Pros: Everything! Absolutely everything at this hotel was total perfection. Every last touch was beautiful, from the entrance, to the staff at reception, to everything in our room. The playlist playing as we entered our room, and the petals on the bed!! They have thought of absolutely everything. It was our first child-free, wedding anniversary and I am currently pregnant with our second baby, they even had pregnancy pillows on the menu in the room! Pregnancy pillow for me- free minibar for the hubby!

Pros: Ovolo exceeded my expectations. Such a fun, quirky hotel, the decor is to die for, so luxe. I was given an upgrade, the rooms are so large and spacious, loved that. I appreciated Alexa, the iPad in the room with an ahhhmazing pillow menu. I appreciated the free mini bar and loot bag, it was just what I needed for 2 nights while I did a course. The bed was so comfortable and the shower pressure was incredible! I also appreciated the large size body wash and shampoo conditioner mounted to the wall rather than minis that don’t go very far. It’s in the heart of the Valley short walk to most places in the Valley. Staff were approachable and friendly and doint bestie to assist. 5 stars!

Pros: Great location to walk and shop along James Street. Beautifully appointed rooms and hotel areas - feels special. Hellenika Restaurant for dinner & breakfast was fantastic.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed, very comfortable.
Cons: Mix up with charging. Was overcharged for mini bar (wrong wine) and when I called to correct it they mistakenly charged me again before realising. They're refunding me though for both transactions, so no issue with the resolution and understand mistakes happen.

6.0 Good
Pros: Loved the bright colour and quirky details. Black out blinds were amazing! Lovely staff and great location.

Pros: The hotel was great and location good for what we wanted. The down side was the inflexibility with the carparking facilities. To be able to enter or leave you needed to speak with reception which was a little annoying but workable for a short trip but not if staying for an extended period of time.
Cons: The inflexibility with the carparking facilities as indicated above.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all very helpful with parking and other facilities, adding an extra night and making every effort. Especially Kayla who helped me print and scan some emergency paperwork and checked me out with no apparent stress, even as the zombie apocalypse type queue of out-checkers was looming large. She was a thorough professional with a warm 'no trouble' smile. I'll be recommending this fine joint.
