Had to pay deposit when I got there and was charged $10 for using too many towels no fridge no microwave bad customer service
The towels were not clean, the shampoo was used, and the couch inside the room was dirty.
Bed was comfortable.
When they say smoking room, they mean it. You will not be able to breathe and your clothes will absolutely reek, cigarette burns on *everything* in sight. Ashtray was the cleanest thing in the room.
I ask the front desk the Refregirater was not not working to much ice build up. Said they would change never did. One staff member put it off to the other.
I liked that I could actually get a room because I'm 18 and most hotel requires you to be 21.
great price, pretty quiet for location, hot water, comfortable bed, quiet heater, clean.
sheets were clean but stiff (pillow cases much softer),
New granite bathrooom & Comfortable Bed.
My room did not have a desk & did not have a chair,as shown in the photos of single-bed and double-bed rooms. And NO couch or coffee table as in photo of single-bed rooms. No place to work on computer or sit to watch TV.
A clean spacous room that was clean and comfortable.
room and location were good
the staff there were very rude. made us leave because it was 2 people staying and not just one. very rude
Price, location, and free parking.
The noise, loud and unpleasant, every night.
Nothing they only had one room available and it was a smoking room and the refrigerator did not work
Each room had a flat screen TV. Sink area was nice/ renovated. Bed was comfy. Rooms smelt good.
The hotel only provided me with a bar off soap. The last day I was there I had to ask for shampoo. Continental breakfast could be better.
Staff was rude. Room smelled of smoke and mildew.
Every Room has a strong smoking odor to it. We tried three rooms. They charge an additional $50 deposit charge at check in. Room Air conditioner non functional. Dirty stairwells, the owner does not care about this hotel.
Yes I would like to say it sucked my tv did not work then they charged me 40.00 dollers witch I had to go and have them put back on my credit card.
It was the worst experience my family has ever had. We've used priceline many times. My experience-pot smokers, drug suringe on the steps, women walking the streets, and liquor store in front. Not a safe environment for my daughter. I called cust ser.
Comfortable and clean room
Stairways and railings need cleaning badly.
Comfortable and clean room
Stairways and hand rails filthy, hotel needs to pressure wash these areas
Room was large
Hotel was dirty, felt unsafe, staff was unplesent at best. Breakfest was a why bother.
The hotel cheated customers
We hope you loved everything! Is there anything that you wish you knew before booking? It's in the middle of the ghetto
I would not go back again. Very nasty.
Crack ally, fire alarm was broken, exposed electrical line, very dirty...etc.
Staff was friendly
No refrigerator or microwave in room. Internet was not working properly.
room was very nice with a few minor repairs needed but overall a good deal! Staff extremely nice and gave us a deal. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. satellite tv doesn't have a lot of channels and satellite internet also, not great for gaming. Overall pretty nice and i was surprised how quiet the hotel was.
Stayed here for three nights on a trip to San Francisco. It was pretty crowded during my stay with other people but it wasn't a problem. The room was clean but a little old looking. The bed was comfortable and the wireless Internet worked well. There were plenty of restaurants near by. The only problem was at night in that it was kind of noisy. Loud motorcycles and cars revving their engines and the sounds of ambulance sirens could be heard throughout the night. It was a little annoying but it didn't keep me up at night. The breakfast was good but just the typical pastries, cereal, juice, etc. They did have a waffle machine where you can make your own waffles.
im a traveler and did not like this hotel due to the above title reason . it was the worst comfort hotel i been through also they should called it more NO DAYS INN not the best hotel..
Nothing fancy, but also nothing wrong with this motel. Nice people and nice room. Breakfast pretty much pre-packaged but only a few blocks to Starbuck's and Jamba Juice. A couple of blocks from the freeway and then about 10 minutes to the Oakland Airport. I'd be glad to stay there again when I visit Oakland.
We checked in around late in the evening, the front desk person was very very helpful and friendly. We were surprise to find such a good rate for a newly remodeled rooms and great breakfast. We loved their make your own waffel machine. \nSo over all me my family were well satisfied and would love to recommand Days Inn Airport on A street in Hayward to all.
