Pros: This B&B is located just around the corner of the house my mother was born. Both my parents grew up in old Amstelveen and I took them here this weekend: it was a nice trip down memory lane! The B&B is a very tastfully designed home, clean and with all the comfort you need. Breakfast was tasty and the people were very kind. There are a lot of restaurants and many nice old houses in this old small village.
Cons: It's absolutely price worth for a B&B like this one in this neighbourhood, but normally I wouldn't spent so much for an overnight stay.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was absolutely fabulous! Great decor.Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast not a good value.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Decor, size of superior large room. Friendly staff. Inexpensive breakfast
Cons: It is on a busy pedestrian/bike path, with no air conditioning one needs to keep a window open - it looks out onto resturant tables 4 feet away from the window at about tabletop level. To get privacy you need to close heavy blinds which cuts off airflow. But this does not stop the street noise of people walking, eating and having a great time directly by your window. My son’s deluxe room had the same problem, but his side of the building has less traffic. There are some rooms in the attic but they just have a small window opening in the roof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely. The industrial design of the hotel was just our style. Loved!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was awesome. extensive buffet plus made it order eggs and bacon. Room was awesome also. Very comfortable beds - rain shower - picturesque view. Who could ask for more?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is quite unique in Leiden. Small and friendly but really classy too. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and quirky. The staff were great.
Cons: The sound proofing could be better between the corridor and the room but as each level only has two rooms it is not a problem at all.

Cons: Our room was very small
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and staff. Great secure car parking. Very good location.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Leiden is a wonderful town, and Huys van Leyden is the perfect spot from which to experience it. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and elegantly competent.
Cons: We had the loft suite, and Dutch stairs are like a cross between a ladder and a staircase. Also we walked the mile from the train station (though Huys is very accommodating with van service). So we experienced the "lug" in "luggage."
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was reasonably priced. A bit of a walk to the centre but beautiful decor and ecological with not too much plastic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome by young man in reception. Room on two levels , spacious and individually styled. Excellent coffee machine. Breakfast in the grand dining room was extra special.
Cons: Really really steep stairs up to bedroom. I am very agile but these steps were a bit of a challenge.

Cons: Transport to the house was a little problem for us, next time will make sure we leave Amsterdam early, so we can catch the local bus to take us to the property, as walking from the station is about 30 min., really enjoyable, but not so much after a long day walking in town.

All studios and apartments at this aparthotel come with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Thanks to the location, the tram is only 450m from the hotel where you can easily connect to the Zuidas Business District and the center of Amsterdam. The hotel offers paid private parking.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Our room was clean and quiet, location was OK given it was close to the Bos where we spent a lot of our time
Cons: The hotel rate was already expensive, on top of that the hotel charges you to get access to « premium WiFi » (really?), access to parking, breakfast, bike renting - all of it very ridiculously value to price. I am ok to pay 200e per night but can’t stand the impression of getting ripped off for poor additional services. The staff is not professional, as often no one was at the reception, and looks very amateur
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious (bedroom, small living room, kitchen, bathroom, spare storage room) and very functional but tastefully furnished. Everything was new and clean and the kitchen had all you need for cooking.
7.5 Good
Pros: I loved the waffle for breakfast.
Cons: The aircon did not work, the staff knew about it but still placed us in that room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned well and extremely spacious. Nice bathroom facilities. Staff were generally friendly and helpful outside of the examples given above.
Cons: Our rooms were not cleaned until 2 hours after the advertised check in time. Staff on reception also attempted to overcharge us for beverages and argued the point until proven wrong. One of the rooms also didn't lock.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was Perfect! It was extremely self catering which allowed us to cook our own food rather than eating out all day. The apartment was laid out like a studio apartment. It was very modern and I would definitely stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms very spacious and well decorated
Cons: Nothing other than we couldn’t rent any bikes as they were all in use
4.5 Okay
Cons: They did not clean the room for 4 days, did not change the towels, humidity was super high in the rooms so all our clothes had a strange smell. And today morning they probably on purpose turned on alarm so people who came for dekmantel would leave their rooms asap. Shame
9.3 Excellent
Cons: High quality rooms, a fair distance to central amsterdam. Would definitely stay again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed and bathroom were quality! Loved having a dishwasher in the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Had the pleasure of staying here due to its closeness to the Amsterdamse Bos for Dekmantel Festival. So much value for money. Modern studio aparthotel room kitted out with everything you could need! Can't fault it, had a lovely stay.

