This hotel has 323 square feet (30 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: One night stay only, and too hot to use the sauna so our experience may not represent the full range offered by this hotel. The bits we did experience were pleasant, and I particularly want to mention the breakfast: it was a spectacular spread with focus on local produce, we could have stayed and munched for hours!
Cons: Double bed was on the small side and the AC noisy, so sleeping there on a hot summer night was a challenge.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast Family friendly attitude Superbly managed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and travel advice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel 7-10 minutes walk away from the centre with amazing facilities. The spa area on the second floor with a rooftop garden and sauna with a view (a feature that I remembered from when I visited more than a decade ago and wanted to revisit ever since - we now finally did it for our honeymoon :)) and the garden are fantastic with their own beehive and gorgeous trees and plants. It feels like an oasis in the city. The breakfast is excellent. Staff helpful and polite. Bicycle hiring is easy with good quality bikes & helmets. I love the style of the hotel.
Cons: My only observation would be that the hotel is perhaps becoming a little bit ‘too big’, I didn’t feel that personal care as much as I thought I would. The staff is very polite and no real issues, it’s just that little bit of extra that's so important in hospitality that is missing for a perfect score.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the best selection we've had in our entire month long trip through Europe. Green juices, veges included!
Cons: We loved the inn!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Refugium to relax and enjoy the moment. Particularly in the garden area and in the spa. The staff was superb and gave us great tips how to travel on
Cons: It is quite expensive and the room we got was in the corner, meaning not very bright and suffering from some noise created by either heating or other facility from the outside
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The property has beehives in the garden, and we really liked the fresh honeycomb served at breakfast. Cozy and stylish hotel with beautiful furnishing and interior.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with a lot attention paid to the small details. You have everything you need in your room. Private parking. Greta breakfast!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the garden and the bee hives in the garden! Very comfortable bed with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Unfortunately the kettle in our room was causing the electric to trip all the time so we were upgraded to a suite for our last night which was really lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food, particularly at breakfast was amazing. All locally sourced and mostly organic! We Will definitely return again soon.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: All good, cozy room, friendly staff
Cons: Some Stairs in and out of hotel, not convenient

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Communication with the hotel was great, the hotel even shared the picture of the view from our room's balcony before we arrived. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to any requests. Room was clean and very cosy. The brekfast was basic, but coffee was good and everything was very fresh. The location was great, very quiet, very close to the bus stop which brings you to the centre of Salzburg in 25 mins. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend this hotel!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and Friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in a remote and quiet area with ease of access. The place itself is cozy and you’ll find yourself feeling like at home, staff is very friendly and attentive.
Cons: The wifi could use a little upgrade, signal was bad in our room. So if you need to do a quick research or anything else it’s better to go downstairs to the dinning area.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, great parking garage, close to everything, the restaurants were fantastic, the beds were comfy, and the staff was very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely convenient location to main train station and many of the popular tourist sites, very clean with great soundproofing (couldn’t hear my neighbors or anyone out in the hallways), extremely clean and great air conditioning. Also, front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating with great advice on what to see, where to eat and any other questions we had about Salzburg. The restaurants were also wonderful featuring local cuisine. Also, the view from the Sky Bar restaurant was awesome! This will be our go to hotel when we visit Salzburg again.
Cons: Nothing - we were sad when we had to check out.
6.3 Good
Pros: 1. Room was spacious. Staff were very helpful excet one or two. 2. Ice cubes fecility was great
Cons: 1. Parking was away from hotel a few streets away and unmaned, I was stuck in level -2 with no network reception and no help. 2. At least the staff dont get you the car from and back to the parking. 3. I saw spiders in our room - 3 of them. 4. I expected bath tub but none available, my kids were disraught. 5. High windows and full concrete all around, no point looking at windows.

