Service at the desk was poor
Cons: It seemed KAYAK and Hertz was not systematically connected at all.

Pros: Nice car1
Cons: Loooonnnngggg wait to get vehicle. Didn't have car we reserved and it was awkward getting an"upgraded " vehicle. Spent a lot more than we had wanted to just to get OUT. Was a big hassle and took over an hour to get a car! Probably won't use hertz again as this has happened with them before. Also made to feel like we were undesirable renters since we had booked through a travel website rather than through Hertz. I'm sure a lot of other companies would be happier to take my money.

worst customer service ever!
Cons: I asked to change my pickup to another location. I specifically asked if my rate would change if I did it? I was told it would not. Then I received an email confirmation that my daily rate almost doubled!! I spoke to both site managers who said they couldn't do anything?? I tried to reinstate my original reservation, and I was told that rate was not available anymore... Just a case of ignorance and an unwillingness to correct an error that was the fault of their company!! I went to Enterprise, and will never bother with Hertz again..Drop them!!

Hertz at John Wayne Airport has a good crew
Pros: Thanks to the team last night who got my check-out done in very fast time then DROVE me to Terminal C with another couple; we were both running late. Keep up the personal service.