6.3 Good
Pros: A good breakfast with a helpful member of staff as well It was a quiet room
Cons: The bathroom was downstairs with a steep staircase, slippery with no carpet, The shower was dangerously hot and impossible to adjust without a lot of effort. The lighting was very poor in the dressing area downstairs with little storage space. We could not sit together as there was only one chair upstairs and one downstairs. Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. The location could not be any better to tour the historic sites.
Cons: They have the same problem that all these facilities in the older sections have - parking. They have arrangements with a parking deck but it is several blocks away. If you have alot of luggage, you will want to make arrangements with them for pick-up if you are driving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor throughout ideal location
Cons: Room allocation policy of first come first served despite specific request being made in advance upon return managements justification did not apply in my circumstances and was obviously first come first served. 7.0 Good
Pros: Typical continental breakfast selection. Viennoiserie was fresh. Dinner in the Huys van Leyden hotel (sister hotel) was really excellent. The chef took our personalized orders. She came back to check while we were eating to see if was to our taste. Excellent experience. Location next to the canal was a real plus.
Cons: Breakfast tarts (on request) at 7:30 am. The first day it was 7:45 before I got a coffee and I needed to leave for a business meeting at 8 am. Service was better subsequent days. Lift was out of action during 4 days we were there. Lights next to the bed didn't work on arrival but repaired promptly the next day.

Pros: The room was modern, comfortable and very well equipped. It also boasted a very good shower.
Cons: The breakfast was a little bit pricey and unspectacular, but it was sufficient nevertheless.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Housekeeping service not including washing & cleaning dishes! The housekeeping on request. The parking area is far from the hotel. Big van (car hight higher than 2.10 m can't enter the parking). You may park in front of the hotel enterance for 16 eur each 4 hours only! For the Romantic arrangement, you will get a box of milky Chocolate costing 3 eur (in the conventional store) & a small bouquet not more 10 eur, but the hotel will charge 25 eur!
9.1 Excellent
Cons: This hotel is 25 minutes outside Amsterdam proper. Easy access to tram that is walkable (buy tickets from the front desk). They only clean the room every 4th day but they provide new towels daily. Once you get the understanding of the tram, all is good. The staff is 5 star