7.0 Good
Pros: excellent location, however much too expensive for the service provided.
Cons: the room was much too warm, we could not sleep well.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and room were pretty, very clean and comfortable; A/C was a welcome addition during the hot weather during our stay. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly.
Cons: In house breakfast was expensive (we just like to grab and go while on vacation) and we didn’t find many good local alternatives.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tastefully designed room close to Mirabel palace, walking distance. The bathroom was nice (clean, new), liked the classic furniture (chairs), spotless, nice renovation
Cons: They charged me for an extra cot when we didn’t want one for our teenager, it was like, ‘you have to pay’ , I thought the two could share a bed, no compromise, and no parking! That was the worst part, the parking is a block or two away, not hard to find and clean, but an extra charge and inconvenient
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice but we paid good money for it. Very good breakfast. 10 minutes walking distance to city sight seeing. 15 minutes from train station. And car rentals.
Cons: Even though had a air conditioning, the room intended to get hot at some time.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Holznerwirt is an amazing Hotel. The attention to every single detail is breathtaking. From antique pieces of furniture to super soft towels everything feels right. The room was super clean and cosy. My favorite part about the trip was the spa facility. Amazing wood features in the sauna and little “cave like” changing rooms and showers struck me the most. The room of silence is the perfect way to relax after an intense sauna session. I absolutely loved the Holznerwirt and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique Austrian experience. If I could give 6 stars I would for this property!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to Salzburg. Good equipment and nice room with traditional style.
Cons: Breakfast is little simple. It will be better if there are more food items.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, all of them. They greet with a welcoming smile. I like the style of the hotel as it old fashioned. Nice room with a comfy bed. Quite and peaceful atmosphere. The gym was nice and equipped with good amount of machines. Delicious breakfast.
Cons: Small swimming pool. Restaurant is not open on Sunday evening.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. The room was big enough and clean. Spa facilities were beautiful. The outdoor areas were nice, well maintained and had enough furniture to just kick back and enjoy the outdoors. The staff was very helpful and nice. The bottled water at the front desk was also a nice touch.
Cons: Other than the weather which was not always favorable, there are no complaints.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice authentic hotel. Nice garden.
Cons: No air conditioning. We didn’t like the dinner, the service was slow and we didn’t receive what we ordered.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautifully maintained hotel with a very good breakfast.
Cons: There is no airconditioning in the rooms, we opened our balcony door to let in some cool air but that also brought in mosquitos.

For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect just outside the city of Salzburg in the tranquillity of the mountains. The room was spacious enough with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Because of the warm wheater we were able to have breakfast and diner outside on the garden terrace.
Cons: Diner was very good but the choice of affordable dishes was limited
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location on a hill just a short ride from the city center. Beautiful traditional Austrian style hotel with high comfort and levels of quality in everything from service to food to rooms. Stayed in a large, newly decorated 2-bedroom suite with plenty of space for a family of five.
Cons: Food priced at premium levels, but not unreasonable given excellent quality. During very warm weather, the lack of airconditioning is a drawback, but the freshness of the location and availability of a nice outdoor pool are great pluses.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nature is perfect. Pool is OK.
Cons: People at the reception were so rude. They are kind only to Germans/natives or rich people. What about a simple engineer with a Turkish family? They should be well educated for kindness and should behave equal to everyone.
7.0 Good
Pros: A hotel in beuautiful surroundings, super close to Salzburg, with a great spa/sauna area. It feels overpriced for what you get though, both restaurant and hotel and the room didn’t meet our expectations (totally different then showed on the pictures)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Incredible location with a beautiful view of Salzburg. The restaurant was of a very high standard and the waiters were very attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was of good size and very clean. We recieved an upgrade for our room, and it was by far one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was very clean and spacious.
Cons: There didn't seem to be any a/c, so the room was very hot throughout the day and evening. No facilities to make tea and coffee in your room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place with great view
Cons: Little overrsted,?in choroszmas seanon no Christmas deci
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Overall room comfort. Quality of furniture Swimming pool Location
Cons: A bit too warm (no air conditioning)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was covered with snow and it was a magnificent experience. It has beautiful rooms, full of character, neat and clean. Spa was the final touch after a full day outsode in the snowy weather.
Cons: The location seemed to be quite far from Salzburg city, but you get used to it. But once you wake up in the morning, you realize that is very beautiful outside and the ladscape is amazing. The taxi is around €18, from city to hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's location overlooking Salzburg is exceptionally beautiful and is enhanced by the hotel's classic "Alpine style". The kitchen serves really good food prepared from fresh ingredients.
Cons: While we stayed there, the hotel had a bigger party, which forced the kitchen because many of the guests had chosen to eat in the restaurant the same evening. It did mean a little waiting time, but the kitchen did not compromise on the quality of the courts.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: view was very nice, the breakfast good to very good. the room was very nice. parking place, the area very beautiful.
Cons: a little bit to cold! A little bit far from the city, but isn't a problem if you have a car!

