Clean, friendly staff, quiet at night, on site parking, good location for access to points of interest in the area. Only one bath towel in bathroom for two guests, slightly over priced, breakfast could have been included in price not as an added extra. Breakfast finished at nine, which for me, was a bit too early when I am relaxing away from home. Ten would have been better.
The hotel is clean and pleasant and well run by lovely staff. The air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy.
Having a good place to eat within a few yards away. Very close to the access roads and a quiet location. The Rain!
Ideal for short stay Lack of drawer space would have been inconvenient for a longer stay
Room very stuffy, unable to get air into room, glad to get out into fresh air. Unable to have breakfast as leaving to early, although paid for, unaware breakfast not start til 7-00. no refund forthcoming
friendly welcome and professional staff with ease of good value on-site restaurant
Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Hotel is well run and standard of cleanliness is very high. Only criticism is the type of lighting in the bedroom which seemed to have a blue tinge and we didn't particularly like it.
value for money, staff were great. that wi fi wasn't free, and across the road it was!
The staff were very freindly and helpful The room was more basis than advertised on their website
I loved the relaxing nature of the hotel, lovely staff great bar, fab breakfast. Great sea view. No
On the seafront and within walking distance fom the raiway station and a short bus ride to Canterbury this was an excellent place to stay while visiting my elderly relatives. The room was clean, food was good and the staff were friendly.
Location, good breakfasts Hotel rooms somewhat outdated
Very comfortable room, nice and warm during an extremely cold weekend, well placed for a walk into Whitstable and trip to Canterbury.
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Sea Views, fresh air and easy parking. Pleasant parade of charity and antique shops in Tankerton. Confusion over lack of sea view. Hotel maintained messages put on booking.com are not received by hotel. Eventually sorted out.
The friendliness of staff and the way everything about our stay was explained to us Noisy people outside the bar late into the night.
Location on the seafront The hotel never seems to be "finished" in terms of refurbishment. Having stayed there 3/4 times either decoration of room or refit has not been completed..
Room was a little shabby and cramped for a family room
Hotel staff exellent None really but room could do with flat screen tv
New spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, restaurant next doors, no unnessary luxury like telephone. Too much noise from the traffic.
reception staff very helpful with local information
hotel staff very helpful bed very poor quality food in resturant i e evening meal poor breakfast excellent
Clean friendly place We only wanted to book a single night, but we were instructed there was no available rooms but when we then put in for two nights suddenly there was rooms available. So we had to stay two nights double the price.
The receptionist was very good, and explained all the facilities. The room was exactly as expected and was pleasant enough for one night. I do feel that Premier Inn's should use 5' beds not 4' 6". Traffic noise with the window open, too hot with it shut. (There was a small desk fan .... too noisy)
cleanlinness of room also good location, access to some very nice places.Food very close by.Very helpful when we required another chair. Milk in room never tasted fresh.Only one relaxing chair .Was more than we thought we would pay. When you have a room with two people in I do not think we should have to ask for two Chairs!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was very disappointed with the frayed towel that should have been thrown away months ago and the leaky toilet. We left a day early as we felt £83 per night was too much foe a mediocre motel.
Catered for the elderly with disabilities Fire door closures were noisy