8.7 Excellent (15,602 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Schiphol, citizenM Schiphol Airport Hotel is connected to the airport, a 1-minute drive from Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Schiphol and 12 minutes from Van Gogh Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Convenience and practical Staff are excellent. Food is good
Cons: A bit cramped
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, walking distance from airport, easy check in and out! Great service
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, and decent enough concept for an airport hotel. Perfect for short stays
Cons: Nothing jumps out. Just be prepared for the concept and the room / chamber size.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: With 115 euro reasonably priced Next to airport so convenient for early morning flights Awesome staff Comfortable rooms
Cons: Breakfast ok but lots of fruit flies interested in the buffet also......
9.4 Excellent
Pros: More hotels in the future will likely look like CitizenM: highly automated, very modular, rather podlike. The limited staff resulted in a fair amount of guest self service at checkin and room operation. The iPad that controlled the room would likely require a learning curve for non-iPad users, but it did its job. But the room was very small (<100 square feet?); it was tiny for just me; I can't imagine sharing it with anyone. Staff was uniformly great (as is usual in The Netherlands) and the lobby, while a little hip for this septuagenarian, was convenient and did its job. The 24-hour food service was especially welcome. Especially because of the location, I would stay there again. But not pay more.
Cons: Way small room. I felt warehoused, a la Bladerunner. Darkness and several housekeeping carts detracted from the highly decorated hallways.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I love the iPad-centric room controls. Great selection of newly released movies. Comfortable bed with a great TV setup.
Cons: Temperature controls don't work very well - the room gets very cold at night even though I set the temperature to 70 Fahrenheit. The toilet and shower design are fun and just fine for a single traveler. When traveling with a partner, there "tube" designs dont provide any privacy, especially for the toilet. Perhaps adding a fan or some ambient noise to drown out toilet noises could help keep the mood romantic, hahaha!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: clean room, big comfy bed, friendly staff, AC, but the main reason that we stayed at this hotel was the walking distance to the Airport and Train connection to the city center.
Cons: Rooms are tiny and the Shower & toilet look like they belong on Star Ship Enterprise ( beam me up Scotty ) Lol The toilet had no Fan which it needed since the room is so tiny :( There is No parking at the Hotel still we would stay there again due to the walking distance to & from the Airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful friendly staff, good location, beautify design
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super convenient beside the airport.
Cons: The room was pretty small but for the price, acceptable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hi Tech, advanced. The future of hotels Comfortable Social
Cons: bit cramped for 2
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simplicity of check in and check out. Simplicity of the rooms. In a good way. Relaxed atmosphere and really close to the airport.
Cons: Blinds opening and closing system was a little bit convoluted.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful neighbourhood, quaint and comfortable cottage with a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The generosity of the owners, the garden outlook, the ability to have a cold drink and a simple meal, very comfy beds and the aircon!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hosts were so kind and humble. They allowed to keep our luggage before the check in Time and allowed us to use their personal area to freshen up and offered us a cup of coffee and room was great and comfortable and the locality has a very good connections to amsterdam Centraal . i definitely recommend this facility to our fellow travelers
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are very thankful for hospitality. The hosts are very nice and kind people. We got a lot of positive emotions. We recommend to stay here and to bring small souvenirs with you from your country of origin to provide them to the hosts, because you will be provided Dutch souvenirs by these nice people!)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, garden cottage in quiet surroundings. Very welcoming and helpful host. All you need for comfortable stay - clean room, private bathroom, towels changed everyday, comfy beds, A/C with heat&cool options, microwave and fridge with tableware. Supermarket in 5 min. walk.
Cons: 10-15 min. walk to a nearest public transport stop.
7.5 Good
Pros: It's in a very clean and well connected area and the room is also equipped with everything one might need during their stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality, the owner is a friendly man who even brought us cheese as an evening snack, and "Delftsblauwe klompjes"as a souvenir. The room is in the garden house, with a nice view on that garden. It's a bit older, but everything is there, and functions great. There's even an A/C, which isn't common everywhere in Holland.
Cons: As we stay in the area frequently (even closer to Schiphol Airport as we were now), we were surprised about the extreme noise of the airplanes flying over. I didn't read that in any of the reviews posted here. It is really loud and the shed isn't soundproof at all. We stayed for 2 nights, Friday till Sunday. The planes fly till 11PM and on Saturday morning, they start at 7AM. It goes on the whole day, one plane after another. It woke us up way before we wanted to. And no, earplugs don't help. Tried that the next night. It must be said that on Sunday morning, they fly less frequent, although the first one also woke us at 7AM. Another down-point were the beds. They are very soft, but it's a matter of personal preferences how you like your bed. But that's not the thing. The thing is the top matrass seemed not to be the original one and it slided away from the one below, causing my husband to fall on the floor in his sleep... No harm was done and it gave us a good laugh afterwards, but still. Maybe tape the two beds together, so they don't slide away?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were lovely and very helpful. It is located in a quiet area but only 20-30 mins from the Amsterdam city centre. Very well connected with a frequent tram, bus and metro nearby. Our room was clean and cosy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great self contained accommodation in the pleasant area of Amstelveen and within easy reach ( by Car, tram or bus ) of the centre of Amsterdam. We arrived a little early but were met by the very friendly host who welcomed us. They also gave us a box of snacks and fruit and there was a fridge stocked with various drinks. An overall very pleasant experience in a claen, quiet neighbourhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The host was amazing, the garden house was very clean and located in a beautiful and safe area near the airport and walking distance from Vrije University. Everyday it was cleaned and the host made sure to bring snacks etc. I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and helpful the host was. He even took me to the airport to catch an early morning flight. There is a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks and a coffee maker. The way it's arranged makes one's stay very comfortable.