Pros: The view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. It’s a very pleasant area to stay with just a 20 minute bus ride into Salzburg. No parking hassles!
Cons: Dinner choices have decreased since our first stay. May be necessary to drive to restaurants to increase options, but there are several less than 10 minutes away. Or dine in Salzburg and catch a later bus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is fabulous.... clean and big and Gorgeous. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. The Breakfast WAS TO DIE FOR. Stay in this darling town just outside the busy Salzburg... take the bus in or rent one of their bikes. 10 out of 10 recommend it.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good with a large selection of food. Accommodation top class - very large comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and well serviced. Staff very friendly. Liked the family run hotel.
Cons: Liked everything about the hotel. Bus stop was a little far from the hotel if you pulled luggage bags. Taxi was more convenient.

Pros: The hotel was tucked away in a garden setting in Grodig. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and a provided a tranquil and peaceful stay. The owners were very hospitable and helpful with local interests, dining, etc. Rooms were very clean and updated and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were quite good and included some delicious home baked pastries and bread. It was so close and convenient to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. Highly recommend!

Pros: The location is perfect for us didn’t want to stay in center city. The hotel has perfect connection to untersberg and Berchtesgaden!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to reach from the highway. Flawlessly clean and new interior. Breakfast had a good choice of items - perfect for a stay for a night or even for some sightseeing.
Cons: It was a bit hard to find. Coming from the highway the sign was difficult to read. !!!! Check-in closes at 7:30pm !!!! we arrived at 11:30pm. There are key lockers for late arrivals but the communication was not clear. I feel that the early check-in needs to be communicated at booking, not after the checkin closes. I would have chosen another location had I know about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - view from our balcony towards Untersberg was lovely. Breakfast very good overlooking the garden. No25 bus from central Salzburg to Grodig very convenient and stops at quite a few of the sights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOVELY STAFF WHO WERE WELCOMING, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. ROOMS WERE FIRST RATE. IT IS IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION ABOUT 6KM FROM SALZBURG. YOU CAN WALK TO SALZBURG ALONG A BEAUTIFUL PATH THAT FOLLOWS A CANAL. THERE WERE PEOPLE SURFING IN THE CANAL, BELIEVE IT OR NOT. THIS PLACE CAN'T BE FAULTED. IT IS A 10/10 FOR ME
Cons: NOTHING
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were always happy to answer our questions: where could we get the best local gelato(which was GREAT) to where could we buy Birkenstock shoes at a good price, (which we did) they greeted us with smiles, always happy to get us ice. (We Americans love our ice)
Cons: No air conditioning and there was a heat wave 4 days in the 90’s (F). They did put fans in our rooms

Pros: We liked everything, the room was very comfortable amazing bed. The bar area was nice, very trendy and great beer on tap. Also a good outdoor area to have drinks too. Good location close to Salzburg but car definitely needed. Beautiful Italian 10mins walk away. Very nice hotel and really helpful friendly staff
Cons: Everything was great except when we ordered steak in the restaurant it only came with fries. We wanted potatatoes and after a long talk we got them, eventually
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was located a bit outside of the city in a very beautiful countryside. It had a lot of options for outdoor activities for kids. They had 2 pools, outdoors and indoors which was nice. The indoor pool was in a spa and you could request for a heated pool. The breakfast was really good as it had a lot of options and seemed pretty nutritious. I also appreciate the staff and their behavior at the time of checking in. They explained a bit about the property and what can be done in Salzburg.
Cons: Nothing actually. I was pretty satisfied with the property.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The facilities (pool, reception and restaurant) are well designed and new. The parking was easily available outside. The breakfast was good, but nothing special.
Cons: Our designated room was very nice, but it strongly smelled of fresh paint or a wood varnish - the hotel is freshly renovated. We were relocated to a room in supposedly the same category, but it didn't have a balcony, nor a nice sitting area, therefore we were disappointed, since we chose this hotel based on its interior design. On the first morning there was no hot water for a couple of hours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Room very hot . Had a fan but only blowing warm air around . No air con not switched on while having breakfast. Flys everywhere.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel. Beautiful location amid farms and mountains. Also has walk-able restaurants and grocery stores. My children loved the options of indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the play areas.
Cons: We stayed during a heat wave and without air conditioners, sleeping was uncomfortably hot (even with the open patio door and standing fan provided by the hotel). If we stayed at a cooler time, I would have probably rated the hotel a total 10.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, the room, parking, staff, pool area, breakfast, views well all was superb
Cons: No AC in the room the rest fantastic

