Cons:I attempted to reserve a car through kayak, to be picked up & dropped off at the Denver airport. Having had positive experiences in the past, I did not 'read the fine print,' and when I was at the rental car desk I discovered that kayak made my reservation at a downtown Denver location. Hertz would not honor the rate I had secured and I was forced to create a new reservation for almost double the cost. At the desk I attempted to create a new reservation through kayak, and paying closer attention this time I discovered that kayak once again was offering rental cars at a downtown location even though I attempted to reserve a car at the airport. I am extremely disappointed -- I will not take for granted the reading of the fine print again, as I now know that I can not assume the straight forward service from kayak that I had received in the past.
Cons:I wish Hertz could send a receipt for toll fees once available. cannot find via CDOT.