5.5 Okay
Pros: The design of the hotel
Cons: The washroom is dirty. The front desk is welcome guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent four full days traveling the area. The room where spacious, clean, and comfortable. This hotel was right next to the train station and bus line and provide direct access to all the popular areas in less than 30 minutes. The staff provided excellent customer service and were extremely helpful in helping my family navigate the transportation system.
Cons: Paying for parking was a challenge. It would be nice if the hotel partnered with the parking garage company so that all transactions could take place within the hotel during check out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff! Excellent room; very clean and comfortable. Lovely walk to the city center and so close to the train station. I couldn't be happier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Transportation is within reach. Loads of choices for breakfast. Room was clean everyday and fresh towels. My 2 daughters love the place that’s the most highlight of all. Thank you.!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to train station and excellent breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located 200m from Hoofddorp railway and bus station, with wasy access to Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. You can buy an Amsterdam regional transport ticket at the Airport which will give you acess to trains trams and busses for the Amsterdam region and the airport. There are frequent trains to both the airport (7mins) and Amsterdam Centraal (25 mins) which makes it a convenient base to explore Amsterdam. Our hotel room was spacious and very comfortable and we loved our bed. The hotel wifi worked well for us. The hotel is trying to be more environmentally sustainable and anongst other measures rewards you if you choose not to have your room cleaned every day. We earned 3 5€ vouchers for use at the bar or restaurant.
Cons: The hotel is very large and poplular with travellers as well as airline crew. Check in can be slow if you arrive at the same time as many other guests. We thought the breakfast very expensive at 20€ per person, but did take advantage of their express breakfast which was 10€ each.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfy, cooling system noiseless, great sound proofing, no street noise or hallway noise. Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Green roof, green spaces, many dining options, areas for both kids and adults to frolic, close to rail station.
Cons: Elevators slightly cramped
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great access to Amsterdam and to Schiphol. Clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Did not eat breakfast there. We did have the buffet for dinner but not real impressed with it. The chicken we ordered was so small it was hardly worth getting, The other food was pretty good. We had water and the 5.50 charge for that was a little expensive. We just wanted water. The front desk was very nice. They helped us with trying to get around and giving us information on where to go and what to see. The rooms were very nice.
Cons: See above about the dinner buffet. We had the buffet 2 weeks earlier. We saw when we came for this stay they were no longer offering the dinner buffet.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well located to go to both to Amsterdam and to the airport by train. Modern and functional. Staff able to speak Spanish at the bar.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location is convenient.
Cons: They don’t consider early check-in like 1 hour advance.

7.0 Good
Cons: Rooms haven’t changed much in two decades. No inroom hot beverage facility- it is on a drink station at end of corridor which means you have to go out in your pjs
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, surprisingly quiet and very well soundproofed.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location in airport
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location! Only took 5 min to walk from hotel to Schiphol airport. The room was comfortable.
Cons: When I wanted to check out, I waited quite long time. However, the staffs were really lovely peoples!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The people
Cons: The signal to watch Ajax was NOT working, so we could not watch the game. Make sure you can watch Ajax!
7.5 Good
Pros: Right next to the Airport, basically you can walk from the terminal into the hotel.
Cons: Very expensive
7.5 Good
Pros: Location - and the hotel staff did meet my request for a room close to the elevator. Since I have stayed at this location several times I knew that some rooms were far away and with several suitcases it could be a schlep to get to a room that was located far away from the elevator.
Cons: I forgot my shaving kit and tooth brush (and these are normally in the room anyway); but they we not on this occasion. Is Sheraton cutting costs? I went back to the front desk and asked for the toiletries, (which were given courteously by the front desk staff). I could have called the front desk, but I wanted to see the reaction of the staff. The staff was courteous and apologetic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I thought I had rented for three persons but evidently only included 2. The hotel was quick to accommodate and brought in a rollaway. The staff was efficient and checking in was a great experience!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff offered drink for free as self service beverage machines where out of order but I had to pay then when they where delivered after all!
6.3 Good
Pros: Just so close to the airport, it was effortless
Cons: Large queues to check in Rather overpriced for what it is, I suppose you pay for the location
7.5 Good
Pros: Surprisingly good room service food with healthy options. Changed pillows to allergy ones for me no problem. 24/hour gym
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had just finished touring Europe, and this was my last stop before returning home to the states. I had stayed in 8 different hotels across Europe, which were fine. However, my stay at the Sheraton next to the airport blew me away! Room service 24/7, cold AC, real ice, complimentary espresso/tea self-serve bar on my floor, direct indoor access to airport, airport stores with close proximity, clean and comfortable stay, English tv channels, room was huge, bed was comfy, and room service dinner was excellent. Individual soap bottles and location. After traveling through Europe, every hotel I stayed at had one soap for everything, no conditioner or lotion! I was so happy when I saw the individual bottles available here. Self-checkout was a breeze! I was so happy that I decided to stay here the night before flying. I felt so refreshed and ready for my long flight home.
Cons: The shower drain was clogged. There is nothing else negative I have to say about this hotel. It was an amazing experience, and wish I had this hotel option all through Europe! Thank you so so so much!