9.5 Excellent
Pros: I like the style of the hotel. Luxury and elegant. Everything meets my expectations except the price.
Cons: The price was bit high. I think because it was Summer art festival,
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The high standards, in terms of quality, politeness and efficiency, have been kept and to the benefits of the guests. The on-going reconstruction works did not bother us, really. The grill section, securing good quality of foods and drinks, appear to be understaffed evidenced by guests waiting for service at the gate. The staff working at the reception desk were smiling and ready to help answering any requests, including the concierge and porters.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly, breakfast good enough. The hotel is really nice and cosy.
Cons: Repairs in the building next to the hotel was starting really early in the morning. The bed is too soft. Ironing is possible only from 3 pm to 6 pm.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very very clean and comfortable, staff were extremely lovely!
7.5 Good
Pros: The double room was well appointed, modern bathroom, great water pressure and temperature control in the shower. Appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room and some English TV channels. Lady at checkin was very helpful with explanations and advice.
Cons: Stayed here on two separate occasions, days apart. First in a single room, second in a double (upgraded from a single without explanation, but well appreciated). The double was definitely better appointed and modern. Both rooms were very dark, little natural light because of the metal shutters, and hot and stuffy on hot days which is why a fan is provided. A kettle and mugs are provided with herbal tea bags and sugar. Super if you like sweet herbal tea. No coffee to keep costs down apparently. Refundable deposit required to borrow an umbrella..where's the trust in paying guests? 20-25 min hike to the centre of town; 15-20 mins to the train station.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location of the Bergland is great-- it is only a ten minute walk to the city. The beds are also very comfortable, and the deco is very nice.
Cons: First of all, I stayed here before two years ago to visit my daughter in Salzburg, and I was alone. My experience the first time was great, so we decided to book again. This time, I brought my mother along and we stayed in a double room, which has a double bed, and I thought there might be twin beds, but, no, there was one bed. We always rent a car, and we needed to park it, but there were no parking spots available, which we didn't know until AFTER we paid the 8 euro fee PER DAY to NOT be able to park. The room was suffocatingly hot, because while we were here, it was about 95 degrees each day. There was a tiny, TINY fan provided that didn't even blow air out, and the bedding was so thick that it made more sense to have during the winter, not the summer. Furthermore, because it was so hot, we had to keep the window open to sleep, but at 7am each morning, heavy construction started and we couldn't sleep any longer. The owner of the hotel is also VERY rude, and not at all hospitable. My daughter, whom we are visiting, lives down the street, and wanted to come upstairs and help us unpack and pick some things up that were in our suitcases for her. She went to the reception desk to ask if she could come up to visit, and the owner told her "no". My daughter verified my information, and the lady began to get VERY hostile, yelling at my daughter, calling her "aggressive" and she said no because "it was her hotel and she makes the rules"... naturally, my daughter was very upset that she couldn't spend time with us in the hotel-- mind you, I haven't seen my daughter for two years, so that was really frustrating. She began to yell at me, and I just had it. Some bad reviews about the hotel all say the same about the hotel, that the staff is rude, specifically the owner, and if you read the owner's comments back to the guests who reviewed, she becomes hostile once again and it is always the fault of the guest.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delightful.
Cons: Location wasn't amazing but we didn't mind the walk into town.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice small hotel. Attractive, comfortable rooms. Good location, easy walking distance to main centre.
Cons: No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Unfortunately there was a building site next door and although it was quiet at night, don’t expect to have a lie in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous and helpful staff!
7.5 Good
Pros: The garden terrace was nice
Cons: Lovely hotel, really helpful staff but I felt given the price breakfast should have been included.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The check in was so nice! She told us immediately very good Tipps to go out and eat in the region which was so great and when we told her that one of the shutters didn't work, her husband repaired it as far as possible on Sunday! There where shutters, so you can darken the windows very well what I liked a lot. In summer it is very hot but there is a ventilator! Great beds, nice interior, very cozy. And the old Town is a lot closer than I thought. You reach pedestrian area in 5 to 10 minutes. The parking lots are cheep for this great location! And in the end they even gave us the parking lot for free because there was a little noise of a construction site in the neighborhoods which wasn't bad at all because you don't stay in the room anyway during the day! We even got coffee before we left the hotel long after breakfast closed. We didn't tried breakfast but the room was very typical Austrian and cozy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Locaction, cleanliness, hospitality

Pros: Bed and pillows were very nice. The breakfast was A-MAZ-ING! All the staff were super-nice and were so kind to speak English for us. We loved renting the electric bikes.
Cons: The air conditioning was not at the same level of excellence as everything else.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Owner (sorry I don’t know her name) was very nice and helpful. She ran the breakfast area and front desk.
Cons: They booked a tour for us and we didn’t realize that there was a $22.00 Euro charge. That seemed excessive for a phone call.

