Cons: Do Never blame a student in front of your guests. I like to hear a good morning at the morning. Only the young student said a good morning. She was the best of all.... Need to wait a long time for lunch.
Pros: Lady working on afternoon / evening shift on May 16th is a GEM!!!! Thank you so much! She was receptionist / bar tender / waitress. All that with a lot of smile and very good attitude! Thank you! Hotel is in walking distance to old city centre. There is plenty of free parking space for hotel customers

Pros: We were give an nice big room on the top floor which had lots of space, a comfy bed and a good modern bathroom. Good secure storage location for the bicycles.
Cons: No lift and it is quite a climb to the top floor. Normally this would not have been a problem but the have spent most of the day cycling and were tired.

Cons: really poor breakfast,
Pros: The staff here are really lovely. We were traveling and found the hotel easily, in a quiet village location. The rooms were large, comfortable and warm. The restaurant was good Value and wholesome food was available. We enjoyed a good breakfast too.
Pros: location in the mid of an old German village, familiar atmosphere
Cons: weather at the night I spent there
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Room need to be updated to the price.
Pros: I can't say much about accommodation itself because when we arrived after a long drive, we were informed at the place that there is some technical problem with our room and that we were re-booked in the hotel Avalon which is approx. 5 km away. While this pension was supposed to be rather romantic and cozy ambient, hotel Avalon is a congress hotel with stinky old rooms and no ambient at all.
Cons: Appart of obvious overbooking problem, the food in the restaurant was expensive and not very tasty.
Pros: Very idyllic country place. Wonderful feeling, cats, furniture, breakfast - everything! Friendly personnel

Cons: The wind - not that it can be helped
Pros: Beautiful building and lovely countryside setting, peaceful and relaxing.
Cons: Reception staff abrupt and unhelpful, we paid over double we were quoted when booking.
Pros: Unique mood in castle with rich history. Renovations were done smooth. Very tasty breakfast and spacious rooms.Staff really tries to do its best for the guests!Very tasty breakfast!
Cons: Bathrooms are clean, but really need an update(we are speaking about the 100EUR-class of hotels at the landside), beds also as every turn makes noises. Wifi is absolutely poor in the rooms. And some remark about organization-its o.k.to have a reduced menu for the restaurant...but..one evening it was opened, the other not, no coffee available(hey,is it really so expensive to buy a coffeemat?).Management should really decide - restaurant YES or NOT-but not 50/50. Or install a snack and beverage automat for the night as there is not any restaurant in 5kms around.
Pros: The surrounding was great, old castle , old farm houses, truly beautiful.
Cons: Where to start? Room keys were in a little basket, no one to receive us, a truly DIY experience. Dinner, trying get some food , we found something by luck, the leftovers hardly to be called food. The waiter, I felt I was in the twilight zone , this dude was staring at us as we weren't fitting the picture, eventually he turned out to be "OK". Service in the Cellar were you could buy a fresh beer, no one there.. for 10 minutes, really hardly to be called a service...eventually we received a beer. The breakfast... not one fully equipped table, no cups for coffee, the buffet, dear lord, what a bunch of amateurs, they kept the baked eggs and sausages warm on a butane gas heated thing, the whole room was deprived from oxygen, the bread was old, the buns weren't fresh either. couldn't get to get away from this place.

Pros: Very helpful staff both over parking and carrying my cases. Quiet. Easy to find and not far from motorway. Nice large room for a single and comfy bed. Very good breakfast buffet.
Cons: No tea making facilities in room or mini soap as only that in the shower and no hair dryer if I remember correctly. I couldn't get bedside lamps to work but that may have been my fault.
Pros: Good food, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for my business
Pros: The asparagus soup at dinner was very tasty. Leaving very early in the morning before breakfast start, I was provided with a lunch to go box. Thank you very much.
Pros: The peace and quiet and the Restaurant.
Cons: Breakfast was very poor for the price.
Pros: Very nice breakfest, friendly owners. Close to motorway, but far enough to avoid the noise.
Pros: the room was very clean but the shower incredibly small.
Cons: the food in the restaurant was very bad (fat like hell) I could not get an expresso and had to try dark water proposed as coffee.
Pros: Place is terrible, rooms with single beds and terrible moquette on the floor. Staff is not organized, took a lot to do the check in. At the check out the employee wasn’t aware that I’ve already paid, with the result that he run after me asking for money!!! I had to show him the paid invoice. Terrible experience I won’t suggested and won’t come back.

Pros: Comfortable bed Good location Good breakfast Free parking Good location
Cons: Nothing major, The wifi wasn't as fast as the average in Germany

Cons: That we didn’t stay their longer
Pros: Very nice breakfast. Big room and quiet. Good value for money.
Cons: A little unmodern.
Pros: Breakfast was great plenty of choices and it was hot. There was food to suit every taste I think, highly recommended.
Cons: Restaurant prices were high in my opinion for dinner. We dined at the local Chinese. Eat as much as you like buffet for just under €14. Very big choice and was piping hot being replenished al the time.
Pros: nice room good room rate good location and a mini store just in front the hotel good service from staff I will be back next time when visit Koenigslutter
Cons: the road work was a pain, I was not able to get straight to hotel late at night and had to take the long diversion
Cons: An AC is necessary during the summer
Pros: Solid hotel with finishes nicely maintained. Seeing the available facilities was a delight as I expected none of them for a fairly cheap last minute booking. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Nothing is fancy or over the top but everything worked immaculately and the hotel ended up delivering a great stay.
Cons: No AC in room (open window worked just fine st the end)
Pros: swimpool. breakfirst.

Pros: Nice fresh breakfast, clean room, convenient location close to highway.
Cons: Poor wifi, old fashioned, worned out interiors, some minor inconveniences in bathroom (broken soap dispenser)
Pros: Very spacious room, 2 beds, sofa, 2 armchairs, large bathroom - felt like home. A full size wooden cot was in the room for my daughter, which was a nice surprise.
Cons: Even though there was a large bath and a shower to wash your hair, I wish I could take a normal shower in the morning. Unfortunately there was no way to mount the shower to the wall. Minor issue, though.
Pros: Close to the autobahn, but far away enough to be very quiet. Great staff. Great food, real german portions, for a good price.
Pros: Nice place with a charming staff, even if they are a bit out of the ordinary
Pros: nice Location, friendly stuff
Cons: beds are old and uncomfortable, bathroom was clean but very oldfashioned like from another century. Nothing to feel well.
Pros: Great staff, very comfortable and clean.
Pros: Good quality old hotel , clean , near motorway with nice walks around , dog friendly . Nice pool
Cons: Choice of food for vegans , vegetarians quite poor
Pros: Staff was okay and breakfast was not bad.
Cons: Very outdated hotel. It's in desperate need of a renovation. Also there was a bad smell everywhere in the hotel. The atmosphere was very strange. The room was also bad, very old furniture and depressing. It's too expensive for what you get.
