is that when I called down to the lobby to inform them that the batteries were missing form the remote, their initial response was, can't you control the TV by the buttons on it?