Pros: Clean, furnishings of good standard, great breakfast choices. We will be returning later this year.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Good size room, access to sauna and a great breakfast.

Cons: No electric kettle in the room

Overview Reviews
Brimming with authentic Austrian charm, Hotel Goldener Hirsch, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Salzburg, is a cherished symbol of exceptional hospitality and celebrated tradition. Dating back to 1407, it embodies an enduring symbiosis between original country house and luxury boutique hotel, woven into the very fabric of Salzburg life. Located just steps away from Mozart’s birthplace, in the heart of the city’s evocative old town, Hotel Goldener Hirsch inhabits Salzburg’s fairy tale setting with natural grace. Defined by its hunting lodge heritage, trophies and mounted antlers populate the walls, whilst the crest of a leaping deer is a reoccurring presence. Smartly-dressed associates, wearing uniforms reminiscent of national Tracht, welcome guests with a rare warmth that resonates across generations.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff and service throughout our stay. The location is fantastic with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all our requests
Cons: The High cost of breakfast which although providing an excellent choice and first rate service at €130 for 4 adults and an 18 month baby was unsustainable for a 6 day stay! Fortunately there is a huge choice of local facilities offering far better value to commence your day.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally courteous helpful staff Decorative detail of public rooms; furnishings & amenities of bed & bath rooms
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel we stayed in, roomy bathroom, location was truly excellent, staff knew your name, was always friendly and extra helpful

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location close to everything you could possibly want to see or do in Salzburg. Very polite and attentive staff - we were even given a tour of this historic hotel and finished with a cocktail. Some might not like the country style décor, but it represented the authentic traditional Austrian style which we enjoyed, and it added to our whole experience. The restaurant was excellent (but expensive!)
Cons: It was a strange set up in the hallways, and even in our room, for example the placement of furniture. However this was due to the historic and evolving nature of the hotel. and did not really create any problems.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a completely charming and absolutely delightful hotel. The best thing is it is traditionally Austrian and hasn't become a sleek modern hotel. However the conveniences are very modern and very lovely. Staff exceptional and the food was delicious.

Pros: Centrally located. High quality. Excellent food. Attentive staff.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Thomas Klingsbichl was great - we checked in at 1pm and our rooms were not available as yet. We are SPG members, so he upgraded our rooms straight away. We also then decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, which was great.
7.3 Good
Pros: Restaurant was good but too pricy. For the rest, excellent stay!
7.7 Good
Pros: Mixture between traditional austrian style and luxury
Cons: Nothing to complain
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very professional and helpful staff.I also liked the rustique room not lacking modern amenities.I would advise more English TV programs.
7.7 Good
Pros: Outstanding hotel - staff were efficient and friendly as well as thoughtful. Room was full of character and exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere of the 600 year old hotel was fascinating. We ate room service food which was excellent - we were able to pick locally popular dishes as well as the usual chioces on Hotel Room Service menus.
Cons: Parking was not convenient by the hotel, but the hotel took care of it all with free valet parking, so this was not a major issue.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, very central.
Cons: The hotel is located on commercial street of the city, an area with restricted car access. Consequently, I lost at least 30 minutes trying to identify the address where I could not reach by car. Finally I called the hotel and they indicate me a different address for car navigation and so I got behind the hotel. Then I realized that the hotel has no parking and I was sent to a public parking (relatively close to ~ 200 meters). A very unpleasant experience, amplified by the fact that rain in that day and walk with luggage from the public parking to the hotel it was not the favorite part of a holliday day.
7.6 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel. We enjoyed staying in the 'old' part of Salzburg.
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: Great location - easy to walk to everything.
Cons:

Cons: very noisy at night

Pros: One of the world's best hotels!

Pros: The location of the M(h)otel was pretty good and although we didn't use public transportation, we saw lot of buses going in direction of the city downtown in every 10 minutes.