Pros: Everything was lovely
Cons: -
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Big room, very nice and clean. Nice comfy double bed (finally not twin beds!), a balcony, a big and clean bathroom
Cons: It is not the property of the hotel (or is it?) but the recommended nearby bistro did not meet our expectations, the food was not good. The hotel offers no own restaurant or room service.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For our visit it was to far the main attractions. We had to use public transport that hotel staff advised us. We were recommended for this hotel. WE agree it is very good hotel but not for our visit.
Cons: Only the travelling we had to do
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room and hosts. Good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kindness
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful. The b&b was in a good location and the owners were happy to allow my daughter to stay at no extra cost in her own cot tent in our small double. The owners are clearly trying to improve there b&b and take on board comments in reviews and ask for feedback.
Cons: The bed was very hard which meant my back hurt in the mornings and the pillows are pointless the very feathery so look nice but disappear when you lay on them. No pride appears to be taken in. keeping the place clean. The toilet and bathroom were hardly cleaned at all whilst we were there (4 nights) and there was a large clump of hair in the shower from the beginning of our stay. We had to ask for our floor to be swept and side to be wiped down which wouldn’t have been so bad but the side was where our breakfast was going and a mixture of dust, dirt and crumbs kept sticking to my feet (I do understand that most guests probably don’t stay as long a we did or have a toddler). Towels were not replaced either which wasn’t the end of the world but would have been nice.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The host was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. He graciously carried our bags up to the room and back down at the end of our stay. Our room was the top floor accessed by two flights of typical Dutch steep stairs. The bathroom/shower was separate from the room but adjacent to it. The room was a large open area with skylights. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served at the in-room dining area. A refrigerator was available stocked with very reasonable drinks and snacks. In room complimentary coffee and tea were replenished daily. We would stay here again.
Cons: Attention to cleaning details.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy room, friendly owner, incredible breakfast! We would definitely come back!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice to have a sofa in our room to sit and relax on.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The silence and the freedom to move in and out .The coffee machine and coffee , though not of much cost, is very helpful . Ron is good and the breakfast time is punctual.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated bed and breakfast. Comfortable bed and sit in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to city central. Warm hospitality and excellent in room breakfast, more than I need
Cons: None
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was always delicious. He provided a variety daily....breads, croissants, eggs, yogurt, homemade jams, fruits and Ron even made Dutch pancakes for my son's 8th Birthday :) We also liked being close to the town of Voorschooten. We walked there every night for dinner and all the restaurants were delicious!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast among the best! Service and assistance tops. Would recommend the place, but specifically to people under ages of 78 and 75 in view of two short but fairly steep stairs not ideal.
Cons: No suggestions

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room with Espresso machine! Superb breakfast in lovely surroundings.
Cons: Hotel is virtually on the end of the runway so you do really hear the planes - but no real issue for me.
7.5 Good
Cons: Very expensive breakfast!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Free shuttle
Cons: Jacuzzi was cold and loud guests in neighboring rooms
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Speedy checkin, friendly staff, nice pool/spa area for an airport hotel, huge bed, exceptional value for money
Cons: Nothing relevant would have loved to have a paper coffee cup in my room so could have made my own coffee 2 go for the airport bus.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool and the sauna and the gym was all beautiful the bed was very comfortable after a long drive from England and the room was really nice and newly refurbished
Cons: The way the staff spoke to me when I asked them when is the extra bed coming into the room it was a bit rude and I was waiting for a shuttle at the airport for over 45 minutes when there was keep telling me it's going to be 10 minutes it's
7.5 Good
Pros: Shuttle service from the airport works well, breakfast is very good, wifi
Cons: Old rooms, shower spills water all over the bathroom
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really nice hotel, modern and bright. Rooms are large and very confortable. Would definitely go back!
Cons: Only negative aspect: even if you’re client of the hotel, you need to pay the car park which is expensive (17,5€ for one night). For clients of the hotel, it should be free of charge!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best choice for staying near Schiphol airport. Great price for value. I am a frequent traveler and must say this hotel exceeded my expectations
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good place for layover between flights.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good area, good connections to the city. We used the bus instead of train. Freindly and helpful personnel.
Cons: I was about to book a room with breakfast, however by the paying process I was offered a lower Price which I took of course. Once I finished the booking, it turned out the breakfast was not included. Indeed I ordered a breakfast at the Hotel which was very good, however a bit expensive. There is a free shuttle from the Airport which is very practical, however when we arrived there was not enough space for all of us who were waiting for it. I was travelling with my wife and our 1,5 year old son and it was raining, so it was unconfortable to wait for the next one. I asked the other passanger if one could offer a space for my wife and my son, however nobody was willing to do that. The diver was passive too.....
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with lots of small added touches. The staff was welcoming and helpful, too!
Cons: Our room did smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival. It overlooked the pool area and the smoke from people outside would stink up our room. The staff was very accommodating in relocating us away from this smell.
